We loved our bike tour of Versailles. The web site gave us all the info we needed to meet up with the tour at the train station. Loved the food market where we purchased our lunch. Overall a great experience.
Viator made the arrival and getting to our hotel really easy. Finding our driver was a little hard, but a call to customer service solved that quickly. The driver was very courteous and helpful.
The service s EXCELLENT ! I booked months in advance & saved $$. Booking directly with the agency I saved money. The total cost was 10-15€ cheaper than others. The driver was 15 minutes early & drive like he meant it! No dilly dallying. 45 minute ride despite heavy traffic. The driver guided us directly to check in & lifted the luggage out of the car to the curb. Car was spacious & clean. I’m picky & would recommend this reliable service.
Stephan was delightful. I left him a huge tip. CDG is a huge airport and the Viator correspondence was vague about where to meet our driver. This is the first time in LOTS of airport pick-ups that the company called ME to find out where I was so they could send the driver to find me. Bliss. Traffic was outrageous but Stephan was pleasant and professional throughout.
I eventually met my driver but CDG airport is very confusing and the arrival hall was difficult to find.
Pick up instructions not followed by the travel partner, was not in the terminal with name to pick up. He was late, made up pay for the parking his car for pick up area, and overall not a user friendly pick up process.
Booked 2 cars due to our numbers at their recommendation. Second Ride never showed up. Our plane was late and excuse was no cars available and I prepaid. I had to call them to find out why no one was there waiting for us.
Airplane was late. They did not text or call that they would be late. I had to call them from the airport. Driver was fantastic once we got underway.nice to have luggage help!

For my first trip to Paris I used this service to pick us up from the airport and also to drop us off at the airport when it was time to leave. The staff was kind, on time and helped us get the the correct pick up location when we were turned around. I recommend anyone the use the service it you want safe, fast and efficient transportation.

The driver taking us from our hotel to Paris Charles-de-Gaulle airport was very courteous and was quite punctual (even arriving a few minutes early to pick us up). He was friendly and chatty. Unfortunately, he was often distracted while driving, since he was focused on his iPad or phone. He also tailgated the vehicle in front of him (including at high speed) a few times, all of which contribued to an unsafe feeling.

Reserved ride from Paris city center to CDG airport before our trip for our family of 8 plus luggage. Process was seamless, including a change of pickup location due to an AirBnB screw up. Definitely recommend this easy method of getting to the airport versus taking a taxi or the RER.
Still hiccups at the Paris airport re customs, our driver reached out to us and made sure to locate us while we were delayed. The driver from the hotel to the airport was super prompt and courteous as well. I requested an earlier pick up time the day before and Paris Shuttle accommodated without hesitation at that late hour. Will gladly recommend.
We had an amazing ride with Alex from the airport into central Paris. Couldn’t have asked for a better driver or better conversation. Alex not only drove us but spoke amazing English and helped with all of our luggage. He even helped us learn a little bit of French!

We advised 4 hours prior to scheduled pick up that our flight was delayed. The vendor advised not to worry they were monitoring our flight. When we arrived in Paris (2 hour delay) there was no one to meet us at pick up . I rang the provider and was then told that it had been cancelled.
Had to visit for an international conference and needed to be sure to get on time at my hotel and to the airport on the day of departure. Pickup was smooth on both trips and customer service was top notch. Everyone was kind and helpful. Very satisfied with the service!

I was upset with pick up. Driver didn’t show up at pick up time so I called tour operator. I was told that I didn’t have reservation for that day and was for next day which was wrong. I had to wait another 15-20 minutes before got picked up. Can’t imagine such a mistake even with confirmed paid reservation.

I booked my round trip transfer and was pleased to find out driver waiting on us when we arrived! We had a smooth ride to our hotel. On the day to return back to the airport our driver arrived on time and was in our lobby waiting for us. Everything ran smoothly, visiting a new country makes me nervous finding a secure round trip to hotel and airport but with this company I didn’t have to worry! Highly recommend!
The pick up from hotel to airport today on Apirl 7 was good. But Paris Shuttle driver never showed up to pick me up nor WhatsApp me at CDG Airport on April 5 eventhough the receptionist at Hotel Sussies Nice called Paris Shuttel office and confirmed the airport pick up on my behalf befrore I went to Nice airport for flight back to Paris. After waiting for almost one hour with No Driver showed up with my name on hand, I had to take Uber from CDG to my Hotel in Paris. I would not used Paris Shuttel again in the future and would not recommended this company for airport transportation again.
When coming back from holidays , driver come 20min late. Then was drove so fast , near get in accident . Not been nice expierence.
Was waiting outside baggage claim when I arrived with my Name plate. Good ride into the city. Driver pointed out landmarks and was knew his way around the city. Pick-up to return was at 5:30 AM. To my surprise, I had the same driver. He arrived at 5:15 and dropped me at the airport. Would use again !
We took the Paris shuttle private transfer between Charles de Gaulle and Paris. It worked very well, and I am glad we did. We had one minor issue when our flights from the US were changed because of delays. I tried to call to let them know, but the time zones didn't work for anyone to answer their phone. They gave an email address on the phone message, so I tried to let them know about the change. That didn't work either - I got undeliverable messages. However, our driver was great. He texted me at the airport, knew where I was, told me exactly where to wait, and hurried over to meet us. It was no problem for us, but I wish I could have gotten them the message sooner. The car was nice, clean. He gave us clear directions for timing of our return trip, and we all managed to be on time for that ungodly hour. Easy drive and we had plenty of time at the airport - again, lol, with a minor problem with our flights! Highly recommend and would use them again.
Traveling with a child an my mother in her 70s, I wanted to hire a car service to get us to and from the airport so we didn’t have to figure out the metro or find an Uber when we were tired and pressed for time. Our pick up driver came into the airport to find us and was kind and friendly. Our departure driver arrived early to find us at our hotel lobby and was equally kind and friendly. The service is more expensive than other transportation options, but the experience was exactly what I wanted for us. I highly recommend.
