I don't usually leave reviews, but Fadi deserves this one. What made him different is that he actually listened. Before we started, he asked what I cared about and what I wanted out of the day, and then he built the entire tour around that. It wasn't a script or a generic route, it was my tour. He never once rushed me, let me take my time at every stop, and was patient and kind the whole way through. He's also incredibly knowledgeable. I learned so much about Paris, but it never felt like a history lecture, he shares things in a way that makes you fall in love with the city. And beyond that, he's just a genuinely good person: warm, helpful, and easy to be around. I felt completely taken care of from start to finish. I'm already planning my next trip back, and there was never any question, I'll be hiring Fadi again. If you're on the fence about booking a guide, get off the fence and book him. Fadi, my tour guide, gave a fun and informative opportunity to see some of the best of Paris. I enjoyed the stops along the way for photo opps and our talks about life as a Paris local. I recommend this tour to anyone.

We were only visiting Paris for about 6 hours from Paris after taking the Eurostar. Using Viator allowed us to see way more than if we tried to go on our own. Having someone knowledgeable of the area and expert driver in the area really helped us maximize our time there. Fadi was so kind and helped my dad who also has difficulty walking

We absolute love and recommend Fadi, he is very thorough, helpful, informative, punctual, and patient. I also would like to personally suggest an eSim if you are not from the EU so you can communicate without issues or spots where there is no signal. Thanks to Fadi, we were able to see a lot in our 12-hr layover. We were able to see the 16th arrondisement, Notre Dame, tour Eiffel from multiple angles, L'Arc de Triumph, memorial for the soldiers, ate at the quatier Latin (request), & more.

Alain was our guide. He was knowledgeable and interesting. We saw all the highlights of the city in about 4.5 hours. He navigated the traffic and got us to great areas to see the sights.

We chose this though we didn't really have a layover. We arrived a day early for a 9 day World War II tour in Europe and wanted to see the highlights of Paris before checking into our hotel to rest one night before picking up our 9 day tour. Our guide was Alain and he was helpful, knowledgeable and interesting to talk to. We hit some unexpected traffic due to road closures but manged to see all we'd requested in about 4.5 hours. The guides know how to navigate the roads & traffic in Paris and get you to the best viewing spots to see the important sights in a short period of time. While pricier than a commercial tour or public transportation, it's worth it for a fast tour of the landmarks of Paris. Communication with Maya and Alain was seamless and accurate but you do need to use the WhatsApp app.

This is a great way to get a snapshot of the city when you're short in time and want to see the highlights.

Alian was an amazing tour guide and he accommodated all of our ideas! He ran us around all over Paris! I highly recommend! He even helped us find a gluten free restaurant so I could also enjoy French cuisine!

Had an amazing layover trip w fadi. Was so outgoing and helpful. He shared tons of amazing information and was super efficient tailoring an experience based around the time we had available. We feel like we did everything we wanted in one day and so much more. The car and communication on when and where to be picked were also great.

We had an 8 hour layover in Paris and decided to do a quick tour. My brother and his family were staying in Paris so I requested a stop at a specific place near the Eiffel Tower which they were able to accommodate. Communication was great. Flora picked us up on time at the airport in a comfortable van. We met Fadi, our guide, in the city. He was great and was able to give us a lot of info in the short amount of time we had. He also took amazing photos of our whole family. After our quick tour, Flora got us back to the airport with plenty of time to get our flight. Highly recommend for a quick layover tour!

