Never received the tickets. Got a voucher, claiming it were the e-tickets, but at the boat they told me the voucher was invalid, I should have gotten tickets by Point.click.tourism which I never did. So I had to buy tickets on the spot. It is a scam, I want my money back

Itinerary
Start your evening at Vert-Galant Square, the tiny park at the tip of the Île de la Cité, just under Pont Neuf. From the statue of Henri IV in the middle of the bridge, walk down the stairs to the riverbank where your boat is waiting.
As you leave Pont Neuf, you circle Île de la Cité, where Paris was born. From the water you can see the medieval towers of the Conciergerie, the Courthouse and the elegant riverfront façades – like sailing around an open-air history book.
Gliding along the south bank of the island, you’ll enjoy a clear, unobstructed view of Notre-Dame Cathedral. Even under restoration, its flying buttresses and towers are one of the most powerful symbols of Paris, and the river is the perfect place for photos away from the crowds.
The cruise continues past Île Saint-Louis, lined with 17th-century mansions and calm quays. This is one of the most romantic corners of Paris: warm apartment windows, tiny balconies and reflections of the façades in the Seine.
Further west, the immense façade of the Louvre stretches along the river, facing the domed French Institute on the Left Bank. Between them, the Pont des Arts footbridge offers one of the best viewpoints in Paris – from the boat you can see all three in a single glance.
As the boat heads further west, the Eiffel Tower comes into full view, rising above the Trocadéro and the Champ de Mars. In the evening she is lit up, and if you’re there at the right time, you’ll see her sparkling – the moment everyone waits for, with Champagne glasses raised and cameras ready.
On the way back, enjoy a final drink and a last look at Paris’s bridges and monuments reflected in the water. The cruise ends back at du Vert-Galant Square , just a short walk from the lively cafés and restaurants of the Latin Quarter and Saint-Germain, perfect to continue your evening.

The tickets from VIATOR was never able to be downloaded and I’m fighting with them for my money back since my Paris trip
the booking process was great and viator provided the boarding pass to the boat. But when I went to the boat boarding area they suggested the boarding pass issued by Viator is not valid and I need to get in touch with them to issue the real boarding pass. I sent them messages and finally I called Viator and it took a while for them to get me the right boarding passes. By the time the boat left the boarding area. Eventually Viator issued the real boarding pass and i could get on to the next one. Passengers be aware of this fake boarding passes.
Its ok for the price. Its self guided so I wasn't expecting too much. You have to scan to QR code to be able to know what spots are you passing. Get at least the night tour so you can get a good picture of the Eiffel tower after your tour.
Never miss this great river cruise tour for first time visitors of Paris! The Viator price is a bargain with free cancellation option.
Will start by saying, cruise is gorgeous. However, be advised, if you think you are buying a ticket for a specific time/cruise, you are not. We bought 7:30 tickets, got in line at 6:50 and ended up on an 8:20 boat. Cruise provider will say it is an in demand cruise , etc. What I would say is the provider needs to be more transparent/clear on what you are getting. You are getting a general cruise time and your cruise may be at that time or up to 2 hours later ( based on other comments I have seen.) PROVIDER should be clear on what to expect.
Nothing special. Little helpful narrative and downloaded audio not helpful. Ok to see Eiffle tower and other attractions.
easy to find and was able to take any boat tour during the day. Easy boarding and unloading. Pick any seat you want
A lovely way to end the day Download the commentary as you miss a lot of info if you don’t. Try and get a seat outside
The establishment for the boat ride wasnt accepting the tickets i purchased online from viator so I had to purchase it again there which made my expense double
Got the ticket for Seine river cruise via viator. The ticket did not give exact location of the tour boat in the 'Port de la Bourdonnais'. There were multiple boats run by the same company. Went to the first one I saw and it was stopped at flag marked no.5 by . They saw my ticket and said my boat was at no.2. At no.2 there was a stationary boat that was converted to a restaurant. There was a boat at flag no.3. Approached the people near the entrance of the boat to ask if that is the boat. They were yelling at me repeatedly 'Don't come here. Go.'. I asked another person working for the boat and he said wait at the end of the line. So I went to the line which was about a kilometer. When my turn came after an hour, they said 'your ticket is not valid, show the email'. I showed the email. The ticket had a bar code and they insisted 'It should have a QR code, we do not accept bar code'. After repeating about 10 times that I do not have a QR code and only bar code then they let me in. By this time the 8:30pm cruise boat which started only at 9:30 had already departed. I had to wait for the next boat which started at 10:30. This is utter chaos. I wish Viator could use a better boat company for the cruise. They have a sign that says 'if you disrespectful to the cruise operators, your ticket will be cancelled'. Respect is not one way. They are also supposed to treat their customers who feed them well.
I had booked a trip at 20:00 but it was an endless queue at the boat. The tour started first 21:20 and the boat was crowded. Not so nice.
We were given a meeting point 5 km away and had to run, did not make it on time but fortunately was offered later time boat. Problem with tickets was frustrating as the email showed one ticket for 2 people and that was not acceptable for the tour provider. We were told to call Dubai to straighten the problem. Fortunately later there was a very helpful person who was able to contact the ticket provider in Dubai but by what’s up and she quickly solved the problem. The automated guide was not clear on the boat. We missed the landmarks. Also the boat was full of people.
this is fraud and the boarding was rejected with the qr scan code provided by viator. Dont buy this and avoid.
