If you can locate the boat, this is a very good trip. Food was good and the service excellent.

Great really enjoyed the cruise and the food
Good meal provided. Entertaining trip around the city with dinner.
The atmosphere, food and the entire experience was most memorable and amazing! I met several women on this cruise, so I never felt like I was alone. I highly recommend this!
The views of the Eiffel Tower from the boat were amazing. The food was ok. The service was good. The boat is enclosed and with the lights and glare inside the boat it was hard to see out at times.
This experience is really about seeing highlights of Paris from the water and that was great. Food was okay and service was with a smile. It was worth the price.
I chose to complete my holiday with a cruise on the Seine accompanied with a delicious meal and I was not disappointed. The ambience was a little noisy as it was a full cruise but the sights made up for this. The food was good quality for the price I paid.
Great nite dining. Food was excellant
The food was edible, cruise was ok, extra charges for window seat although many seats were empty!
A very pleasant evening cruise; food was good.
Great cruise with nice food. Some commentary would have been good
I took this same exact cruise 4 years ago and loved it so I decided to use it again this year and was horribly disappointed by how much the quality has dropped. When I went last time there was no extra charge to be seated by the window because duh that is the whole point of me booking a cruise! Disgustingly greedy on the company’s part and really left a terrible taste in my mouth especially since the boat was half empty and everyone could have gotten a window seat! Just nasty and I see why they are no longer selling out their boats! The crème brûlée starter was very hard to stomach it was so awful. The desserts were meh and lackluster. The menu is extremely subpar and not worth the money. Sad to see how it has turned to garbage since the last time. Will definitely not be using this company ever again. Save your money!! Book elsewhere. This is my only regret in Paris. Also charging 6 euros for a tiny glass of coke!! Get a grip!!!!
Being charged an extra €10 per person on arrival to sit at the window left a bitter taste in my mouth. Perhaps it's in the small print and I didn't notice that when booking but somwthing to note... Otherwsie it was a nice experience and we had some good fun with the staff and other passengers. We did the 90 min tour which is enough for the tour but maybe just a bit rushed with the food so maybe book the 2 hours if you like to take your time eating. Everyone was in good humour despite the heatwave and it wasn't too packed. Fun experience for couples, dinner on the seine for a reasonable price.
We had a very good cruise and meal. The view from the boat was incredible. The only issue is it is not well labeled as to where the meeting area is. One of the bar tenders at the bar across from the dock was very helpful by showing us where we were to meet and then assisting with getting us there on time.
Nice experience. The are additional charges for drinks, seating by windows and beef options.
The view is what you are paying for. There are 2-3 servers, expect to wait, drinks are plentiful and you can spend there, water is not included- you will need to buy it. Starter, main and dessert- that’s it. Everything else is seperate, will have to pay extra for steak, choices Thai sailing were chicken and fish. Everything was ok. We did the last sailing on a July night, timed to see many sights at sunset and the Eiffel Tower lit up and sparkling. This is what you are paying for plus aircon made it comfortable. Smaller boat, nice crew, mid food, fantastic views. We had a good time.
Nice trip but way too hot inside the cabin and very slow service - only two waiters for the entire boat and bar of at least 50 people. Spend more $ on a better or private cruise tour.
Dessert was the best part of the food and staff was very friendly and good service. Music was too loud, difficult to hear what others say in the dinner table. Feeling was like dinner in a disco.
There is no narration, just nice music. Window seating extra 20 Euro ( not mentioned in reservation). Staff friendly and helpful, food very good. They have bathrooms on board.
We had a lovely evening, near perfect, it would have been hard to make it better. The food was delicious and price was reasonable, in my opinion, it was very good value. The boat was cozy and comfortable and the staff were excellent; we felt very well taken care off.
We had such a good time! Incredible views! One of the best things we done on our trip! Would highly recommend. Staff were very nice :)
The sights are first class including spectacular views of the Eiffel Tower. Service was fast and friendly and we were pleasantly surprised by a Foie Gras Creme Brulee. However, be aware that in addition to paying for drinks, there are fairly modest charges that are unexpectedly included. Ours was $7 Euros for a steak - which was clearly shown as an option.
Ismail was wonderful, très bien! Great service and a lovely evening cruise on the Seine was a wonderful way to launch the first night of our trip!
