Not only did our tour guide not show up for the Eiffel tower..but also a no show for the London Tower and the Arc De triomphe. Viator did give us a refund for the Eiffel Tower and we were able to go up by ourselves. Never again will we use Viator. I repeat....NEVER AGAIN WILL WE WASTEVOUR TIME OR MONEY ON A VIATOR TOUR.

Our guide was exceptionally good, kind and came to meet us when we couldn't find the meeting point. I think her name is Diane (she has red hair). I and my family enjoyed the tour and would recommend it.

We are very pleasantly surprised that our family tour for three and a small group ended up being a private tour for just the three us. The tour guide, Dana, was very knowledgeable about the process and the best way to enter the tower and she was very knowledgeable about of all sorts. We spoke a lot about Napoleon, which was a particular interest to my family and me.

Tour guide was very knowledgeable but we were disappointed by the fact that the summit excursion tickets were sold out despite having booked months in advance. Our tour guide had to buy our tickets on the day, and it was not pre-purchased.

Had a Tour with Dana, great guide and she is very knowledgeable. She pointed us a lot of places to visit, knew a lot (and i mean A LOT) of information on Napoleon Bonaparte. My tour was in the morning, the security line was very small, I think overall we spent around 5 minutes, we spent around 2 hours, got to see the summit then we went down on second flow and did the rest of the tour there , I've been told by the guide that these days even the 6 pm tour is not bad at all as it's not that busy. The experience itself was around 2 hours, and I think it's very worth to see . Def recommend !
Our guide never showed up. We never got a notice that our tour was cancelled. couldn't reach anyone to help us. Very bad experience!
An unforgettable experience, it was just perfect.
We booked and paid for 4 tickets to the top of the Eiffel Tower 3 months in advance to provide our grandchildren and ourselves with a secured, unforgettable experience. The tour guide we booked informed us at the ticket counter that there were no more tickets available due to overbooking, even though our tickets were reserved, booked, and paid for. In response to our inquiries about what would happen next, the tour guide reacted very annoyed and simply left us standing there. After a live chat with several attempts at Tiqets, we were offered a minor refund. However, the additional price we paid in advance for the top was more than twice as expensive. Much worse than the financial damage is the lost highlight for our grandchildren and for us, as this will not happen again. In the end, we will never book with Tiqets again and strongly advise everyone else against it.
