Our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience interesting and fun. We especially appreciated how much information our guide shared while still keeping the tour relaxed and enjoyable. We never felt rushed, and there was a great balance between learning about the area and having time to really take everything in. Dean was amazing! He customized our tour so we wouldnt repeat sights we’d already seen. He took us to Montmartre for a fantastic stroll around all of the highlights, stop for gelato and a tour of the Basilica! He was a wonderful host and driver!
We had a great time seeing all the sights around Paris. Our guide picked us up on time after contacting us to check to see if we had a specific itinerary. We drove to different neighborhoods and sites of interest, getting out of the car to take pictures and learning interesting facts along the way. Moussa was professional and easy to get along with.
Our tour guy did not confirm the address to pick us up. They went to the wrong address that was 45 minutes away. So we decided it was too far they refused to give us her money back when we did not do the experience. Very disappointed with the service and that they did not even confirm our address.
This is a perfect introduction to Paris. We were able to orient ourselves to the city. This is not just a drive-by tour, but a chance to stop, visit a moment and take photos. A great way to start your trip to Paris. The driver was great about visiting the sights we had in mind and suggesting a few when we were finished with our lists.

Our driver was polite but had very little knowledge of the sites in Paris. The tour (?) was very expensive and we would have been much better off justing hiring a taxi. Hard to believe Viator would even offer this drive-around as a tour!
Dean is absolutely the best guide. He was very knowledgeable and interesting. It was easy to tell that he wanted you to have the best experience possible. Dean made sure to take us everywhere we wanted to go and took many pictures for us to enjoy. We would 100% recommend Dean and this wonderful tour.
We saw many sights at night which was terrific. Where many reviews talked about how knowledgeable their driver was, Hasan our driver had little knowledge of the historical provenance of some of the structures, e.g. he was unaware that the Louvre was at one time the royal palace. Though Notre Dame was on the schedule, we did not stop there.
Dincer (Dean) gave us an amazing tour of Paris at night. His knowledge and passion for Paris and France overall was excellent. He took us on a small walking tour of Montmartre and got us into Sacre Coeur. Truly a special experience. He took some great photos of us at the Eiffel Tower and made sure we were there for the hourly twinkling lights. I highly recommend taking this tour, ask for Dean, you won’t be disappointed.

Book a different tour or just hire a taxi. Driver was nice enough but didn’t have a set itinerary and missed some sites. Four of us plus the driver were crammed into a small car. He just drove by places, but not all of us could see. We were very disappointed. We have taken many exceptional Viator tours in many different countries but this tour was not up to the exceptional Viator standards. A very high price for not much in return.
We had such a lovely experience. Our driver customized the itinerary based on our interests and where we wanted to spend time, but also made time to point out really quaint and unique items along the way, especially street art which we loved.
Wonderful tour! We were exhausted flying in from the US so we thought a night tour of Paris where someone else drove would be the perfect activity, and it was! He was so kind and took us to all the amazing sites, timing the Eiffel Tower perfectly so we could see it sparkle. He helped with my dad who is in a wheelchair and always tried to get him a view without having to get him out of the car. I highly recommend this tour.
A great overview of Paris by dusk. Highly recommend. Traffic was horrendous and at a stand still for a while but we accomplished our sightseeing in time to enjoy a late dinner. Saw some hidden gems of Paris that are best viewed after the crowds thin out. Well done and we enjoyed our private tour!!
We went on a night tour with a driver named Ramen. He was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and a complete person to talk to. He went the whole way for us and made the experience wonderful. We enjoyed our time and recommend this activity completely.
This tour exceeded our expectations. Our driver was right on time, extremely courteous, polite and was committed to making our night memorable. He took photos of us and was very knowledgeable regarding the history of France and the monuments he was showing us. Our driver actually just took us wherever we wanted which was nice. This is more of a car service for the night v. guided tour which was explained on the messaging. Our guide was very helpful and polite! Unfortunately though it is advertised as a night tour but it is not. Starts at 5pm ends at 8pm, nothing at night and mostly stuck in traffic for more than half the tour. Again, driver was great but, would not recommend doing this and for this price overall disappointed.

The tour was ok. Our guide is very nice and accommodating as to what we want to see. He answered all questions that we had. The transportation was nice and on time. But all in all, it was just being in a van and driving around with some commentary. Nothing special.
Great way to see the main sites in Paris and get iconic photos! Touring at night and in the off season means less of a crowd. My guide had great recommendations and was flexible on how much time we spent at each site.

We took this tour on our last night in Paris with (Dincer; goes by Dean) and had an absolutely amazing time. Dean was so friendly, courteous, had an amazing sense of humor, asked us up front what we had seen and what we were interested in seeing. He was familiar with the history of the area, was a great conversationalist, and acted as our photographer (and the pics are great)! He absolutely made this tour worth taking!! He took us around Montmartre neighborhood in the 18th District. We loved the views, quaint shops, delicious food, and the atmosphere. We also got to tour the Basilica du Sacre-Coeur - what a gift! From there we drove down to Moulin Rouge so we could take a few pictures outside. All the people and bright lights only made us wish we had purchased tickets to a show!!! Then we went to take some night pictures outside the Louvre! We had been there earlier in the day but seeing the pyramid lit up at night was beautiful. We quickly stopped at Notre Dame. It’s under construction so hopefully we will get the opportunity to visit next time. We drove up the Champs-Élysées to view the Arc de Triomphe. Seeing the arch from far away all lit up with the lights from the cars down the long roadway showed us another perspective of this historical monument. Another must see on your visit to Paris. The tour was nearing the end and Dean had what he said was an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. We had seen it multiple times but he assured us we hadn’t seen “this view”. Wow, he wasn’t lying - it was spectacular!! There was live music and a great atmosphere. He had it timed perfectly where the sparkling lights of the Tower came on just 5 minutes after we arrived!! While we do kind of wish we would have started the trip with this tour so we had more time to go to the various places we visited, this was a great way to end our girls trip!!
My sisters and I did the Paris by night tour with our wonderful driver Asim Hassan Saeed. if I could give him 10 stars I would. He took us to local areas that we would not have been able to experience with a bus etc. He made sure that we saw the sites we were interested in and was great with the history of Paris. the price was great for a private tour and we highly recommend Welcome Pickups and especially Asim

No show. It seems they send an email if they have a driver assigned. They did not get a driver and they never communicated and we were charged. Now we are asked to work with viator to get a refund. Really bad experience.

This attraction was very good, especially for older persons or those not willing to drive in Paris. The driver picked us up at the hotel. He was very knowledgeable and patient. The traffic was very heavy and it was raining. He took us to the places we requested. Most of the trip was waiting in traffic.
Worst tour we have ever experienced. The tour guide barely spoke English. Did not explain anything? We asked questions and his answers were “I don’t understand what you ask” he just drove by and pointed to places and said this is the Ópera. This is the Moulin Rouge. No history, no information, nothing. We asked him to take us back to our hotel 2 hours early to not waste our entire evening in Paris.
It was an intimate experience just being with your closest friends there was only 7 of us and our driver let us take our own pace not hurrying on any stop
This was a fabulous experience. Hamza was so knowledgeable, and drove carefully to all the sites. He would slow down or stop when possible, to ensure that we received the best photo ops. It was a beautiful evening, and a delightful tour. It was made even better by having Hamza as our tour guide and driver. We highly recommend!

Paris lights! It was such a luxury to have a quality ride to see the sights with our tour guide Ikhlaq. He made accommodations to our to see list. The sparkling Eiffel Tower from the Trocadero to the winter carnival! The photo opps were beautiful!