What a disappointment!! Took my parents and toddler for their first trip to Paris. The boat took us to the opposite side of the attractions that it listed on the itinerary. The whole boat ride was dark and nothing to see. The meal was ok. Chicken was dry, we didn't get cod, because before we got on boat, you can already smell the fish from outside of the boat. Will NOT recommend anyone to take this ride.
Absolutely awful experience. This is a complete tourist trap, avoid avoid avoid!!! The meal was basic and not at all worth what we paid. Portion sizes were dismal, and my chicken was cold. The staff were very unfriendly and inattentive. The atmosphere is very tense and awkward as you are cramped together as tightly as possible, assumably to squeeze in as many poor unsuspecting victims of this scam as possible. To top things off, we saw a cockroach wondering around next to the family sat behind us, who got up and refused to eat or pay! I don’t blame them! Absolutely disgusting!!
This is basically a scam. If you’re booking this to have a romantic date, don’t. The boat was so small and crowded, you don’t have enough space for privacy. The tables were so small and you basically eat right next to strangers because of the table setting. They overbook the place. We didn’t enjoy any views, food, or anything about this because it was too crowded. Horrible food and 9 euros for water.
Enjoyable Experience with Phenomenal Views! Good French selection on Menu! Excellent wine with average service!
A really lovely experience passing by major sights of Paris including Eiffel Tower light show on the hour. Staff were friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. We had the vegetarian option (ordered in advance) which was excellent.
The food was ok, the dessert was very good, however, bottled water was suppose to be part of the meal, they charged us 9 Euros for half a glass of water (this was for 4 people) we tried to tell they that bottled water was included, they told us no, so we had to pay for it. Very disappointed in this switch and bait. The scenery at night was awesome. Would I recommend this cruise, probably not, the crew wasn’t friendly.
The cruise was okay. I thought the boat would go farther, but it was pretty to see the city from the river. Hard to take photos because the glass was so dirty and the lights inside the boat bounced off the windows. The food was only ok. I’d have rather just had some crackers, meat, and cheese. They served a steak for an additional cost and literally my jaw hurt from chewing it so much. I probably would have rated this higher, but the server literally spattered a steak sauce all over my $800 suede jacket and ruined it. Professional cleaners couldn’t get it back to its original state. They continued to charge us extra for window seating and steak 😂
It’s was nice and relaxing with great views. Specially for those looking for a nice quiet tour through the city. It does have great views of Eiffel Tower!
The whole experience was wonderful. Food was excellent and waiters very friendly. The only criticism I have, and it's not their fault, was that the reflection of lights from the inside of the boat, meant that photos were practically impossible from your seat. Although there was plenty of opportunity to go onto the deck and take pictures from outside. A fantastic experience and we, my wife and I, would definitely do it again. Great value for money!
The dinner experience was satisfactory. I had invited friends visiting from California and that was their first night in Paris. They were looking forward to it. First of all, it was communicated on the menu that we had choices for the entrée. Everyone was actually served the same entrée. The foie gras was sugary, but the salmon was good. My friends all ordered the steak, which was 7 euros extra per person. They left half of it on the plate, and said it was not of good quality. They didn’t make a fuss of it. I ordered the fish. It was pretty good. Before boarding the dinner boat, we had drinks on a boat next door, thinking it was the dinner boat. My friends ordered a bottle of wine, which they didn’t finish. We then asked the captain of the dinner boat if we could bring the bottle to dinner, and he happily gave it a go. When arriving at the table and seeing the bottle, the waiter was very unprofessional and not kind to us at all. When I specifically explained to him that we asked for permission from the captain beforehand, the waiter angrily answered that the captain’s job was to stir the boat only. Well….French service at full speed !! I’m French, and I felt bad for my California friends to witness such service ! The ambiance…the music was very loud at times, so loud it was challenging to hold a conversation. The boat was full, so the noise was pretty high, on top of the music. Despite all that, my friends were happy to see the Eiffel Tower and the Statue of Liberty from the boat at night. We paid 10 euros extra to have the table by the window. Would I recommend this dinner cruise to friends ? Big NO.
Good food. Good service. However - we had seats in the center aisle. There was an empty table for two by the window. Once we were sailing, I asked if we could move to the empty table. The waiter would only move us if we paid EXTRA! That is silly since the boat was already moving - no one else was going to get on! So, the nicer table stayed empty.
