Prompt pick up. Excellent customer service. I will use them every time. Driver went far and beyond to get us to destination.

Tried to contact the driver on arrival and had to contact the company because the driver never contacted us. Tried to contact your company about the return trip and heard nothing after 4 emails. The driver did show up for the trip back to the airport but never got a confirmation from your company so I arranged a pick up from the hotel. Very disappointing experience.

This was our first trip to Paris and the door to door service from the airport to our Airbnb was spot on. There was great communication between the driver and us with this roundtrip service. If you don't want to worry about getting where you need to by I would highly recommend this. It takes the guess work our of your travel.

This was a Transfer from Paris Airport. Driver was on-time , courteous and professional. He spoke no English and could not provide any information during the drive to the Hotel.

Paid $405.60 for round trip transfer from CDG to Paris. This is not a professional airport transport company. They don’t own any vehicles. They charge you double/triple to order a uber or taxi that you can do it on your own on the app. Our experience: The company promised to monitor the flight and adjust pick up time accordingly, as all professional airport transport companies do. Our departure flight on 8/12 at 1:55pm was cancelled in the middle of the night around 3:45 am. We were rebooked for the next day (8/13). I tried to call them multiple times first thing in the morning to make sure they saw that our flight on 8/12 was cancelled. But no one answered the multiple phone calls. I texted them at the number provided, he/she waited until 40 minutes before pick up time to text back and say it is too late to change the pick up, the trip is already over (FYI, at the time of receiving his/her text, no vehicle showed up at the house yet). Then 15 minutes later, a taxi van showed up (about the amount of wait time to order a taxi on uber or G7). When asked he/she if they will honor the booking, he/she replied was that we will need to pay a “special discounted” rate of €90 for rebooking. The average uber black van from Paris to CDG is around €80 when prebook for mid-day at 10:00 am (may be higher during rush hours). You can cancel up the uber up to one hour without a fee. If cancel within one hour, you pay a small cancellation fee, not over $200. So needless to say, we booked an uber van for tomorrow. I fly internationally a lot, this is the first time I ran into a fake “airport transport” company on Viator. We flew into London last week, booked our London airport transfer also via Viator. Our London flight caught a tailwind and we were 50 minutes early. Our London airport transfer company monitored the flight as promised, their driver was waiting for us when we arrived. Also, the taxi van they ordered/sent did not have enough room for 6 people, 6 checked luggages and 6 personal items as we requested and paid for. So even if our flight was not cancelled, there is no way Al of us would fit. You can make your own conclusions, but I will never use this “company”/individual again.

Service was very good with communication and scheduling. Firman, our driver, was on time and provided a personalized tour as we drove into the city. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and polite.

Driver’s communication with us was excellent. He sent a picture of his direct location. Car was as a little small for our luggage, but he made it fit.

Our driver didn’t meet us. We had a 90 minutes wait through immigration and the driver supposedly left figuring we weren’t there. Had to take an Uber to our place. Requesting a refund

Driver made our airport pickup incredibly easy and completely eliminated the stress of figuring out transportation into the city. He reached out as soon as we landed with clear instructions on where to go and how to find him, which made the whole process seamless. For our return trip, we needed to change the pickup location from what we originally provided. We messaged the team through the Viator app and got confirmation of the update in under 20 minutes. The fast response and smooth communication made us feel very well taken care of. I had also noted in the booking that my partner and I were not flying back together—my partner headed home while I continued on for work and planned to take the train from the airport. I know the service includes one drop-off, and walking to the station is totally fine, but I asked our return driver if getting to the train station was straightforward. He simply told me to use Google Maps, which wasn’t the reassurance I was hoping for since it was my first time doing this. That said, as we drove in, he did point out the station, which I very much greatly appreciated. Overall, the service was reliable, easy, and communicative, and it made our travel days much smoother.

The company that picked us up from CDG and the driver were excellent. Our driver was Paul. He was so professional and courteous. My friend left her cell phone in the van. I messaged the company and Paul responded saying he had found her phone. He delivered the phone to the Hotel the next day. He was so kind to check and deliver it in a timely manner. Very prompt, spoke great English and great communication. It was easy and no need to seek a taxi or find an uber.

They were timely in picking us up at the airport and dropping us off and did an excellent job. The only one Miner detail was the fact that that they were trying to ask if we could fit with three people in a regular sedan. I let them know what our luggage was and told them that they need to do what they needed to do to pick us up since we had booked it for three people with luggage. They ended up bringing a minivan.

He was there when I arrived, messaged me to let me know he was waiting, was very friendly, spoke english well, and got me to my hotel safely.

Both drivers were pleasant. And punctual. It can be a daunting task to get around a city I am not familiar with. The drivers got me to and from the airport as promised, and the company was wonderful about answering my questions. The next time I am in Paris I will definitely use them again.

Our driver was waiting for us right outside the baggage claim area. He helped with all the luggage and was very friendly. Easy 45 min ride to our hotel. I’ve used this service before and will again on our departure. Highly recommend for an easy transfer when arriving in Paris.

Clear and concise communication. A few days leading into my travels I got a WhatsApp message confirming the pickup. My flight had a 1 hour delay from my airport of origin so I texted the message to let them know my flight would be at least 1 hour later than expected. The messages were acknowledged and our driver Lucien messaged me while we were still going thru passport control. Car is clean and spacious but the early communication is the best part. When traveling with family you don’t want any transportation hiccups and there were none. Second time I’ve used this company. 5 Stars.

This service was very easy to work with. Our arrival flight was more than an hour early and even though it was 6am, the driver came as soon as we called the agency to let them know we had landed. The vans were clean and comfortable. It allowed for a very smooth arrival and departure.

This worked well. Our driver (Steven) was waiting when we arrived. He was great to deal with. One thing to remember is that some cars in France are smaller. We had 3 people in our party and it was a tight squeeze, but manageable for the ride from CDG to Paris.
