The service was GREAT. My son and his family got stuck in a family passport line that took 75 minutes and we all missed out wait time window. Te home office and our driver were in constant contact but book the service for 30-45 min after you land. Paris customs sucks for families (my wife and I got through in under 10 minutes).
Waited for over an hour for the driver to meet us in the luggage exit with a sign as per your instructions! They never showed up & I want a total refund. I write to you on Monday, August 3 but as yet heard from the company!
Excellent service, company management is on top of everything to make sure everything works The driver is very helpful with the luggage and driving. We highly recommend.
Thomas is quite the professional and my wife and I found using his services for our transportation reduced the stress of the travel day very helpful. He is a good driver, very helpful with the luggage and we have hired him a few times before because of this. We highly recommend.
From booking to drop-off, everything about this taxi service was perfect. The driver was on time at CDG, polite, and drove us safely into Paris. The car was modern, comfortable, and very clean. After a tiring flight, it was such a relief to relax and enjoy the ride. Truly professional service that I would happily book again.
I had a nice trip with a professional and punctual worker. The car was clean and confortable. I would really recommend it if you ever need to go to Paris.
We were a group of 8 people for a transfer from CDG and everything was perfect! The organization was flawless, communication was smooth, and our driver was exceptionally punctual. The vehicle was comfortable, and the ride was both pleasant and professional. A truly premium service that allowed us to start our trip stress-free. I highly recommend SDRIVER&CO!
Thomas was excellent. There was an issue with the booking giving us the wrong location but he fixed it straight away. Very pleased with the service
Our pickup at the Paris airport was exactly as expected. Our return trip to the airport was unacceptable. Despite confirming the pickup time at our hotel several times, our driver did not arrive on time. When contacted the company to inquire I was told the driver was delayed by traffic due to an accident. When another driver finally arrived and drove us to the airport, I was charged 50 Euro for the trip, even though I had previously paid for a return trip. And we were too late to catch our flight, so we had to book another flight for the next day (at great expense) and find a hotel at the airport. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and poor service.
Very professional and punctual driver. Clean car, pleasant driving and friendly conversation. Impeccable Service from start to finish. I highly recommend it.
Courteous, professional and friendly driver. I recommend and will take it back for my next trips on paris.
I booked a transfer alone from CDG and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Everything was perfectly organized, communication clear, and the driver was on time, ready to welcome me. The car was impeccable and comfortable, and the ride smooth and professional. A stress-free experience from start to finish. I highly recommend SDRIVER&CO!
Great experience, in a comfortable vehicle driver very very very friendly and kind feel free to try!!
Punctual, friendly and extremely attentive drivers! We went to Versailles in safety and comfort! Having the option to speak in Portuguese or French!
This walk is a prelude to boarding , the ride is too nice just to imagine the different destinations that these passengers will take next to each other only a few minutes Jean marc et Corinne du 43
