Amine was wonderful, our airline changed arrival terminal last minute but when we realized we were not at same location he quickly rerouted and came to us. Friendly, courteous, and clean spacious ride. Would use again!
Wonderful experience! Driver communicated clearly, arrived on time and was an absolute pleasure. 5 stars!
We were a little nervous traveling to a new city where we didn’t speak the language. This company and our driver, Anderson, were great. And made it all very easy. I highly recommend them!
Very nice driver, and nice ride! Traffic was bad but we were able to stretch out and sleep the entire 1.5 hr trip from Cdg to Paris
Easy and efficient pickup from CDG to Paris city center. Driver escorted us from arrivals to large van. 6 adults had a comfortable ride to hotel.
Erik provided an excellent transfer experience from CDG airport to my Paris hotel. He was friendly, professional, and accommodating assisting me with my luggage. Will ask for him by name for future transfers.
The driver was professional, personable, and punctual. He drove safe and provided a safe environment.
With this being our first time to Paris. This was a great way to get to our hotel. The gentleman was waiting for us just exactly where we expected him. I felt safe and so glad we used this service instead of trying to get a taxi.
Very friendly and accommodating and convenient I would do it again because it’s very safe. I would recommend it to my family and friends
Mohamed was very patient and kind. We had a mishap in our connecting flight and so we arrived to Paris about an hour and a half later then the original time set, he still met us at the airport and drove us safely to our hotel. He was friendly and helpful. The van was also clean and comfortable. Overall awesome experience!

Mohammad was fantastic. The easiest transfer from the airport to the city. We will be setting up our return as well
Flexible, prompt, efficient and kind. Great pick up and delivery of two weary travelers with cancelled flights and lost luggage.
Getting Eric to drive us from CDG to the hotel was the best decision we've made so far! He was waiting with a sign right away after we got our luggage and it couldn't have been easier. He was friendly, thoughtful and somehow got us thru very busy highways with no problem. So glad we weren't driving! Along the way he answered our questions and was just a pleasure. I would highly recommend this service and Eric was a very competent and professional driver. Completely worth it! P
Mohamed was very helpful and friendly. He got us safely to our hotel and assisted with luggage. Would use again.
Even though our plane was late, our driver was there and professional. Beautiful car, waters candy’s and tinted which helped our jet lag.
Driver was easy to find. Was courteous and efficient. He delivered us to our apartment with no problems at all.
Our driver was at the airport to greet us. He was very professional and a very good driver. However, the exterior of the van was very dirty. The interior was very clean though. I had made these arrangements for me and my friends so it was a bit embarrassing to me.
Very nice driver. Dependable. Peace of mind for your vacation. Worth every penny. 5 th time I have used this service

Everything went just as planned. I was com communicated with through the WhatsApp as soon as my flight touched down, and my driver and I communicated throughout my process through customs and baggage, and he was there waiting for me as soon as I exited the baggage area. Excellent communication and excellent service. Comfortable ride and the help with the bags was just what we needed after a long flight! Highly recommended!
Exceptional service and communications. The driver provided clear instructions on where to meet and was courteous and very helpful with bags. The company also accommodated a late change in our flight details (by the airline) with no penalty or additional cost.
Our departure flight was very early in the morning. We were tired. The driver was extremely professional, taking care of loading all of our luggage. He did not rush us either, letting us finish our breakfast before departing. The ride was smooth and we made it to our terminal timely. I am so glad we booked this instead of a taxi or Uber.
Efficient. On time. Great communication. The driver met us after baggage claim. This was a great anxiety-free pick up.
Great way to start your trip to Paris. Greeted by driver, assisted with luggage, dropped off at front door of our hotel. Driver was timely, kind, and professional
Erik was on time to pick us up and we communicated via WhatsApp to give us confidence. He was knowledgeable about Paris.
Erik was waiting for us as we exited and was pleasant our entire ride. He took time to point out some of the sights as we entered Paris and told us about the clean up and restoration that took place before the Olympics of 2024.
Driver was there waiting for us as described. Very polite and professional. Very pleased with Viator. I have now booked them for the rest of our stay in Europe.
Very professional driver and communication between us and driver was prompt and courteous! Easy app to navigate.
It was very easy to book, our driver was waiting right outside the exit from the baggage claim. He was friendly and helpful with our luggage.
The gentleman who picked me up was excellent on communication, friendly and gracious. He made finding him very easy with clear instructions and knew the roads and streets very well. The warm welcome and greeting to Paris really put me at ease with my first time to Paris. Absolutely worth booking to ensure a stress free arrival and transfer to hotel.
Driver arrived on time and was pleasant. Office made sure to send confirmation of pickup time although I had to reach out to them first asking for them to confirm my reservation.
Our transportation from the airport to our hotel in Paris was flawless! Communication with our driver was excellent and he was waiting right where he said he’d be at the exit of baggage claim. So easy!
