Nice to have both tickets in one. Easy to access the tickets on your phone via the website. I was surprised to learn the tickets were good for an entire year.

The Viator bar code does not work. You need the additional code. The museum was terrific xxxxxxxxxxx
Fast lane access into Orsay, and the ticket can be used at any time. Rodin Museum is lovely, but the sculpture garden is phenomenal! Plus there’s a lovely cafe in the garden for a nice break!
I never received the email. Wasn’t able to get into the museum because what I received wasn’t the ticket. Had to call to get the email.
The only thing that went wrong was I didn’t understand how to get the appropriate tickets to get into the Orsay and Rodin. Vistor should not send tickets that act as tickets that aren’t accepted by these museums. Thank god that some folks at the Orsay helped me find the tickets but this should be in the info you send to us. It was very upsetting as it was happening.
Entrance went very smoothly once I downloaded the tickets. The email is not the ticket, read carefully.
Go to any part of the Museum you want! Start up on the 5th floor or start w the sculptures in the center main floor. Beautiful museum, beautiful building. Very nice balance of art and space. Some rooms get crowded but plenty of space to find and enjoy the collection. Late night maybe summer only on Thursday was especially nice. We did the package w the Rodin museum and started there first. D’Orsay was so nice to enjoy after the Rodin Museum.
Tickets worked fine no issues at all. We only got to Musee Dorsay.
Gets you a ticket for both museums. Super simple and easy experience. No problems at all and it accounted for my kids too.
Great combo pack. You can spend all day at either museum but if your time is limited it is nice to make a stop at both!
Museum Dorsee is a well designed museum with great works of art. The Holocaust retrieved art was especially interesting. The museum Rodin was less interesting, but still worthwhile
Overall - very well - of course the Impressionist Exhibition (Van Gogh, Degas, Renoir and Monet) on the fifth floor are worth the trip - however the wheelchair/disability access is not well marked and the elevators are small. Give your self time and patience.
It is a very nice art museum. Really enjoyed the large collections of Impressionistic Art. I would go again.
Your ticket for this event needs to be a downloaded pdf ticket not the one sent by Viator. Otherwise quite easy
It is impossible to see in one visit. Select what you would like to see ahead of time. Use an audioguide.
Worry free and trustworthy way to pre-purchase admission tickets and avoid waiting in lines and save precious time to buy tickets at the site, especially on weekends. Perfect way to enjoy both museums for people with limited time in a day to enjoy popular museums. Highly recommend.
Purchased e-ticket from Trip Advisor on 3/31/26 for Orsay/Rodin Museum Combo. Printed my e-ticket with Viator bar code on it before I left home. The ticket stated "This is your e-ticket, please present this on the day of your experience." Upon arrival at the Orsay on 4/14/26 (the date on my e-ticket), they would not accept my e-ticket for entry. I tried my paper e-ticket and my phone ticket. I was forced to purchase another ticket for my wife and I at their box office to enter the Museums. After complaining to Trip Advisor, on 4/16/26 they promised a refund within 5 business days. As of 4/27/26, I have not received it.
Upon arrival the tickets downloaded from Viator were not recognized by the Muse de Orsay, it was a lengthy & stressful experience but we were finally able to obtain tickets and enter the museum.
Go to the Orsay first- earlier the better. It is a larger and busier museum. No issues with long queues.
Gives you flexibility to do what you want when. You are not tied to a firm schedule. Having a ticket ahead of time is wonderful.
The Musee d’ Orsey was our favorite museum in Paris. My daughter and I were able to see so many paintings and sculptures that we already recognized and loved, as well as learn about related artists and works. The museum is much easier to navigate than others in the city. The only downfall is that there was not a lot of information on the voucher for where to be, or when. Fortunately, the two ticket agents saw our overwhelm, along with our paid vouchers, and just waved us in.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 2nd visit to the Musee D'Orsay and especially loved the John Singer Sergeant special exhibition. We had to cut our visit short to make our other timed ticket across town, but we easily could have spent another hour in here. Fabulous!
My favorite museum was just too crowded to enjoy. Aguard was rude to me. Lines for the bathrooms were long. We had reserved tickets in advance. Surely they can come up with a reasonable number of guests and then limit it. Took a friend and was so embarrassed. Lunch in the upstairs cafe was nice. Still confusing to visit--I never saw the one piece I had come to see.
These museums are everything one would hope to see in a wonderful museum. Viator made it easy to enter by skipping the line.
Super easy and FLEXIBLE way to see both museums on your own time! You can split them between days and access them at different times making it a great addition to your plans if you have the time
Tickets made getting into the museums like a breeze. Ordering process was also simple and easy. Would order with TripAdvisor again should the right trips come up.
Don't miss the Orsay. Probably one of my favorite things of the week. The building is spectacular and works of art goosebumpy! Rodin was neat too on a different scale than Orsay. Plan 3 hrs at least for Orsay and 2 for Rodin especially if the weather is nice.
