Very smooth. Our driver was punctual, very nice Mercedes van equipped with water, tissues, and umbrella. Our trip was to Mt St Michele from Paris. We stopped for a quick break at a full service station. The driver walked us to the ticket and information center where a separate free shuttle bus goes to the village and Abby. He met us where he dropped us off. We did a quick stop again at a nice service area on way back to get sandwiches. Picked up at 8 and back to hotel by 8:30pm ( Paris traffic)

We were able to book with short notice. Ben drove us to and back from St. Mont Michael, safely, but including our visit to the abbey in 10 hours.

I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a private self guided day trip from Paris to Mont St Michel, which is exactly what we were interested in. Our diver Ben was an excellent driver. He picked us up on time and was excellent communicating with us on WhatsApp. The van had plenty of room and was comfortable.

Experience was terrific - my husband is recovering from ACL surgery so we wanted to do a private transfer rather than a large bus and your group so that he’d be more comfortable. Ben our driver was timely, courteous, professional and a great driver. The van was clean and comfortable enough that we napped on the long drive back to Paris. Pickup and dropoff were seamless. Would highly recommend.

A good historical and educational visit. The walking was a bit of a challenge but we were able to muscle through it. But the most important problem was lack of public RESTROOMS in the area. They need to fix that.

Had a personal driver, Benjamin, who drove us the 3.5 hours one way in a comfortable Mercedes to this incredible site. He waited while we spent about 4 hours touring the abbey and village, then drove us back to our hotel in Paris. I highly recommend this tour and Benjamin if you want to see this Unesco World Heritage site. We could have taken a less expensive tour however we would have had to navigate the Paris metro system cold turkey, so pick up at our hotel was great. Also, I couldn't find any other tours that even offered hotel pick up service .

We were very pleased with our booking of a van for a day trip from our Paris hotel to MSM.