Do not book through TripAdvisor. My ticket was not valid at the dock. Help was given but they were not able to scan the ticket I was emailed through trip advisor. In the wait, I was unable to make my scheduled time despite being at the docks 30 minutes before departure. I had to buy a new ticket at the dock and was not given a refund for my trip advisor ticket.
Terrible. Tickets did not even work. Huge waste of money and time.
This tour was very good. It was quick, very informative, organized, and a wonderful view of many sites from the boat.
Misleading, lack of information, disorganized boarding/seating, very poor audit; both content and quality. Checkout other services…
The experience was good but the ad is inaccurate. If I hadn’t checked the meeting point early, we would have gone to the wrong pickup location and missed our time. Which, by the way, was NOT a specified time, skip-the-line situation like what I was led to believe I was booking. Be warned!! The meeting place is near the Eiffel Tower, not Notre Dame. And you must get on the line at least thirty minutes before your desired cruise time, especially if you want a seat on the top deck.
It is an extremely busy area, but well organized and we went low season in September. We did have an issue with our tickets. Although we received our tickets from Viator, we did not receive a QR scanable ticket. The folks running the boat tour advised us to call Viator to have them send. Although Viator replied in a relatively quick manner, and we did reveive our QR codes, I needed to make a long distance call from my mobile, which who knows what that cost will be :(
Viator issued tickets including the PDF are NOT recognised by the tour operators and we had to buy cash tickets again.
Staff was so kind! A beautiful way to see Paris. We went on our first day on a sunset cruise and it was the perfect way to get to know the city and see the sites.
This ticket did not work, at the entry, they saud their scanner is not accepting the ticket. They asked to contact Viator. Its a paid and confirmed ticket but they won’t let us in
It’s cheap but you get packed into the ship. Occasionally hard to see with all the selfie people standing in the way
It was a nice way to see some of Paris. We did have trouble at the gate getting in as tickets were not opening but one of the boat company staff help us and just let us in after trying several ways to help.
I know that viator is a popular choice while considering travel. While in Paris, I purchased tickets for the seine boat cruise. I kept waiting for the confirmation email because the departure time was fast approaching. Well, I didn’t get the tickets in time for departure. I received a WhatsApp message containing the tickets after the time of the cruise. I was so disappointed. I looked at my credit card statement to find that I was charged for the tickets. When I wrote back to the ticket sender via WhatsApp, the person I was dealing with seemed to be sympathetic and wanted to help me obtain a refund. But they informed me to contact the vendor. Upon my query as to how best to contact the vendor, the communication just ended. So, I was charged for two boat cruise tickets which arrived late therefore could not be used. Can you help me get a refund?
A pleasant sunset cruise along the Seine River in Paris. Easy to locate starting point. Good value for money. Well worth it.
It was very crowded, and the staff did not seem knowledgeable about the tickets. It was also difficult to hear the information being shared about the sights. However, if you’re simply looking to stand outside and enjoy the views, it’s a nice experience. Overall, it was okay but could use better organization and clearer communication. ★★★☆☆
Thoroughly enjoyed. Comfortable and a good length.
Very bad experience. Waiting for a refund from the site. The tickets purchased with a stay date of 10/30 were expired because they were purchased through this site a month before. At first glance, according to customer service, I will be refunded within 3 to 4 days. To be continued……..
A wonderful family experience... we also had a small setback and the operator resolved it in 5 minutes. We were able to choose our seats and had fantastic views. Highly recommended.
Beautiful experience. The family liked it a lot
The subcontractor did not send the QR code so the boat left without us It took several calls to get these codes but it was too late for the 10:00 AM boat
Wonderful, unique, magical experience. Trip along the Seine well organized with very talented staff
The tour was beautiful, but that is to the city's credit for being so pretty. The boat was too crowded; they should limit the capacity a bit so that it can be enjoyed.
I arrived at the boarding port and was told that the tickets do not exist, I had to go to the ticket office to buy other tickets and not only that, I asked for a refund on Tripadvisor and it was not accepted, do not book from here!
A very beautiful experience, it is worth it. The tour is iconic. Along the river you can find several of the main buildings and the bridges. I recommend the experience 100%
A really nice boat trip! Pleasant and friendly staff. Recommendation, you sail along the Seine past the beautiful monuments/buildings.
You cannot miss this appointment if you visit Paris, ideal for couples, or families. My partner and I loved it so much.
Guide either French or English but they have the possibility to have the guide in other pre-recorded languages including Italian
Very very disorganized, I had my ticket for a specific time but someone who didn't even show up started sending very confusing WhatsApp messages about the schedules and boats, Without explaining much, I thought it was a scam!! Afterwards we had to wait in a very long line with my mother who is elderly and has difficulty standing and walking. Overall the boat experience was nice but very stressful
It makes for a family tour
The audio guide is not useful for creating the atmosphere that there should be on the Seine riverbank. Information about Paris can also be acquired with spot announcements (UNDERSTANDABLE). It would be much more welcoming and characteristic to broadcast characteristic Parisian music over the public address system.