Great deal! You get both museums (within walking distance of each other) and entry was quick and easy. Highly recommend!
The Museum was amazing, the variety of paintings and the sculptures rival any museum in Paris. Unfortunately I had ticketing issues that took over an hour to clear up and in the end, the museum just let me in without my ticket.
The museum is large, but easy to get around. We needed a wheelchair, which we were able to borrow from the museum. It’s a bit confusing to get to the second floor exhibits, but otherwise it’s very accessible. The Rodin museum also has wheelchairs you can borrow.
Ticketing process was awkward. It was difficult to locate tickets in all of the emails received. D’orsay was busy on a raining Sunday morning so I would suggest going during the week. Rodin museum was lovely - no crowds!
These museums are a MUST see! We loved them and considered them two of the best. We would not have missed either of these museums!!
Yes, we paid for 2 tickets and yes, we received the confirmation of payment, but tickets? No. Luckily, the girl on the entrance desk was sympathetic on our flying visit, but neither she nor her colleagues had HEARD of Viator, the booking agent. Dodgy. Fantastic Rodin museum. Stunning architecture and art.
Beautiful museum with lots of beautiful art. Easy/fast entrance. Definitely worth the visit. Loved!!
We had an amazing experience at the D’Orsay & Rodin museums. We enjoyed a spectacular lunch at the D’Orsay. The restaurant is a jewel & not to be missed! Needless to say, the art was fabulous.
Museum was great—as expected. Purchase was easy. Use of tickets was NOT GOOD! Showed the D’Orsay my Viator tickets at the entrance and was denied entry without explanation. After a few minutes, I made contact with the Viator vendor who asked that I get D’Orsay ticket taker on the phone to talk. Ticket taker I tried first refused, but her colleague took the call. They spoke for a few minutes and then put me back in phone. Viator operator then said that the Viator platform was jacked up and he would get me tix via alt method. He emailed pdf which finally worked. Too much hassle—Viator should fix this immediately.
It was amazing. In one art gallery I didn't expect so many paintings of impressionist and post impressionist masters.
It was nice to be able to go through the museums on our own time. We chose not to have a guided tour and that was just fine. For my sister, an artist, the Rodin museum was an experience of a lifetime.
Excellent Museum. Very easy to navigate. Much easier than the Louvre but still very worth it. We enjoyed the area around the museum and local cafe D’ Orsay
Both museums are awesome as should be visited even going to Paris. Everything went smoothly when using these tickets and the walk between the two was not too far.
Horrible experience, I was scammed twice for two museum tickets and customer support lied •the supplier• not willing to refund when I did contact supplier as well, and they had no record of such request made by Viator. In fact, Louvre reps said they are “tired of customers complaining for same reasons and hope someone starts a law suit against Viator one day”
Easy to navigate entry and quick access; skip the line a definite advantage. Informative museum that not too crowded
The combo we purchased was an excellent choice: Orsay Museum + Rodin Museum. Two absolutely magnificent museums that left stars in our eyes! We also had almost no wait thanks to the skip-the-line option. It was smooth and pleasant. The most agreeable aspect is the professionalism of our interlocutor, Rachid, who was charming, responsive and constantly available to answer our questions. Rachid made our experience even more enjoyable. For those going to Paris, we highly recommend using the services of Paris Odyssey.
I requested support while at the Orsay museum because the barcode I received did not work. I never received the tickets via my email. I have requested a refund via What’s App support. The details never stated the tickets would be delivered via email or what’s app. Please refund.
Both museums are well worth seeing--so many beautiful and inspiring works of art, laid out in ways that enable you to appreciate them more, without feeling crowded. The flexible days passes allow you to determine when to visit, same or different days. Just be careful in finding the C1 entry and not join the long line of those buying tickets at C2. It's easy to be fooled.
Such an incredible space. So big - spent almost 4 hrs there The impressionist permanent exhibit is fabulous! Bought tickets through trip advisor to avoid the lines
The d’orsay museum was amazing. I highly recommend doing the skip the line ticket. We got in within 5 minutes while there were probably a hundred people in lines trying to get in. If you can’t book a private tour, which I prefer, do the audio tour.
'Viator sold me a worthless product. The date for this ticket was Sunday May 5. When I got there the guard told me that the first Sunday of every month was free admission but you had to reserve a months ahead of time. Viator should have known this and not sold me a useless ticket.
Getting these tickets saved us at least an hour wait in the rain on a day we had little time to see the wonders of Orsay. We were inside in a few minutes and used all that extra time to emit the museum.
Very confusing to find the correct line to be in., Very crowded. People were very rude. A majority of the people visiting the museum had no respect for the artwork. This pass did save some time, but not an enjoyable experience. I have never been pushed around so much in an art museum. Very disorganized.
