Absolutely amazing tour. Cristina was exceptional and very knowledgeable.

The complete tour was really good fit if someone wants to cover best spots of brussels and Bruges in a day. On top the guidr Cristina was really amazing and supportive. She was taking special care for all of us from our location, preference, chocolate shopping and food. I would really recommend it for a quick tour.

This was a great day trip from Paris. It was a little long but work it to see the historical centres of Brussels and Bruges. The guide, Cristina and the two drivers, Sasa and Jean Pierre were great at keeping us informed and on time. Cristina, in particular, was impressive with her knowledge, preparation and communication.

This was a great way to be able to see Brussels and Bruges from Paris. It was a long day but worth it! Our guide, Cristina, and drivers Jean Pierre and Sasa made it easy. I particularly liked the clear and timely communication from Cristina so that we never felt as if we didn’t know what was happening.

I had an amazing experience on this trip. Cristina was extremely knowledgeable and polite with all of us. She took genuine care to ensure all the members of the group were properly informed about all the places. Jean & Sasha were also extremely cordial with all of us. Would definitely recommend for solo and group travel.

Cristina was an excellent guide. However, the Brussels itinerary did not include a visit to the European Parliament, which I consider a major oversight. The “chocolate tour” was very disappointing—especially given the price: 5 chocolates for 2 people for 50 euros! Definitely not recommended!!!!!!!

This experience is a long day and a very short amount of time to enjoy the sites. Daniella was lovely and did a nice job explaining things. We would have preferred to be in an English speaking group. I would not recommend the chocolate tasting part as it was literally a store employee explaining 5 pieces of chocolate. Brussels and Bruges were both beautiful and definitely need more time to enjoy your surroundings.

My tour said English however it was 90% Spanish and ALL instructions and information was given in Spanish first and then the 2nd class participants were instructed in English. It would have been helpful to have a simple map of the places we were going to be visiting so if you get lost from the leader you have an idea of where things are. I understand this is not a photo tour but people want to take pictures and not get left behind!!!! Again a map would have been helpful.

Fernando was a great guide and you could tell he had a real passion for Belgium! While English wasn’t his first language he did a great job explaining things to us and taking us on a walking tour through town to see all the highlights.

We did the tour with Cristina as ou tour guide. She was very patient with everyone who didn’t speak the languages of the tour doing the best to be comprehended. Both locations were beautiful! I just thought that it was little time to get to know the city. Didn’t do de lunch with the crew so about that don’t know how to rate. The pick up location is very far from the center of Paris so look before to not be late! But I do recommend it.

An incredible day trip to Belgium from Paris! We travelled from Paris in the morning, spent the day exploring both Bruges and Brussels, and made it back to Paris that same evening. It was a long day, but absolutely worth it. Bruges was easily one of the highlights of our entire European trip. The canals, cobblestone streets, medieval buildings and beautiful squares make the city feel like something out of a storybook. Walking through the historic centre, taking in the architecture and stopping for Belgian chocolate and waffles was exactly the experience we were hoping for.

This was a full-day tour from Paris to Brussels and Bruges. It’s a long day, but well worth the time. Our tour guide, Cristina, was absolutely amazing! She provided many interesting details about the different cities (alternating between Spanish and English!), and kept a close eye on us to make sure we were well taken care of. The optional chocolate tasting was informative and tasty, though a bit pricey. The bus was quite comfortable, and there were regularly-scheduled breaks where we could stretch our legs, buy snacks and/or use the facilities. All in all, a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this tour!

Christina was fabulous! She was knowledgeable and kind. We were on a bilingual tour and my family was the only ones that spoke English. Christina explained everything in both languages and made it a point to include everyone. The tour was a great experience for all! We were blessed to have two drivers which made you feel safe since it was such a long trip! Well worth it!! Thank you!

Alicia was our guide and she was informative , professional and an all round great guide . We booked knowing this was a highlights tour . We learnt about the historic buildings and cities . We had free time to eat and explore on both stops . The restaurant recommendation was excellent the food was delicious was pricey but not disappointed . My only negative was the optional chocolate tasting was not worth the extra the shop staff basically handed us the chocolate named them and walked straight away . Both Alicia and Christina were highly knowledgeable professional and delightful. Would recommend the tour .

Amigo Tours canceled our Tour less than a day before without any warning and by sending a simple email claiming Force Majeure. We came a long way to France and made this booking back in January 2026 to ensure we had our seats locked to then have this lack of customer service and disregard. Risk doing business with this company at your own peril.

The guide ladies are fantastic, history, suggestions about food . Keeping track on time and the persons on tour they showed care about it. Thanks have a wonderful time .!!!

As a world traveler, I can confidently say this was by far one of the best tours I have ever been on. We started our journey early in the morning and first visited Brussels, then Bruges. It was truly a magical day. Cristina and Alicia were amazing guides—friendly, energetic, and kind. They kept us informed throughout the trip with the PDFs they had thoughtfully prepared, making the journey even more enjoyable. Our day trip from Paris to Brussels and Bruges, Belgium was outstandingly organized and truly amazing from start to finish. Everything ran right on schedule, which made the entire experience feel seamless and stress-free. The bus was comfortable and had a bathroom onboard…comfortable, and we always felt completely safe with our driver, Héctor. A special thank you to our guides, Krysta and Luisa María, who were incredibly friendly, informative, organized, and worked so hard to make sure everyone had a great experience. We especially appreciated that there was both an English-speaking guide and a Spanish-speaking guide — such a thoughtful touch that made the trip feel welcoming and inclusive for everyone. The group size was also perfect — not too large and very manageable, which made moving between stops easy and enjoyable. We truly enjoyed every moment of the day and would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Paris and wanting an easy, well-run day trip to Belgium.

We had a great tour. The tour guide Ali was very good and helpful.

I would completely remove the Chocolate tasting experience. They will pick their most basic chocolates, no demonstration was done. The staff was NOT welcoming at all, we seem to be an other to them. In summary we only tasted 2 chocolates and left because we weren’t allowed to take them with us. I would NOT recommend. We it comes to Fernando and Antonio, I would give them a 1000/100, excellent service, very knowledgeable both of them!

We visited Brussels and Brugges where we tried some famous local cuisine, ate some amazing waffles and had lots of incredible chocolate. Cristina did an amazing job in giving us the history of the sites, keeping us organized and on a schedule. She is an amazing guide and would highly recommend booking a trip through Amigo tours and request Cristina Ortega!

We were broken down into 2 smaller groups for English and Spanish, and they were very welcoming. I would definitely chose them again for any tour they offer.

We had an amazing experience with our tour guide Cristina Ortega and our Chauffeur Mama, the tour overall is a must try experience its very informative and uses phone GPS to update tour location when you get detoured.. the food experience in Belgium was amazing both Brussles and Bruges have their own charms but all in all its a trip to remember! Yecinia was a wonderful tour guide. We learned so much about Brussels and Bruges. She handled the English speakers and Spanish speakers flawlessly. That said, the tour would have moved along quicker if there were two guides or one language, but the trip was wonderful!

Cristina is a warm and friendly person with a lot of knowledge to share about Brussels and Bruges. My tour was in English and Spanish which I loved because of the opportunity to get a better ear for a language I am practicing. I am a 64 yr old solo traveler and Cristina made sure I felt comfortable and included. The food was exceptional especially lunch in Brussels at Ommegang. I had the sweet and tender Carbonade, like a beef stew, which.was recommended by Cristina. A wonderful and educational day.
