Paris Private Departure Transfer: Hotel To Cdg Or Orly Airport

Great trip to the airport. Driver was on time and trip was quick. Nice van for groups, holds plenty of luggage.

Driver was early, and the vehicle was spacious and clean. Excellent experience! We miss Paris already. :)

When a traffic accident blocked or street for pickup, it was easy to reach the operator about the problem.

Great service! The driver arrived well before planned time and was waiting for us outside our hotel. We were early too, is it worked out. He was very courteous and professional. Got us to the airport safely. We would definitely use them again when we get another opportunity to visit Paris again!

Ive had several airport transfers from your company and have been above and beyond. The last one however on Oct 12th was the worst. The driver didnt pull up to the hotel door he parked in a an adjacent street and expected me to carry my luggage over to the car . When I asked him to pull closer he was irritated. The hotel worker helped me. And then when I got in the car it was smokey amd and I said good morning and he complained about it being too early. It was just unsettling and I did not enjoy my ride out of Paris

Effortless and very flexible. I asked to change the departure time and they happily did so. Drivers both ways were so great. Christian, our driver on the way back to CDG was the best!

Our driver was awesome and very kind He spoke very good English, which was helpful for us since we are not French speaking people. He got us on time where we needed to go.

Very nice gentleman he didn’t speak much English, but he tried. Nice enough to walk from the parking lot into the area where we check in our luggage. Highly suggest driver.

I set up a private driver for rides to and from the Charles de Gaulle Airport for me and husband's vacation to Paris recently. Each ride went well and the drivers were professional, communicative and very friendly. I called the company with questions prior and they were helpful. I highly recommend this!

On time, nice comfortable vehicle, safe driver. The best way to get between places during your international travel.

Very professional Driver arrived early to our hotel and was very friendly and helpful We would highly recommend

I would recommend this service to anyone. Set up was easy. Driver was on time, courteous. Nice, clean car; comfortable ride.

We used this service for both our pickup at CDG and our return transfer after our stay in Paris. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The drivers were friendly, professional, and accommodating, and both rides were comfortable and stress-free. We were very happy with the service and would not hesitate to use them again on our next trip to Paris.

This is the third time we have used Viator for pickup from the airport or to the airport in Paris. Great experience. Consistently on time and pleasant to talk with. A great way to ensure your arrival and departures go smoothly. Would suggest Viator ensure the travelers know what car to expect and who the driver will be but otherwise a great experience.

Our driver was prompt, experienced and friendly! We trusted him to get us through the chaos of Paris traffic and he did a great job!

Just perfect in every way! Good driving, on time, helpful. We needed a 5:15 am pickup and he was right there for us.

Our driver was wonderful! He was a good and safe driver, and friendly. He told us how long the trip would take, and updated us on travel delays along the route. We would highly recommend.

Very easy process process to book our transfer from our hotel to the Paris airport. Our driver was prompt, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Professional, friendly, courteous and on time. Gave updates and information about the city. Very personable.

The automobile line to enter E terminal at CDG was miles long! Had it not been for the experience and knowledge of the driver on how to maneuver and by pass traffic heading to E Terminal, the arrival would have been significantly delayed. Appreciated the care taken - not to mention the safe and comfortable ride!

It went fine He arrived early.the driver was very helpful and polite. I would definitely reccomend this to someone on a ride to airport. Tho only problem I had was with communication the day before the ride. There was a lot of uncertainty. If driver would contact me(which he did) I would say alittle more detail would have been nice

We did not have any conversation with our driver. However, he was timely and a safe driver. I would recommend him.

My departure pick up was a totally different vehicle (van) from my arrival car and not nearly as comfortable and it smelled of cigarette smoke! I have to say not nearly as comfortable as my arrival.

Met on time, great driver, smooth ride, easy drop off! Will use services again when returning to Paris.

On time and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. A good and careful driver. We would have this driver agin.

Hamlet was a great driver. On time and even moved up the pickup with no issues. Nice Mercedes van. Hamlet knew the way to the airport and was able to move around traffic.