We had a 7 hour layover at CDG and booked a private tour with Maya. It ended up being one of the best parts of our trip. Before we arrived, Maya gave us clear instructions on where to meet our guide and made everything easy and stress-free. Our guide, Alain, was amazing. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and knew a lot about Paris, France, and its history. As we drove around the city, he shared interesting stories that made us appreciate everything we were seeing. Even though we only had about four hours, we got to see so much. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from Trocadéro, stopped at the Arc de Triomphe, drove down the Champs-Élysées, crossed the Seine at our request, and visited the Louvre Pyramid. We also stopped at a local bakery and had some of the best croissants we've ever eaten. We walked around the Arc de Triomphe while enjoying them, which was one of our favorite moments. What really stood out was how personal the tour felt. During our conversation, I mentioned that I had been reading about Joan of Arc. We got into a conversation about her. At the end of the tour, Alain made a special stop to show us her statue overlooking Paris at Montmartre and Sacré-Cœur,. It wasn't part of the original plan, but he wanted to make sure we saw it. That small gesture meant a lot and made the experience even more memorable. Even after adjusting the route based on what we wanted to see he got us back to Charles de Gaulle Airport right on time. Our carry-on bags stayed safely in the vehicle the whole time, so we never had to worry about them. If you have a long layover in Paris, I highly recommend Maya and her team. And if Alain is your guide, you're in for a great experience. He made our first visit to Paris one we'll always remember.

Maya helped us book a last-minute tour of Paris on Bastille Day after our travel plans changed and we unexpectedly ended up with a nine-hour layover. We knew this would not be an easy task on such an important and celebrated holiday. From the start, we were provided with clear instructions on navigating the airport and meeting our guide. We were fortunate enough to have Fadi as our guide for the day, and he truly made the experience unforgettable. He first took us to the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur, where we enjoyed an amazing view of the Bastille Day air show. From there, we explored Montmartre, wandered through the arts district, caught a hidden glimpse of the Eiffel Tower, and made a quick stop at La Maison Rose, one of the most photographed restaurants in France, which was once studio artists such as Dalí and Picasso. We were able to enjoy all the Parisian treats we had hoped for, including croissants, baguettes, macarons, and crêpes. We also stopped at Galeries Lafayette (bathroom pitstop) for its spectacular rooftop view of the Eiffel Tower before heading off for some closer views of the iconic landmark itself. Due to Bastille Day road closures, the Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe were inaccessible, but we were still able to get close enough to enjoy great views. We knew ahead of time that the Louvre would be closed on the day of our visit, and we were informed in advance that portions of the area would be restricted because the President was attending the parade. We greatly appreciated the transparency and work around in the itinerary. We felt incredibly lucky to experience the atmosphere of Bastille Day firsthand. Along the way, we saw many different military vehicles participating in the celebrations and were also able to visit Parvis Notre-Dame and the beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg. Considering the holiday, we really lucked out with minimal traffic and convenient parking throughout the day. Thank you, Fadi, for everything you did to make our short visit to Paris so memorable. You were a pleasure to spend the day with, and we couldn't have asked for a better guide. Highly recommended!

Maya was ABSOLUTELY incredible! She was very patient and knowledgeable about everything! I had trouble finding the exit from CDG( I’m horrible with directions even with her giving THE BEST ones) yet she stuck it out with me. She made the tour for me and my daughter amazing. My daughter even wants to live in Paris now. Lol! It honestly felt alike an outing with one of my friends instead of a guided tour with a stranger. I would definitely recommend her 100 times over. Fadi was fantastic! He is very knowledgeable abt Paris and got us around so efficiently! We were lucky that visited in Saturday, which meant less traffic and more options to park close to the sights we were seeing.

We had an absolutely wonderful tour. It was customized exactly for our needs and changed on the fly to keep the kids entertained. At one point our guide even gave my daughter his coat because she was cold. We had less than a full day in Paris and we saw every major site with time for crepes, souvenirs, and photos. Arrived one hour late ; stopped for photos and pastries near Eiffel Tower; no lunch stop; returned to airport at 2 pm; bought lunch at airport

It a short period of time we were able to see a lot of Paris. We had never been to Paris and we saw the iconic places with a wonderful guide who made it so convenient for us. He dropped us off so close to each site, it was wonderful.

