Our guide Kam was outstanding. From explaining the center point of Paris in the pavement in front of the cathedral to describing the extensive fire and reconstruction, Kam was full of interesting and inspiring facts and details about the history of the city, cathedral and all the people who were involved with the construction of the cathedral. She was very clear and took time to ask for questions and provided very thorough explanations and answers. She covered explanations for all sides of the cathedral and answered questions about the inside also. We could not have had a better guide. We highly recommend her to future visitors to the Notre Dame cathedral.

Kam was excellent- very organized-knowledgeable- great sense of humor! She followed up w/ all guests to make sure everyone was on their way - gave great tips for getting coffee & crepes for a warm up after tour as it was chilly November morning!

We had free time to explore the Notre Dame and then proceeded on a very well detailed history of the outside of the cathedral! Our tour guide Kam was amazing and explained everything while asking questions to make sure we understood!

Kam was an exceptional tour guide. She was both knowledgeable in history and restoration of Notre Dame. She shared her own personal experiences with both pictures and videos that were a complement to the tour.

We had an early access tour with Kam. She is an excellent guide. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a funny sense of humor. There was no line at 9:00 and the morning sun shone beautifully through the stained glass windows. Kam gave us so much information regarding the fire in 2019 as we moved completely around the outside of the cathedral. The tour was worth the price. Thank you, I don’t know if you can see this. Can you see it, but sounds OK.Kam!

I thought i booked a guided tour for inside but instead we were shown the line ty o ho in and then the guide was going to do an outside tour. It was raining and windy so we didn't stay for that part.

This is Not a ln inside tour. Once I got over that disappointment,our guide was phenomenal The only suggestion: explain what to look for inside before I enter.

I guess be there before the time they actually tell you where to meet back up at. I met up with tour guide and she said to go on in as it’s early and free. Ok. Then she said to meet up at 0930 at the purple banner. We verified together. I went back to the purple banner at 0930 after my visit in the cathedral. Not anyone in sight. Zero.

Kam was really amazing. Honestly, we were initially disappointed that we weren't getting a guided tour inside, but Kam absolutely converted us. She did a superior job of explaining everything and making sure we saw the pictures and understood everything. Totally impressed.

Cam was extremely focused on her customers and provided a very educational tour of the Cathedral. I liked how we toured inside first; (before the lines backed up). She then did the walk around the building. She also provided some humor.

Kam was wonderful anf full of really interesting facts and stories!! Our family really enjoyed the tour. Get there early so you can go in to the cathedral for a good chunk of time (free) very few people at around 830,9am She stays outside for ½ hour and starts early tour at 930. Those who got there late regretted it as it was already very long lines to get in when we finished the tour. Enjoy

You view the inside first, then the tour guide takes you around the building. The outside tour was more about the history.

We didn't go because the riots the day before and into the early morning hours outside where we stayed made us nervous to go out today.

Excellent guide knowledgeable witty clearly marked out fascinating parts of the building as well as in thee am had us enter the cathedral for a half hour tour followed by a walk around describing the efffects of the fire on the roof and steeple .She in addition had her own collection of photographs of the extent of the fire .In addition she handled an obnoxious child who interrupted her discussion with respectful firmness . I Would recommend her without hesitation as an excellent guide… Dr p graham

At this time of year, going at least as early as 9 removes the need to buy a tour and early admittance. Five-minute wait. That said, our historical exterior tour with Kam offered many facts I didn’t know (even after three previous visits) including information about the spire’s rooster, the relics — including the crown of thorns — and of course the inspiring restoration after the 2019 fire, with expected completion in 2028. Kam was funny, informative, relevant and patient with questions. Recommend at least minimal fitness since this tour traverses the entire perimeter of the cathedral.
