Download before going and have a full charge on your device. Also be aware of lots of stairs to climb. Use the photos of the burial sites provided in the app to find the actual burial.

I loved this audio guide, as it not only talks about the most famous tombs, such as those of Jim Morrison, Oscar Wilde, and Édith Piaf, but also lesser-known corners full of mystery. In addition, the map is very useful: it guides you from one place to another without getting lost, and you can activate the narration at just the right moment. The sound design, with birdsong and the soft whisper of the wind, makes the experience even more immersive and emotional. Honestly, it exceeded all my expectations!

We visited the final resting place of some of our favourite people. Jim Morrison, Moliere, Gustave Dore and my favourite writer Oscar Wilde. What historic mausoleums and crypts. Absolutely amazing craftsmanship went into this cemetery.

Historical and iconic personalities are laid to rest here. Very interesting and intriguing to wonder thru the various tombs.

Could not find where to pick up the headphones. Never found Jim Morrison’s grave. It’s free to get in and you can download a map on your phone. There is a list of where the “famous” are buried at the entrance. Cemetery closes at 5 though we were there until 6. Would not pay for this again. I hope you enjoy my $16.00 USD

You should be told to download everything beforehand. I am in another country and had to pay a lot of money to download this

the visit to pere lachaise was a very interesting experience, I imagined it to be a very dark place, but I found a quiet, illuminated and very beautiful space, with many details to appreciate. Thanks to touringbee for being an excellent guide, she allowed me to know the most emblematic places and gave me very interesting information about the outstanding people of the place.

The app does not geolocate you We are going in circles trying to find it while Google does the job wonderfully. The only interest is the comments on the deceased.

It was very difficult for us to find the meeting place. We thought we would deal with a human being who would give us the material for the audio guide until we noticed written very small on the tickets or the email (it doesn't matter) that the audio guide was done via an app. Once the app was downloaded, we could not find a single tomb because the map and the audio guide did not indicate the locations. We wasted a lot of time going in circles to finally manage with Google Maps. So, I am very disappointed with the service and the activity.

Too bad there are no more descriptions and you can not download the map. Otherwise good product

Before we take a ticket, it is explaining how it works, having headphones, installing touringbee that pays. Correct the address boulevard boulevard because it does not exist! On the phone, the hostess absolutely wanted to sell me tickets I already had, to send me a link that did not work. Anyway, two of us couldn't connect. In the evening, at home I tried again without success. So you ruined our day and I will never repeat this experience!

This application is totally impossible to use. The explanations on the ticket are really unclear and no way to enjoy this experience. Is this a scam?

Interesting experience, easy because in autonomy. We would have liked to have a visit with some atypical graves.

The opening of this trip is audio guides. We'd get a lot less impression if we decided to wander around the cemetery without a guide. And then it turns out you're walking at your own pace, but you're learning so many interesting things! I suggest you take this audio guide and walk around listening to funny and not-so-funny stories along the way. This experience is unlike any living guide, much less worth a penny. I'll definitely take more!

Gps does not work because poor signal reception. So not interesting. The reviews are good but we can't find the graves. What a shame.

after a laborious setup (multiple messages to register the reservation, then the payment and finally manage to download the application after accessing 2 applications - Viator and TouringBee-) the visit went well despite the geolocation which is not sufficiently precise. Despite all this, the comments are interesting and comprehensive.

I loved both the choice of the tombs commented on and the tone of the narrator, who is very pleasant.

The audio guide is very practical: the voice is pleasant and the text well written, with interesting anecdotes about the people mentioned. The cemetery is huge, and the tool really helps us find the graves of personalities who deserve to be studied. We learn a lot about these characters. The great highlight is freedom: no fixed schedule, you can start the tour whenever you want. The only small downside: the route ends at the top of the cemetery, which forces us to go down again on our own. But it also allows to discover, if desired, graves of people not identified in the audio guide.

The cemetery is nice to visit though the audio guide did not work and to date, despite my request, I have had no refund.

Unable to download the audio-guide, the link does not work .so useless .the visit of the site being free,so this is not interesting and no reply from the site has my message reporting the problem

Il faut télécharger l'application avant d'arriver au cimetière. Et ne pas oublier ses écouteurs. Les commentaires faits par un historien sont très intéressants.

J'ai utilisé les services de Viator pour acheter une visite audioguide du cimetière du Père Lachaise. Si les commentaires sont parfois intéressants, l'impossibilité de fermer l'application pendant l'utilisation pour faire une photo nécessite plein de manipulations inutiles. À améliorer

Impossible de télécharger l’application car le code demandé ne correspondait pas !! Nous avons donc effectué une visite non autoguidée pour 10€😢😢😢😢

Impossible d'accéder au contenu de la visite une fois le produit acheté. Pourtant je disposais d'une bonne connexion internet puisque j'ai pu téléchargé les applications nécessaires.
