I highly recommend WelcomePickups! We used their services 3 times during our trip to Paris. We had a pick up at the airport to our hotel, from the hotel to the Port, and from the Port to the airport. Very friendly, English speaking professional drivers with clean cars. Always on time with great communication.

Booked pickup at Charles de Gaulle, arriving from Oslo. Landed a couple of minutes before scheduled arrival time. Waited for luggage, and then cleared customs and immigration, and came out to the meeting point for drivers, but no driver was there. I had provided flight number, so the driver could track our progress. I called the driver, and was told that he would pick us up in 2 hrs and 15 min! Totaly unaceptable, so I took a regular taxi, which worked great by the way, cancelled my booking with Welcome Pickups, and demanded a refund, but WP said the waiting time was within company policy, so they refused to refund any money. So do not use this company unless you want to wait for more than 2hrs, or pay double.

On our day of arrival in Paris, Dean expertly navigated my family through all the sites as well as hidden views. Don’t hesitate book this tour with Dean you will get tremendous insight into the city and wonderful pictures to remember it by.
This is the absolute best tour! Osman was above and beyond our expectations! We had a 7 hour layover in Paris and wanted to make the most of our time. We saw all the hot spots and he got us back to the airport in perfect time
We booked our transfer for Charles DeGaulle airport to our hotel through Welcome Pickups. When I booked our trip I noted that we had 2 passengers and 2 pieces of luggage ( I didn't know that carry ons would be counted as luggage). When the driver arrived he told us that we had 4 pieces of luggage. I offered to pay more for our 2 extra "pieces of luggage" but the driver said that he could not take us because he did "not have room in his vehicle". and it "would not be safe". I later saw on our confirmation with Welcome Pickups that he was driving a Lexus NX which would have easily accommodated our bags. He was essentially finding a loophole in his business arrangement to charge me while doing no work. He recommended that we take a taxi and he left. We were charged full price by Welcome Pickups and then had to pay a taxi 65 Euros (which was a great ride in a Toyota Camry and cost 20 Euros less than the 85 Euros that Welcome Pickups essentially stole from me. I contacted customer service at Welcome Pickups but they only offered me a 20 Euro credit for a future ride. Not going near this company again. By the way, I almost always give 5 star reviews. STAY AWAY from Welcome Pickups!!
Booked and prepaid ahead of time. Best price for transfer from CDG Airport to Paris Centre compared to other services. Driver (Osman) was great. Even though our flight arrived way early (one hour early) he was able to pick us up very shortly after. Spoke English and along the ride he did give us details of what we are seeing and tip about our stay in Paris. We also used the service and same driver to transfer from hotel to airport when we left. Highly recommended.
Welcome Pick ups Paris was excellent. The driver had great communication, was on time, found us at the arrivals hall as promised and was really friendly. It was a wonderful transfer. He was a safe driver, a polite driver, excellent English as we are Australian with little French and found our hotel without any problem. Highly recommend anytime. Look forward to using them again. Our driver was great. He picked us up in Paris. I love the fact that he spoke English. We got a little bit of sightseeing on the way to the hotel. But the best part was having somebody at the hotel, waiting on us to help with our luggage and get us safely to our hotel.
Waste of money and energy. Booked for transfer from CDG to Paris. Kindly, I’ll just say communications got in the way and I was not picked up. Driver went to the airport apparently, but at wrong time. I called him on arrival several times, but no answer. So just walked out door to waiting taxi and got ride into town. I’ve used welcome pickups before and it worked out ok… just minor hassles with driver handoff and coordination once we landed. Now I realize overall much easier, and cheaper, just to walk out door to waiting taxi. I save money and won’t risk paying twice that way.
There was a driver swap at the last minute. Driver was late for pickup. The tour was really not a tour; the name of sections of the city we were traveling to from airport where pointed out, and the futball stadium.
Beware! My flight from Paris to Philadelphia was canceled and I found another way out and had to change my pick up from 11:00am to 6:45pm. The Paris driver was notified at 2:00am the night before when I found out my flight was canceled.My driver, Yan ignored me. The next day he got back to me. He said he had a conflict and to let customer service know I need another driver. It is impossible to get a hold of a live person, I was on an AI chat and then Daria who was supposed to be a live person but she only gave me the same robotic and unhelpful answer over and over. So since my driver, Yan said he wasn't available then I was STUCK. No refund, and no one will pick me up. I was stranded and they said it is up to the sub contracted driver to pick me up at the new time but I still had to pay him/Welcome Pickups. Of course he will say no; he still gets paid! I tried to call and the phone center did not work! There is NO WAY of getting a hold of anyone if there is a change and they offered no alternative driver and no refund. Horrible business practices and dishonest. I was in Paris solo and stranded. I was at the hotel, and two other guests were complaining about Welcome Pickups. If there are any changes to your flight, they refuse to help you and keep the money. I can not even email them, there is no email for customers ONLY drivers. Trust me, BEWARE! Look into them further.....shady, at least in Paris. Even the hotel front desk woman was shocked by how impossible it was to get in touch with them. So they were fine with no issues, but if your flight gets canceled, you are stuck and still have to pay.
Despite the taxi strike, my driver was in communication with me when he picked me up from Orly. He was kind and an excellent driver, to boot!
As soon as I made my hotel reservations I got a link offering this airport transfer service. The booking was very easy to do and the cost just as competitive than taking a taxi. We had someone waiting fur us as soon as we exited the luggage area. This is one of the easiest processes I’ve had in a long time. We loved it and it was no hassle. Couldn’t ask for a nicer driver. The guy was super professional and friendly. We had no communication issues. My wife typically doesn’t like it when people drive fast but not a single complaint from her. The driver got us to the hotel quickly and it was a smooth ride. Nice and clean vehicle with plenty of space for our luggage. Definitely would use this service and the driver again.

