Paris Private Departure Transfer: Hotel To Train Station

We were traveling with a wheelchair and 9 bags. He walked us into the train station right to the accessibility assistance desk.

Driver was on time. He was knowledgeable and helpful. We had a nice conversation during the ride to the train station.

Our driver,Arshak, arrived at the hotel early and picked us up to the Paris Gare du Nord railway station. He was very friendly, polite and very helpful. He told us what to expect inside the station and showed us where to enter the station. This is very helpful because there is construction outside the station and the car could not pull up to the front of the station

It was so nice to use this transfer service from our hotel to the train station! The driver was prompt - actually early, which was good, as we got behind a garbage pick-up truck on the narrow one-way street that our hotel was located on. But we got to the train station in good time - even early enough to jump on an earlier train to London. I would definitely recommend this service.

Booked an upmarket executive taxi from 5 star hotel to railway station. Driver and run to station was no problem Problem is paying a high fare for an executive taxi when a simple normal. Cheap taxi turned up. A complete con. I want money to be returned

A little late not a big deal as we scheduled plenty if time, dropped us off a block away due to construction which I get but rolling through the construction with our luggage wasn’t ideal, driver didn’t want to drive around the block to open entrance. It got us there in time.

The driver was on time and safely delivered us to the train station. However - he was so quick to unload and depart that we didn't even have the opportunity to tip him. So sticking around long enough to say good day and safe travels is sometimes worth a few extra seconds. Outside of that, the service provided was professional and efficient.

Our driver was wonderful. He was prompt at arriving and despite my error in not explaining how much big luggage we had, made iit work and did not stress a bit about it. I am quite impressed in his ability to fit 3 large suitcases and 2 smaller into a Tesla and got us to the train station in time. They do not show up on time. They say they will be at the pickup point in 10 minutes. (meaning 10 minutes late) but 10 minutes turns into 20 minutes, so i picked up another taxi because i did not want to miss my train. I want my FULL refund.

Driver was late. He was not outside of baggage claim. We were told he would be waiting. We had to call him and it was hard to communicate with him. He finally found us in the airport. We walked to his van with him. The ride was fine to the hotel.

The driver came in earlier than requested, which is fine but then we felt rushed. The real issue was with the drop off. The trip was to the Gare Du Nord and the driver dropped us off about 300 meters from the station, at the beginning of Rue de Compiègne. We ended up walking with all of our luggage through a construction area there. As soon as we got closer we saw the main street- Rue de Dunkerque - in front of the station was open and people were being dropped off right at the front door. Such a disappointing experience.

my driver was thirty minutes late and we had to call Viator to find out what was wrong.Did not get a call from driver nor his office to let us know he was running late.

Great Service, puntual and very professional. The only limitation was a language barrier, but the service was professional never the less.

I used Viator several times during our trip, for the most part it was fine. This particular trip was terrible. The driver messaged me early the morning of transfer asking if he could arrive 15 min early due to traffic. Of course I responded he could and planned accordingly. When he arrived it was 30 min prior to our newly established time so we were not ready. Off the bat he seemed upset that we weren’t ready. He snapped at my mother when she tried to open the door since it was an automatic door he had a button for (had she known she would have never touched it, she was trying to enter the vehicle quickly since he was in a rush). Finally once we had packed up the car and were about ready to go we were just missing my husband who had run back to the room to grab his sunglasses that he left (still 15 min prior to our newly agreed time). The driver became really upset and began to flick his watch telling me we are taking too long. I tried to communicate that we were still 15 min ahead of our new time and 30 min ahead of my booking time and he was very nasty. During the drive he was very aggressive and drove aggressively. At one point he got out of the car and fought with one of the other French taxi drivers. My kids were terrified. It was not a pleasant experience.

Absolutely awful company. Did the worst thing possible they didnt turn up and had no valid reason for not turning up. As a result we missed going up the Eiffel Tower for my Grandsons, s 21st birthday. To say I was dissapointed is an understatement I was devastated!! It was meant to be a surprise for him but it turned into a fiasco on our first evening in Paris with me crying with frustration and dissapointment which is how he found out what I had planned. I had no answer from the company via phone or whatsapp until eventually someone answered and just said ' get an Uber ". This wasnt possible as by then it would have been too late for our time slot to go up the Eiffel Tower.. Whatsmore they are refusing to pay me compensation for the Eiffel tickets which is only £62 Ive been trying since we got back from Paris on 30th September but they have refused and have now stopped all communication with me. Absolutely disgusted with them what an awful and untrustworthy company.. Avoid at all costs
