Paris Private City Tour Experience

Easy communication and great experience on our vacation . Javene was patient with us with so many things and places to see

Our guide was so very friendly and professional during our tour. He explained everything thoroughly and made the entire experience very enjoyable. I highly recommend this gentleman for your experience in Paris.

They will take you anywhere you want to go so plan ahead what you absolutely want to see. We had Sam as our guide and he was super friendly!

An excellent option for viewing Paris! Our driver, Ernest, was an absolute blessing. He showed us around the city and made sure to take us everywhere we wanted to go. This was a truly memorable visit. Many thanks!

Our Driver/Guide took really great care of us he was so Accommodating, we were taken to all places of Interest, our guide was with us every step of the way, he made us feel very safe & secure & couldn’t do enough to make our experience very memorable & enjoyable. Many Thanks

Wonderful , didnt exexpect such a service

Our Driver was super nice. We actually thought we had a guide to tell us about different areas of Paris. Instead driving us to places we knew … but he was super nice and waited on us in several of the places we wanted to stop. But we never got explanation unless we asked. So basically for the price we paid it was not worth doing this tour .

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! Earnest was an absolutely excellent driver and a true professional! From the moment my family and I boarded the train from London to Paris, he stayed in constant communication with us and made sure everything was coordinated perfectly. He was right there waiting to collect us as soon as we stepped off the train, which made the beginning of our Paris experience completely stress-free. During our time together, Earnest went above and beyond simply providing transportation. He showed us so many beautiful Parisian sights, shared interesting historical information and stories about the landmarks, and made sure we had the opportunity to truly experience the city. He even took family photos for us, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch! What impressed us most was how kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant Earnest was. He made us feel comfortable and welcome throughout the entire experience, and his professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. If you are booking a driver in Paris, do yourself a favor and request Earnest! You will not be disappointed. He helped make our family’s trip to Paris truly memorable, and we are so grateful for his wonderful service. 5-STAR SERVICE ALL THE WAY! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!

The Paris night light car ride was very good. We were able to take some great photos. The only problem we had was the pickup place. We went where the company told us was the pickup point. By the time we were picked up we had lost 20 minutes of our time which resulted in us not being able to see some of the places we wanted to see. Thank goodness the driver was able to reach us by phone.

Earnest went above and beyond to make the afternoon and evening special. He even bought my daughter a commerative coin at the Eiffel Tower. Thanks to Earnest we saw so much of the city and were able to enter sights we never would have been able to in the time we had available.

Ernest our driver went above and beyond to give us a good experience. Highly recommend the tour for a day in Paris

Lasantha was the most unbelievable driver! We had small hiccup with pick up location due to a computer mixup. Lasantha went over and beyond to find us and immediately let us know he would make sure we saw everything we had on our list. Being my mothers first time in Paris I wanted her to see everything! It didn’t help we only had one day before our boat set sail, and, the Tour de France was going through! Most of the roads had been closed off making it difficult to navigate. Lasantha didn’t let that ruin the day, he checked off our list and showed us some of the spots that aren’t the typical touristy locations. My mother has limited mobility so we weren’t able to walk to many of the locations which would have made it impossible to see much of Paris. Lasantha got us as close to the front doors of the sights so we could hop out of the car and snap a picture. He even made certain to get us back to our group at the end of the tour. Not only did he ensure our safety., he messaged me the following day to check on my mother. I can not give enough praise for his attention and his sincere desire to make our trip perfect. I highly highly recommend him for your next trip. We will most definitely be calling him for travels when we are back in Paris. If you use this service…I recommend you ask for him specifically!

Ernest, was absolutely amazing, great tour, very interesting! We would recommend an tour with him he was friendly and had good English

We had only one free day in Paris, so we booked a private city tour. We visited the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre, the Louvre, and many beautiful streets that we would never have found on our own. Our driver suggested excellent photo stops and adjusted the schedule based on our interests. It was the perfect introduction to Paris.