Excellent service from drivers and punctual. Recommend. However, scheduling on line not user friendly and accurate. I still had to call to clarify my information, but it wasn’t showing on my reservations. Then I was still getting emails that they needed the same information I provided. Need to improve their on line reservations system.
Kind driver, but we paid extra to go with welcome pickups and expected a decent car and an efficient ride. Sadly our driver’s car had some issue with the engine, so the ride was really shaky and uncomfortable. He also took really small roads in order to avoid highway tolls and drove well below the speed limit (70 on a 110 km/h road), all of which meant we arrived 20-25 min later than normal. It was a late night and not much traffic at all, so he had no reason to avoid the highways other than save money, which is a bit annoying considering we spent 170€ on a 1h 30 min ride.
We used the Welcome Pickup service as a recommendation from a travel site on YouTube. We had a very good travel experience from CDG Airport to downtown Paris. Yes, there are numerous other options available, but after a long flight, this service makes your transfer to a downtown hotel easy and trouble free. Our driver (both directions) was on-time, friendly, drove safely, and spoke very good English. We never had a feeling of being taken advantage of or being cheated. It was very easy: you schedule the ride, you get a driver name and contact info, and a set price. No surprises at all. I would use them again for an airport to downtown transportation.

We were recommended by our hotel to use this service. Booking was swift and we received several notifications about who the driver was incl. mark of the car and license plate. The driver was 15 minutes early, so everything was really smooth. Would definitely use them again.

The experience of using Welcome was excellent. I booked cars for airport pickup and drop off. The app was easy to use, the drivers were punctual and easy to communicate with. We were kept up to date with any changes and diver location. The cars were com and clean. The cost difference between a cab and this service is nominal. I highly recommend them.
This service was just as advertised. We were able to get through passport control and customs at CDG about 45 minutes earlier than we estimated, so we were early. Since we had the driver's info, we were able to communicate and he came to us as soon as he arrived. Being a Monday morning in Paris at rush hour, the trip to our hotel took a little over an hour but given how much traffic there was, I was greatly impressed by the driver's skill and knowledge of the backstreets of Paris. The vehicle was clean and newer and the driver was very professional and friendly. We would definitely use this service again!
Unimpressed by poor planning. For a pickup at Charles De Gaulle Airport welcome pickups changed the driver details 3 times. The driver Faqir, was not at the airport when the flight arrived as agreed, almost had to take a taxi defeating the purpose of a previously arranged pickup or taxi. Definitely will not use the service and will not recommend to others

Our family of four was in Paris for 10 days. We used Welcome Pickups on 5 occasions. We were 100% satisfied with all of our drivers. They were professional, on time, helpful with luggage, spoke English and had the best communication I’ve ever had with a transportation company. They emailed us a direct confirmation after booking, sent an email the night before and on the morning of our trip. Included in the email was a picture of the driver, car he was driving, license plate and a direct link to his email and What’s app. On the 3 occasions they were early they contacted me immediately and told me they were here and where they were parked. I would 100% recommend Welcome Pickups.

Great communication throughout the reservation for both trips to the airport. Very courteous drivers with friendly conversations both ways. Rates were competitive with taxis but with the guarantees associated with a private car service. Would recommend as an option moving forward.

It's pretty rare you come across a taxi service where 'everything is flawless!'. Starting from the booking process, up to the trip up and down (on two separate days), everything was as seemless as you can ever think of. Honestly, I can't find a place to suggest them to improve. The acquisition of info, communicating with driver ahead of time & pickup from airport, the trip afterwards, all were a breeze and a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Our driver, Cedric, was excellent. It took nearly 2 hours from landing to get through immigration and collect our luggage, but luckily Cedric was still there waiting for us. We were in constant contact, so all went well. We’ve used Welcome Pickups before and will definitely use them again.

He may or may not have spoke English. He never said one word to us. BUT was easy to find and got us safely to the hotel.
Really great service in theory. But my flight was cancelled and changed last minute. Their customer service and the driver was unresponsive until the next day…which isn’t helpful while traveling. I paid for a second pickup and that went smoothly. But their policies don’t have much flexibility if the airline doesn’t perfectly follow the schedule. For this reason, I’ll likely not use the service again and will just call an Uber once I arrive.

Easy to book online and showed up right on time. I liked that we got to drive by LV and arc du Triumph. I’m sure it was just the way to the airport but it was nice. We arrived with plenty of time at the airport which was much needed to get through customs!

I highly recommend this company for your needs to be picked up after your long overseas flight into DCG. They monitor your incoming flight, stand ready to greet you with your name at the end of the customs/immigration gate. Super friendly, clean vehicle, helpful with information and courteous. Welcoming. Our driver even picked up our trip at the end of our tour, from hotel to the train station. We have used Welcome Pickups now in Barcelona and Athens. Definitely a go to company.
The service was referred by a hotel and the service was easy to book, however, there are far more glaring issues based on our two booked rides from the Orly Airport to center of Paris. First, the initial driver expressed a lack of awareness and sensibility for those with accessibility/disability needs such as rushing us, pressuring us to move faster (hard to do with a walker and mobility issues), taking the luggage and proceeding far from the group, and even carelessly storing the walker in the car. Our return trip to the airport was cancelled in the morning of our departure, roughly 6AM for a car ride booked for 10:30AM. Keep in mind, all of this was booked far in advance with details on our group's needs. Another service, Tio Shuttles was fantastic.
