This don’t get if you’re from out of town. The photographer was late. The directions that was on the website took me to a different place. The photographer did not want to wait or accommodate. The company just take your money and viiator did not want to give me my money back because the company did not want to. I had to dispute with my bank. DO NOT USE this company.

I booked a photoshoot in paris with Romain b and he was brilliant. Put me and my partner at ease straight away as we'd never done anything like this before. After contacting him few days before we arrived I asked if he could capture my surprise proposal which he was more than happy to do. The photos are fantastic and something we will never forget. The photographer was very kind and graciously changed our appointment time because the pope was there, making it impossible for us to arrive by taxi. There was also a race in Paris at the end of every month, which I didn’t know about. The photos are okay, but I wasn’t very happy with the color editing, and he didn’t offer to improve them. I also had to pay extra to keep more photos because I couldn’t download the ones included in the package due to a system glitch.

Vera was absolutely amazing.. we got way more than we payed for.. she was in time, pleasant, full of ideas, and knew the best spots. This shoot was for our 1 year anniversary and it was just amazing.. for my husbands who hates taking pics to say he enjoyed himself speaks for itself .. very grateful

The difficulty is finding the meeting spot. After that, the shoot was great. Sami took many photos with a number of poses. He did not rush and was attentive to our wishes.We got some great pics. I would definitely recommend.

Quentin was so kind and easy to work with. He coordinated with me before the shoot to plan a very special moment, and it all went perfectly because of his efforts. Even though the weather wasn’t cooperating, he knew just what to do, where to place us, and how to pose us to get some really lovely photos. We’re so pleased with how they turned out and so glad that he was able to help us capture a once in a lifetime moment!

Quentin was very punctual and courteous. Briefly explained the poses he had in mind and had finished the shoot a little over a half hour. Out of the 167 photos of which were similar poses, we were able to get the 20 free package included photos. We would have liked that our suggested poses and location at the meeting point would have been taken. This way we could have purchase more of the photos. Overall, we were happy with the service and Smiler’s continuos updates.

Our photographer Quentin was punctual and very courteous. Smiler came through with a photographer after two previously assigned photographers couldn’t make the shoot. We liked most of the pictures taken but felt that certain requested shots or very near locations were not considered although knowing that it was just a half-hour shoot,

Mohamed was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was very communicative, on time, professional, and made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable. He also helped guide us with our poses, which we really appreciated and made us feel comfortable throughout the shoot. The photos came out great, and the whole experience was lovely. Would highly recommend Mohammed!

We had such a fun time with Mohamed! It was quick, efficient, and the photos turned out great! We were three friends travelling together, and we have a nice variety of group and individual photos. Shoot was Thursday morning, and we received the photos Saturday night. Overall, highly recommended.