Earnest is an excellent driver and gave us exactly what we were looking for! Earnest provided a safe space, fun transport, and warm “Welcome to Paris” experience. We stopped for groceries, saw many neat landmarks like Montmartre Cathedral, and ate excellent gyros by Notre Dame. Exploring Paris with Earnest was a fantastic start to our trip!

Ernest was friendly and accommodating. He was early and took us to so many neat places. I highly recommend him for any of your transportation needs.

Overall fantastic. Earnest went above and beyond our expectations. We couldn’t be more pleased and satisfied and impressed with our driver, Earnest. We were lucky to have him introduce us to the beautiful city of Paris!

Ernesto was an outgoing, friendly, knowledgeable driver. He went out of his way to be helpful. Oustanding!

Earnest definitely knew his way around Paris and was an excellent driver. We had as much time as we needed at the iconic Paris attractions and he was great to take group photo’s for us!

This was a terrific option to view Paris sites regardless what the weather is doing. We booked this tour while Paris is experiencing record high temperatures. Our driver was Sam, who was excellent! He took us to all the major sites and gave us the option to exit the vehicle to get some better photos all while remaining close so we could quickly return when the weather became unbearable. The company was also flexible allowing us to be picked up at CDG Airport which made our trip into the city center that much easier. I would recommend this option for anyone that wants a more personalized and comfortable experience. A final tip is to make sure you have WhatsApp installed using the same number you make the booking under as it makes communication with your driver seamless. 10/10 Experience!

Our driver, Mr. Earnest, arrived before our scheduled time and informed me by text of his arrival. He was neatly dressed, courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and stayed interactive throughout the tour. In all, it was a wonderful experience, with Earnest’s great sense of humor being the icing on the cake.

Earnest met us at the CDG airport, right out the door from baggage claim, and swept us away in a most comfortable van, with offers of water or to stop wherever we might like for refreshment. Once we reached the city, he navigated through the traffic expertly while pointing out the various sites and highlights. He took particular care to engage our 18 year old grandson, even taking him to several interesting hidden gems that would be of special interest to him. Earnest was personable, engaging, accommodating and most helpful. Even got us into the Sacre Coeur ahead of the long line. We so appreciated Viator accommodating our request for airport pickup followed by the city tour, then drop off at our hotel. A terrific value and experience.

THANK YOU!!! This very kind guide stepped in at the last minute when another failed to show. Great overview of the city for two elderly, mobility challenged seniors. Thoughtful and informative.

Excellent driver and very knowledgeable of the city. He looks around the whole Paris and it was worth it. We had a wonderful time.

Our driver went above and beyond. He was there waiting at the airport for us upon arrival. He arranged for us to see every site we requested in Paris and because of his promptness we even got to see more. He was able to tell us history of some of the areas and buildings. He provided water. And he was always pleasant. He really helped make our day special

From start to finish, Mr. Earnest was great. He was very accommodating kind funny flexible I highly recommend maybe even ask for him when you book your trip he was amazing!

Sam was a great driver to tour our group around Paris. We saw all the sights in the allotted time we had. Sam was polite, courteous and very prompt regarding meeting locations. Thank you Sam! You were great!!

It was wonderful. We came with a list of things we wanted to see and the driver made sure we saw them all.

This is not about the driver at all ! Viator's system is not great, even thought I share all information the itinerary didn't include everything. I had to review all with the other company all over. This was waste of time for sure. The car was average, no water was offered. The driver didn't offer any routes.

Perfect driver. One of the best driver we have ever met. We had so much fun. The driver - guide was fantastic ans so helpful in explaining everything. We had also time for photos Congrats

Very nice guy and accommodating. Pick up at hotel. This is not a tour but more of a car ride. It would be great if you had someone with you to explain the sights and history, because this does not include history or information. Not a city tour.

This was the best way to see all of the sights on my list and I was able to get some great pictures of the Christmas lights around Paris! We have been to Paris several times, but being here at Christmas time was a special treat! Our driver was very experienced, knew the best routes to take, friendly, and ensured we had a great experience!

