David was an excellent guide and driver. His knowledge was vast, his experience clearly evident. And, wow, what a great driver and navigator of the busy city, made busier by preparations for the arrival of the Pope. David showed us all the hot spots and allowed plenty of time to visit and even shop. Fabulous tour!

Daniel is a fantastic guide. We told him where we’d already been and he suggested other options. He even stopped at a store so I could shop. It was a great overview and wonderful to get to so many places in just a few hours. We will do it again when we go back!

He told us about places to get pastries in the area and at the end recommendation for a place to eat He was personable and knowledgeable. Our tour of Paris was phenomenal. Our guide, David was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He showed us all the sites accompanied by the history snd background of each. We learned about the layout of Paris, each area having its own personality. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Paris.

We booked at the last minute due to the heatwave in Paris and the experience was exactly what we were looking for - the highlights of Paris in an air conditioned, clean, comfortable car with a friendly, knowledgable driver/tour guide. Not only did Fadi know all the places to see and where to park/walk for the perfect view, he took high quality photos for our family. He also knows the best spots to stop for a meal, snacks, coffee. We learned the history of many places and also picked up some tips and tricks for the rest of our stay. We truly enjoyed our day!

Great itinerary. Driver/tour guide was very accommodating. There was a miscommunication as to where the pick up point was, but he patiently went back to the correct place where we were waiting. So generous of him!

Had a wonderful tour of Paris with David. He picked us up from our hotel and immediately shared with us interesting fun facts about the neighborhood we were staying in. We did all the highlights, but he’s super flexible and will take you to areas you’re interested in. Loved the drive to Sacre Coeur which he was able to drive us to the top, as well as Pigelle, Montmatre, and the Champ Elysee (try the hot chocolate at Lauduree! No lines and delicious!!!). Davis is an amazing and accommodating tour guide. I highly recommend him!

A great way to see all the main attractions if you have little time! We were able to make stops to visit attractions of our choice and also quick stops for photo opportunities, the decisions were ours!! David, our tour driver, was very informative and made the tour interesting and fun.

This was a great way to get an overview of Paris and see the famous sights (montmartre, Eiffel Tower, champs elysse, arc de triomphe, notre dame) without walking everywhere. David was a fantastic guide and gave us lots of history and other information about the city during the drive. Even though there was a lot of traffic, the time went by quickly with David’s commentary. We enjoyed two stops out of the car to look around and take pictures, and meeting back up with him was very smooth. We’d definitely recommend this tour and David our guide!

David was fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable. His car was clean and well maintained, kept us cool in the Paris heat. He explained the sites and knew his history. We would have hired him a second time but he was booked.

Traveled with my mom to Paris and due to mobility issues wanted an easy way for her to see the sites without issues of the hop on/off bus. David was beyond amazing!!!!! His knowledge of the city and ability to answer all questions. He not only told us th history of Paris but gave insight into the Paris culture! I would recommend David if you are looking for a private tour of the city from someone that is beyond knowledgeable on all the history of the city and the different neighborhoods.

David was able to keep me informed about our pickup point and time. We went to all the tourist attractions and points of interest. As we drove around he explained about the buildings, roads and other interesting things. He has a wealth of knowledge about the city. I would definitely recommend him as your tour guide.

David took the four of us on a half day tour of the highlights of Paris. He picked us up at our hotel promptly and drove us to places like Montmartre, Louvre , Arch de Triumph, etc. We had some free time to explore on our own and he was flexible with the itinerary and schedule. His English is excellent and we could converse easily. At the end of the tour we asked to be dropped off for a Seine cruise. He suggested we eat lunch at a pedestrian street that was a picturesque place filled with sidewalk cafes and shops. Which was a short walk to the pier. Excellent suggestion and worked perfectly. Glad we booked David and recommend him highly.

