We were picked up directly outside of baggage claim when we arrived. The driver had our name in clear sight for easy location. Comfortable for four adults, four large suitcases and a carry-on luggage play space for more. Great value for ride to the hotel from the airport.
Did a good job but did not have an identifying sign with our name on it at the reception area…. had to match with him face-to-face with his picture. But eventually we connected, and the ride was smooth and safe..

I booked an airport transfer to our hotel through Viator. The driver was waiting for us with our name showing on a sign. He was early which was great. He showed us some sights along the way. He took care of our luggage. I would definitely book again.

Very confusing. We arrived and I had communicated through WhatsApp with no issues. I followed the directions I was told by the driver. I was told to meet the driver in arrivals one I exited from baggage claim, which I did. We waited over 39 minutes with no driver. I called the company and they tried to resolve the issue. I was then told to go outside where it said reserved taxis. We did this, I then sent a picture to the driver through WhatsApp. He finally arrived, we got in the car then I got a call from the company and they didn’t know who we were driving with. I was a bit panicked at this point. However, our driver got us safely to our hotel with no issues. Also, I paid more for business class since we travel with a wheelchair, the company contacted me the day before and wanted me to upgrade another 30 euros for a bigger vehicle. We could have used a regular city taxi for 65 euros. It was frustrating and a bit scary at times using this vendor.

So happy with my Viator experience! Our flight from SLC to Paris was cancelled at the last minute. We did not arrive until the next day. Great way to get to Paris. The gentleman was waiting outside of the luggage area and grabbed our bags and escorted us out to his waiting vehicle with a water for each of us. It would be an even better deal if there were more than 2 travelers.

We had an excellent experience with this private travel company during our trip in Paris. They picked us up from the airport and took us to our Airbnb right on time. The driver and team were very nice, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how helpful and flexible they were after the first ride. They helped us set up future transportation, including shuttle service to and from Disney Paris, and also arranged our ride from the Airbnb to the train station. I had to change the pickup time several times, and they were always patient, accommodating, and never made it feel like a problem. Overall, the service was excellent, reliable, and stress free. Communication was top notch, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing private transportation in Paris.

Driver was waiting for us with a sign when we came off our overnight flight from NYC. Unfortunately I left my phone in the car and it took me several hours, without the phone, to get into my TripAdvisor account for the contact info to ask them about it. About 24 hours later they found the phone and returned it to me for the price of the extra trip to my hotel - no surcharges. Merci beaucoup!

Ride was on time. Driver dropped me of at wrong address (assumed it was hotel, didnt read address). Would not back up to make walk shorter. Its ok, but I specifically asked him to stop at our address. Maybe it was due to lack of communication language (I don’t speak french). Service ok in general.
We were a grouo of 6 arriving on 2 separate flights that wascsupposed to land 20 minutes apart. Driver (Mark) kept in touch with us when we landed. He knew the second flight was delayed. Driver verified what the first group that had arrived wanted to do. We decided to wait for the second flight. He respected our decision and arrived to pick us up allowing enough time to clear customs.