Terrible information on getting to the boat!!! Our Uber driver spent 30 min in an attempt to locate the boat. He asked other cruise operators, who were unaware of this boats location. We got out & walked up & down the river, asking vendors along the way, asking if they knew of this location. No one did. We spent over an hour attempting to find, and finally had to give up. This was to be my birthday treat, that I had looked forward to for months. As soon as we arrived back to our rental, I messaged the operator. I was hoping that they would offer me another date, or refund me. They didn’t respond. I contacted Viator, who requested a refund from them. I was denied. In issuing this review, it is to inform others, that this operator needs to correct their directions to the boat, put a sign in front of it, and re-evaluate how to please a customer.
Beautiful sites and lovely food and caring staff! The views were breathtaking and you could go into the deck and get lovely photos.
Not what was advertised unfortunately. It's sold as a complete dinner experience but if you want the cheese it's extra, if you want the steak, it's extra.... Just felt like a tourist trap. Oh yes, if you want a window seat it's €10 extra per person. Food was below average.
The boat does not air condition the back half of the boat. Get in line early and sit near the bar. There is no narration at all. Take this if you want to eat on the river. Food was very good and beautifully prepared. Water is not included. Order separate or bring.
It was a very enjoyable experience. The food was good, and the boat had a lovely atmosphere. Booking online was easy and price was reasonable
We enjoyed the view of the boat trip and it was a very lovely way to see different parts of Paris however, the boat was incredibly warm and unfortunately, the food wasn’t high quality and we didn’t enjoy the options on the menu. You do pay an additional 10 euros each to sit in the window if you would like too, which is worth the money! we did enjoy the trip but we wouldn’t do this again!
This evening experience was amazing. The boat cruise is awesome, allowing you to see major sites, especially the Eiffel Tower sparkling at night. However, I went solo and I don’t know if I’d go solo again. I am incredibly glad I did go, but nearly all other passengers come in families or groups. The menu is good, however you do not choose the starters or dessert, only the main course. You do have to purchase all drinks, including water. The food was good, but the boat sites were the best.
The booking process, and tour operator were very responsive to communication. I needed to modify the reservation, and the operator made it very easy. The food was decent. The service was not good. We arrived about 15 minutes before sailing time. When we sat down, we didn't have menus. As other tables had seen the menu and started to order, we didn't even have a wine list to decide what we wanted to drink. As a result, our service was delayed. Also, there were only 2 servers to handle the entire boat taking orders, etc. Everything felt rushed. Toward the end of the meal I wanted to order another drink. Our server brought the wine list, and never returned to take my order. This is not a tour, but it would have been nice to hear a single, "These things are on the left. These things are to your right. Feel free to step outside for photos." There was nothing of the sort. This experience was disappointing.
This was a great experience with wonderful views throughout. We celebrated my friend’s birthday, and a great time was had by all!
Everything from start o end was perfect. The Eiffel View was stunning , food was good and enjoyable💫🇫🇷
Instructions said we would depart at 6:15pm and we didn’t depart till 6:40pm. There was 1 specific kid that was obviously loud and making continuous obnoxious noise that was very distracting to many individuals but the hosts never did anything about it or spoke with the kid’s parents. Many people were served their drink and first course but we didn’t even get our drinks yet. We had to get up and ask where our drinks were. There was no consistency with service of food and drinks.
The food was good and they had vegetarian options which I appreciated. I wish there was more room to be outside but the service was good and the timing to see the Eiffel tower twinkle was spot on.
We had an amazing night, food was fabulous, much better than we expected, the only thing was that we wish we had booked for a later dinner as the 6.30 session was not dark so did not get to see the Eiffel Tower lit up but still had a great night.
Absolutely excellently organised considering the amount of people. Food was to an excellent standard and the staff were friendly and helpful. We would recommend this to everyone.
We wanted a quieter experience, the boat was absolutely full of tourists. I think there was someone's birthday and there was loud singing. However the food and the classic views were good. The staff, despite being overworked were polite and friendly. A good experience for younger folk but not for us - we will not return.
This early-evening cruise with supper was relaxed and pleasant. We did not get a commentary on the buildings we passed as music played the whole time. This did not bother us at all as we knew what they were anyway. The food was well-presented and the choice we made for our main course was delicious (cod in a crustacean sauce with vegetables). Wine and bottled water could be bought by the bottle or glass (in some instances) and there was a fair choice available at additional cost. The music and ambience were appropriate and everyone seemed to have a good time. The waiting staff were extremely pleasant and in all the experience exceeded our expectations as its timing was helpful to us being able to make it to the Eiffel Tower for an evening ascent to see Paris at twilight and the tower illuminated on our descent.