Booked this tour through Viator in early to mid-March 2025. Was happy to have hotel-pick up and return and looking forward to our tour which David had let us delete the Louvre and substitute with Place de la Concorde because he said, "it is on our way and much to see there." Fast forward to April 5, 2025 and our tour was CANCELLED because he had a doctor's appointment that could not be postponed. Really? Viator told us that David had two days off during the week for which he did not tours. Could his doctor's appointment have been made for one of those days? The tour we had been looking forward to was cancelled because we could not go the next day when our WWII Normandy beaches, cemetery, and museum tour was taking place. I had read a review where David cancelled another group's tour and I had a feeling this would happen to us. It did. I will never use Viator again.

David was beyond terrific!!! He drove my husband and me around Paris to show us all the highlights of the city, which is what we wanted to do. His knowledge of Paris history and its landmarks is superb. David’s English is wonderful…so easy to understand, with a great sense of humor!! It was literally our own personal tour of Paris, where we asked questions and went wherever we wanted to get a great overview of the city. Every time we passed one of those big tour buses, all I thought was that I was soooo happy we didn’t do that! Can’t recommend this tour with David enough!!!

The guide was knowledgeable, did a great job. 👍 On time and gave us adequate time at each Monument and stops.

Sadly there was no tour. David texted me about two hours before our 10am tour that he had to cancel for personal reasons. Things happen, it was very disappointing to say the least. I booked this tour months before our trip. David did respond to my text months before the tour. That was helpful. I would have liked a more detailed itinerary however I was happy he texted back. Paris is a wonderful city with or without a tour

Seeing the sites of Paris was amazing. However, David Kafari made the tour superb. His vast knowledge of French history proved to be most educational. We learned so much about the history of Paris and France as a whole. David is patient, friendly and has a great sense of humor. We were very fortunate to have such a kind person show us around Paris. David was absolutely amazing!!! He was born and raised in Paris so he was very knowledgeable and I learned a lot about the city’s history. His car was clean and well kept. We booked a half day tour and never felt like we were on a time crunch. He stopped wherever we wanted and gave us time to explore on our own. Would definitely recommend booking with him. Our trip with David was incredible!! He picked us up from the airport and took us to a beautiful place called Montmartre where we had lunch. Then he took us to the Arch de triomphe, then the perfect spot for a perfect Eiffel tower shot and then the Louvre. He was so kind, accommodating and super knowledgeable telling us history all along the way. We were traveling with my 2.5 yr old son and he made the day trip after long travel a breeze. Highly recommend him and def will be using him again in the future!

Excellent guide and tour. It began with great communication regarding pickup and dropoff. He demonstrated great knowledge regarding the city and all its sites. He was very friendly and approachable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Made us want to return for a longer stay.

There was no tour. I didn’t have high hopes after asking about a meeting time and not hearing back until calling customer service. Then I was given a late afternoon time at 10:30 pm the night before. The day of the tour I received a message about an hour before we were to meet that the guide couldn’t make it because of and illness or injury. Luckily we were able to tour on our own as this was the only day we had in Paris. I would not recommend wasting your time booking this one.

We didn’t even know where to start on our trip to Paris so this was a great way to get a feeling for the city but also hit the highlights in an efficient way.

The operator was to pick us up at our hotel. He emailed me and said he did not realize the hotel we were staying at (it was checked on the order form) and that it was very busy there. So I asked where should we meet him. He gave me an address. We arrived at our hotel after an all night flight, dropped our luggage and figured out how to meet him at the designated location. Just as we arrived I received an email from him that said that he had been in an accident and couldn't meet us. We did receive a full refund.

When you only have a few days to experience one of the most amazing cities on earth, you must be strategic with your time. I booked 3 separate tours to help us in that endeavor. David and his Half-Day Tour was by far the best investment I made. He was incredibly knowledgeable but also funny and eager to engage our 6 yr old grandson as well as us. It's amazing how much you can see and do when you have a good guide. On our next trip, I will book with David again.