Our ride was absolutely outstanding! The driver was punctual, the car was spotless, and the ride was smooth from start to finish. Mister Earnest Gurusinghe was very friendly, professional, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. The Navigation was perfect, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We Highly recommend Mister Gurusinghe! The best Uber rides we ever had!

This tour was a complete disaster and genuinely felt unsafe. The driver was confrontational with me and our licensed guide from the start. He refused to follow the itinerary, ignored instructions, and repeatedly left us waiting 30–40 minutes after each stop. Because of this, we only made it to two stops before we chose to end the tour early just to get away from him. After the tour, things got even worse. The driver called me twice after 9:30 pm the same night. I only provided Viator with the screenshot of those calls, because that alone shows how inappropriate and unsettling this situation was. Late-night contact from a driver after a complaint is not normal and not safe. When I reported the incident, Viator dismissed the safety concern and relied entirely on the operator’s denial. They claimed the tour was “fully completed,” even though that is not true. Their response showed no interest in reviewing the actual behavior of the driver or protecting customers. This is not a company I trust with my safety or money. Avoid this tour. There are plenty of reputable operators in Paris — this is not one of them.

This was exceptional -- our driver was very knowledgeable, very friendly and went out of his way to show us areas/highlights that we were interested in. I would highly recommend our driver -- but I can't spell his name! Perhaps Viator can help me with a reply.

Our driver Nethmal was amazing. He catered the day sightseeing trip to our wants and needs. He was very knowledgeable and we had a wonderful day. Communication was excellent. I would highly recommend this tour!

We had a great 3 day trip in Paris with my family of 4. The service from day 1 from the train station towards the end of the trip was excellent. We were greeted with a friendly welcome every time. We had little children and Long distance travels made it comfortable. AC was good since it was very hot outside. It was clean and spacious good for a big family, price is great. We will definitely book again next time 😊

Im doing a city trip with Sam, it was perfect, Sam was very professional, he knew Paris very well 👍🏽👍🏽 I recommend it, thank you Sam for your advice, see you soon!!!

Our driver was on time to pick us up at the train station. He was very knowledgeable about the streets of Paris. We were able to go to the places we wanted to go with ease. He made it a great experience for the short amount of time we had in Paris.

Ernest did a wonderful job showing us the highlights of Paris. Nice van and A+ customer service. Pick up at train station was on time and seamless.

We had a Very good and understanding driver & a clean luxury ride Thank you very much to this service.

Lasa has been excellent service provider. We have used his service the past three years every summer when we travel to Paris. He is always on time and provide excellent service. Nice car as well.

What impressed me the most about Win Transfer was how stress-free the whole process was. I booked online in just a couple of clicks, and everything was confirmed instantly. On the day of travel, my plans changed twice but they were so patient , adjusted without any complaints. My driver was not only professional but also had a great sense and knew all the shortcuts to avoid traffic. It made the ride faster. If you want a taxi service that’s easy to book, flexible, and has drivers who actually know the city, Win Transfer is the one.

I had an excellent experience with this private transfer company when I was in my vacation in France. Their service was so flexible – they easily adjusted to my schedule changes without any hassle. The driver was not only polite but also very knowledgeable about the area, even out of main cities, sharing interesting facts along the way. Booking was super easy through their online system, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone who visits Paris.

Great tour! Got to visit all the must-see places in the time we got! So happy! Sam was on time and car was so clean. He also gave us some information on the sites we visited and the best places to take pictures! Such wonderful experience.

Thought we were getting a private bus guided tour, the driver didn’t really know much about the sites.

Initially I worried about the knowledge of y the driver. However our driver was excellent in knowledge, manner and time management The car was Mbz van and was very comfortable It had tv for kid and star decoration on the ceiling Yoon Kim from Los Angeles, U S A

Antony was OUTSTANDING! He was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! We visited several Paris landmarks, neighborhoods, a bakery, and had an amazing time!