Maya and Alain were just simply incredible. When I booked this for my parents quick day trip to Paris, I wanted them to see as much possible but also with some time at each stop to soak it in and take pictures. I was also particular about certain stops especially a bakery. All I can say is that they are truly outstanding from start to finish. Alain (the guide) went above and beyond in every possible way- accomodating every request, taking wonderful care of my parents and making sure they saw not only the major highlights but also some of the spots I personally wanted them to experience. They were warm, knowledgeable, incredibly thoughtful, and genuinely invested in creating an unforgettable experience. My parents left paris raving about how much they learned, how amazing Alain was as a guide and how they can't wait to come back to paris and spend couple of days to slow it down and really enjoy the city and food. We booked this tour at the very last minute (like less than 24 hours before we were to arrive on a 12 hour layover in Paris). Fadi was very communicative and was right on time to pick us up from the airport. His car was very comfortable and he was a great driver. We asked if we could see a few other spots along the way, and Fadi was able to accomodate us (due to there being less traffic than normal). We even had time to stop and enjoy a drink at an outdoor sidewalk cafe and watch people pass by. Sometimes Fadi joined us to the sites, and sometimes he stayed with the car (depending on how easy parking was at the particular site). When he joined us, he doubled as our photographer, as well. He even took some pictures with his phone (because his camera was better than ours), and then sent them to us immediately. We had such an amazing time with Fadi and highly recommend booking this tour. We even recommended it to people we ran into at our next destination who had a layover on the way home. You can't go wrong with this tour while on a layover!

Amazing experience from start to finish! From the clear communication with Maya via WhatsApp to the smooth pickup and drop-off, everything was seamless. Our driver, Fadi, was on time, very professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made sure we saw all the major sites within the time we had. We went on a Saturday morning at 7:30 AM, which was perfect virtually no traffic, making the tour a 10/10 experience. Although it was a bit pricey, it was the only available option at the time, and it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

The experience itself and our driver were fantastic. The challenge for us was finding the pick up point but that was not the driver’s fault. The airport was confusing and because we had a handicapped mother who had to exit from a different area, no one helped us get reunited with her and it was a mess. It delayed us by 45 minutes. Nevertheless, our driver was patient and friendly. We enjoyed the tour despite the rain. He was very accommodating and pleasant. Thank you very much!

This tour was excellent! Our tour guide Alain was at the airport on time. Very professional, courteous and friendly! He took us to the major sightseeing places telling us of the history of the specific place. We ended the tour at”Montmartre” which is a must see! There we were able to do a little shopping at very reasonable prices. Alain got us back to the airport on time to catch our flight. I highly recommended this tour!

Fadi was top notch! He was personable, knowledgeable, spoke perfect English and flexible. We added on the extra hour due to short photo shoot. Fadi can actually be a photographer too; he has a natural eye and won’t hesitate to take pictures for you. He took us to our favorite sites, including a coffee shop that was on our must-do list. He gave us historical information as we zipped around town. Safety was a priority and his car was comfortable. Thank you for making our trip so memorable.

First of all, the price quoted had us doing 8 stops and we were OK with it. They waited till we landed in Paris to tell us that Tour de France was happening that day and we could only do 3 stops. Imagine our frustration that we paid 807 dollars and only had 3 stops. We complained to Viator and they didn't refund part of our money back. We will never recommend this company to anyone. Just do your own touring, it would have been cheaper with taxis. I am so upset that we flew in for the day and only went to 3 sites for 807 dollars. Horrible company and horrible experience

The layover tour was perfect! We were met at the airport by our guide, Fadi, and driven into Paris to see the highlights. He promised us a sunny afternoon and delivered- despite the downpour we were in as we left the terminal. He knew all the best places for photos and took so many great pictures of us! We learned some history, had a great croissant, saw the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe and toured Notre Dame. Importantly, we made it back to the airport in plenty of time for our next flight. Loved this layover tour! Fadi was very nice and a great guide! He knew amazing spots to take pictures and gave us great knowledge and tips about the places we went. He offered to stop at a patisserie and allowed us time to take pictures and enjoy the places. This tour allowed my daughters to see the beautiful touristic places in a quick and fun atmosphere.
