With only a few days in Paris- booked and confirmed and arrived 10 mins early to designated meeting spot. No guide, no "white flag" at 2 pm at meeting spot. Waited 30 mins-could not contact tour operators ( right number given- would not work. Called and called every number available. Spoke with 2 people that simply disconnected. The 3rd said wait 30 mins and they would call back- they NEVER DID. AVOID THIS GROUP LIKE THE PLAGUE. Really! Don't engage. A superior waste of a precious day in Paris. I could not be more incensed from the blatant unprofessional outfit this one is. Hoping no one ever finds themselves in the same spot. Trip advisor needs to stop advertising this group. Careless, unprofessional, stolen day, have still not heard from them.

Our tour time was changed from 10.00 to 11.30 which meant we had to leave the tour group and find our own way because we had another tour planned for which we were to meet at 13.00. And with the large crowds we were unable to lineup for what we wanted. We were very much looking forward to seeing the louvre in more detail so we are definitely not happy

We had an absolutely amazing experience and would highly recommend this tour! Our tour guide was fantastic. She was incredibly friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable, and you could really tell how passionate she was about the Louvre and its history. She explained everything in an interesting and easy-to-understand way, which made the entire visit so much more enjoyable. We were able to enter the Louvre immediately without having to wait in line. During the tour, we saw all the major highlights and learned the most interesting facts and stories behind them. The length of the tour was perfect, and the selection of highlights made our visit truly unforgettable. Since the Louvre is enormous and there is so much to see, we would have been completely overwhelmed on our own. Having such a great guide made a huge difference and allowed us to really enjoy and appreciate what we were seeing. There was only one small issue at the beginning. The app says that you should look for a white flag at the meeting point, but our guide was actually holding a yellow tote bag. We were a little confused at first, but after a quick phone call everything was sorted out immediately. Overall, this was a fantastic experience with an outstanding tour guide. It was definitely one of the highlights of our visit to Paris, and we would absolutely book this tour again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A great experience all around.we had booked a semi private tour and only have two other guests with us. Our guide Catharine was well informed and shared wonderful stories that even kept my teenager engaged. Her tour was a fantastic mixture of art, architecture and history and the perfect length. Catherine’s way of navigating the museum for us made the crowds drop away and the art come to life. Looking at a few highlights but also recognizing the museum and its history as a whole. Merci beaucoup. We loved it.
Canceled on me without warning. I booked, showed up, then they texted and said not enough people signed up. So now I stand outside the museum without an entrance ticket
Great guide. There were 6 of us, so it was very accessible. Skip-the-line, we went right past everyone. The visit time with the guide was a bit short (only 1 hour) given the size of the Louvre.
A totally educational visit that is also fun and curious.