The driver arrived on time, sent a text 15 minutes prior to pick up Tollett let us know he was on his way

Always been dependable. Pleasant and helpful drivers. Good communication with company. I have used them 6 times - all good

On time and was pleasant and wanted to please us in any way. Put on nice music. Explained the airport setup. Very helpful.

my experience was awesome you provided professional people who were courteous and polite Your company kept us in communication s at all times thru out yhe process

We had an excellent experience with our private transfer from our hotel in Paris to Charles de Gaulle Airport. Our driver arrived on time, helped with our luggage, and provided us with water. He was a very skilled and careful driver, navigating the busy Paris rush-hour traffic with ease. He was respectful, courteous, and professional throughout the trip. We highly recommend this service for a comfortable, reliable, and stress-free airport transfer!

Horrible experience. This driver wanted to take us to the airport four and a half hours early at 5am (with no traffic and 25 to 30 minute ride to airport) for a 930am flight euro flight with no customs. We asked for 6am pickup and he said no because he had another ride at that time. We asked to cancel and for a refund amd he refused and is fighting me on viator so i am taking it up with the credit card company. Why on earth would we want to sit for 4 hours at the airport?! BEWARE THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM.

Our driver was early and very helpful- safe driver and got us to the airport at the perfect location and quickly!

Our driver was way before time! He was courteous. He was kind very presentable. The vehicle was clean. He was friendly.I would definitely use them again.

Reliable and safe. The driver was extremely professional and careful. Curbside service and assistance was provided for my baggage.

Friendly courteous driver. Gave more information about Paris on way to airport and encouraged us to come back in Spring

We had a great trip from our hotel to the airport. Our driver was helpful, he told us about the area as we drove. He made sure that we were comfortable during the drive. He showed up early and I had no concerns or complaints with his driving.

Pick up was on time and good service. Thank you tomorrow. Will definitely book again through Viator.

Very rude driver- Vito. He drove extremely aggressively and fast to the airport, and slammed on the brakes a few times. It felt unsafe. We had some issues checking out of the hotel, so he did have to wait a few minutes to pick us up- I asked the company ahead of time how long to expect our ride to take, and was told 60-80 minutes. Even with the delay, we were at the airport in less than 60 minutes (ie on time). Turned out he had picked up another transfer on a tight timeline, and was extremely angry with us. He tried to drop us off at a an entrance to CDG that was not for departures, and when I said no, he parked the van as quickly as he could, and yelled at us saying we should owe additional money for the “wait time”. I’m sorry buddy- but if 10 minutes of time in your industry wrecks your day, maybe this isn’t the right job for you. Reading some other reviews after the fact, I’m guessing he is the same driver who has treated other people the same way. What a jerk. Absolutely would not recommend if there’s a chance you get this driver, our first bad experience like this with any of the providers we booked. Use someone else when there are tons of drivers available, there are plenty of good ones.

The driver was waiting for us at the appointed time. The car was clean cool and comfortable. Excellent service.

Robi was a contentious driver. It was a pleasant drive from the center of Parris to the Charles Degaull airport.

Driver service did an excellent job being on time, communicating with us and going beyond what we expected. The driver not only got us to the airport on time but he escorted us into the airport with our luggage and showed us where to go next.

Our driver was early, courteous, helped load all of our luggage swiftly to get us on the road on time for our flight. I appreciated his phone call on WhatsApp to let us know he was there. The vehicle was spotless and had excellent A/C which was essential for the extremely hot day. Our driver was very friendly and a skilled driver. I felt very safe riding with him in the hectic traffic on the highway and at the airport.

Our driver Firman arrived early, very friendly, spoke English very well. We enjoyed our ride and appreciate Firmans assistance.

Excellent service. On time and the driver Jean Claude was so helpful to us! He walked us into the airport to make sure we knew where to go. Highly recommend !

On time and great service. Very helpful with luggage and also helped us at airport. Great drive from hotel to CDG

Very friendly driver, Erik. He made it easy to find him and he offered lots of good tips about visiting Paris.

Our driver arrived early, loaded our luggage quickly, and maintained a friendly, calm air during his drive in heavy traffic. Incredible driver who, when arriving at CDG, got us a baggage cart and stopped traffic to allow us to cross street.

Smooth and professional service door to door. Our driver was friendly and helpful especially since I was using a cane.
