On time pickup even when our flight was delayed. They tracked our flight and swift.y took us to our hotel. Would book again and highly recommend.

One big problem as much my fault as theirs - no confirmation of flight arrival/time so no driver at airport although i had been sent a voucher with arrival instructions. However, a phone call was answered by a human being, who immediately sent a car/driver - so delay in pick was about thirty minutes, and as I said, I should have confirmed too

I would highly recommend this service. Our driver, Nidhal, was right on time and exactly where we expected to meet. Our drive to our hotel in Paris took 2 hrs due to traffic. On the drive, Nidhal was very personable , helpful and charming. As a bonus he helped us brush up on our French!

The driver was not able to meet us right outside the arrivals I believe due to traffic. There were many other drivers with placards waiting for their riders, however, so I’m unsure why our driver was late. It was a bit challenging communicating with the company but about 15 minutes later our lovely driver appeared and his driving was great and we got to our hotel in time to make our lunch reservation. I still love Viator though and am using it to ride back to the airport today!

Clean vehicle but no water was offered, friendly driver and felt safe to ride with, obey the speed limits

Driver kept in touch with me at all times. Van was a bit dirty and with signs of worn out, driver went to get gas with us, taking out our time. Reliable though.

Driver texted us to let us know he was waiting when we arrived. He was very helpful with our luggage and as we were driving from airport towards city of Paris he gave us a brief description of what we were seeing.

The driver was there as expected but did not help with luggage. We had to push the luggage cart ourselves and his driving was not good. He did not speak any English. For this, I could have just done an uber. This was not as expected.

I would rate this experience lower, but I think the issue was with the individual driver and not the company. I was nearly 90 minutes late to my arrival because the CDG customs was packed and moved very slowly. The driver was very agitated and said I needed to pay him an extra 60 euro in cash because of the delay (and wanted to walk me over to the ATM to get it). I refused and said the company could contact me if there was an issue. He wasn’t happy. That said, he drove me to my hotel safely and I do highly recommend this type of service from CDG.

Driver was lovely and very helpful, BUT, upon landing they state the whole process takes an hour. I kept them in the loop about a major delay getting through customs and they charged me additional 30 Euros to have them wait for me, or the driver would leave and I'm guessing I wouldn't have got a refund. Unacceptable that I was charged extra due to circumstances out of my control. Look elsewhere for better value.

Edward was very professional, assisted with the luggage, drove safely through rush hour traffic and got us to our hotel in an hour. He find the most efficient routes from CDG to Louvre Montana, a small hotel on Rue de Saint Roch. Reliable, on time, answered questions and allowed quiet time during the long drive early in the morning. Only disconnect our flight landed early and I forgot to turn off airplane mode to receive his arrival text. He found us outside baggage claim in arrivals.

Worst experience ever! The driver never called to say he would be late so I called and when the person answered said he would call me back he never did and we waited 45 minutes and the person stopped answering the phone

The driver texted us after we landed. He gave assurance he would wait for us to clear customs and claim bags. He was waiting when we emerged.

Driver met us as we exited the Customs area with a sign with our name and helped get our luggage to the vehicle. He was very friendly, spoke very good English, and was a very smooth driver. Would highly recommend him.

One less thing to worry about! We prearranged transportation from CDG to our hotel for our first visit to Paris. Viator had our airline arrival information and contact information. It was great when the assigned driver, Firman, reached out by text as our flight arrived in Paris and confirmed he would be there to meet us! He was there, the vehicle was clean and convenient to access. Firman was a life long resident of Paris and, maybe because his English was self-taught and not extensive, provided an authentic and personal introduction to Paris on the drive into Paris. The traffic was terrible, but Firman negotiated it confidently and safely. All in all the service met all our requirements and the experience with Firman was great.
