I learned on my first trip to Europe not to rely on a taxi being there when you need it, and that not all European countries are Uber-friendly. I now take all the guesswork out of getting to the airport on time by arranging a private transfer ahead of time. S.A.R.L. Comfort Cars were prompt with communications, setting and confirming up a pickup time was easy, the driver was at my hotel ahead of the pickup time, and dropped us off at the exact door for my airline. He was courteous and professional and I would use S.A.R.L. Comfort Cars again and would absolutely recommend them to others.

Driver was supposed to speak English but barely spoke a word of it. Car was too hot on the way. He dropped us off in a fenced off parking area near the departure terminal nowhere near our airline counter. When I asked for him to pull around to the actual passenger drop-off area he refused. Also gave no indication of which direction to walk to get around the fence to get to the terminal which led to us having to retrace our steps hauling heavy bags.

Sadly, we had a transport scheduled for 2:30am out of Paris. Messaged the day before and called the emergency line provided for after hours, no answer. Waited 15 mins after 2:30am and decided to get an Uber, which got there in 5 mins. Got to the airport and then at 3:09am I get a message from the driver saying he cannot find me. Company’s emergency line answered back after 8am. Would recommend using Uber

Even less than one star! TERRIBLE STAFF! The most difficult and disorganized airport I have ever seen in my life (I'm 40 and used to traveling with small children). At security, the employees behaved really badly, out of incompetence and arrogance. They moved my few items randomly into 10 bins, then they forcibly stacked the bins one inside the other, with the risk of breaking my personal belongings (prescription sunglasses) and making repacking my bags much longer and more difficult than necessary, even for a methodical and fast person like me. FURTHERMORE, they told me very rudely to hurry up. An employee stepped on my children's clothes while I was asking her not to; she didn't even acknowledge me. I told the employee that I felt like I had been catapulted into the Middle Ages, and she replied arrogantly for me to calm down. The trip to the city of Paris was truly fantastic, and all the passersby I met along my way were really very kind, making me want to return again. But this Paris airport NEVER AGAIN!! I could NEVER recommend it! The train is better.
