This was a great way to learn about Notre Dame. It was just from the outside, but our tour guide Merten gave us great information. There are so many carvings on the front exterior, and he took the time to explain them all to us. It really brought it “to life”. We also learned about the fire and the reconstruction. Bonus - it was such a reasonably priced tour. I highly recommend it!

this was a very fun experience. not very long which is also good. but Yuri our guide was very knowledgeable about all the aspects of the cathedral, especially all the different statues and symbols. overall, this was an excellent introduction to Notre Dame, prior to going inside the church.

This tour was very helpful in understanding history, architecture, and artistry of Notre Dame. Our tour guide had a lot of energy and was very engaging. She helped us to better connect the artwork in the facade of the building to the biblical stories. The tour would be even better if we were able to get a fast track to go inside with a guide. We would have paid extra. My only recommendation is to perhaps find an easier meeting spot closer to the cathedral as we got turned around trying to find the group. Tour was a great intro before you go into the cathedral! We learned a lot we did not know!

Finding the meeting point was easy and just as described! We were introduced to Sylvie who was absolutely amazing ! Very Friendly and extremely Knowledgeable about the buildings and morello the point Notre Dame She made the tour so interesting with little fun facts and also gave us lots of information of things to look for once we got inside Would Highly Recommend this tour to anyone!!
The guide never showed up. We waited for over 30 minutes. A very sweet and accommodating representative did come and ended up conducting the tour.
Best $40 of tourism money I have ever spent! They were very nice and helpful about my initial confusion on where to meet, and our guide Alex was superb, knows his stuff and clearly loves sharing it with pride and passion.

That the tour does no go beyond the start of the entry line. That it does not prevent the long waiting time. Otherwise it was a very thorough history of the Cathedral and its history. Our guide was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

We learned a lot of interesting information about Notre Dame and heard excerpts from French history. The guide was very humorous & advised us on how we could get into the church without waiting in line. The tour is recommended! :)
Terrible, we thought it was something else and honestly it was a waste of time just being outside, the price is cheap but bad, we will not do it again.
It is a very enriching, pleasant, and fun experience thanks to Yuri, who made us laugh in addition to expanding our knowledge.
Disappointing visit. Our guide (Yuri), who introduces himself as a coordinator, had little command of his subject and appeared very disjointed. While some historical reminders were interesting, we would have imagined having more content on the history and construction of the cathedral. How could one also not mention the fire episode and not address its reconstruction? That seemed more useful to us than talking about the Montparnasse Tower and the Eiffel Tower, which were off-topic. Also a feeling that he wants to play it cool and relaxed; that is very good, but it felt like filler. His strong accent did not make understanding easy. The tour started a little late and finished 5 minutes early. The feeling of a real rip-off...
An absolutely magnificent visit! Discovering Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris after its restoration is an emotional and impressive experience. The guide was passionate, very clear in his explanations, and was able to tell the history of the cathedral with many details and captivating anecdotes. The restoration is simply remarkable: every detail of the monument regains its luster, and one feels the entire historical and artistic richness of the place. The visit is well organized, smooth, and accessible even for those who are not particularly familiar with the history of Paris. A true masterpiece rediscovered, to see at least once in a lifetime. I highly recommend this guided tour to all lovers of heritage, architecture, and French history!
