Paris is beautiful at night. The nonstop bus tour at 10 was a perfect way to end a day.

This was a delightful experience. Although we skipped the Eiffel Tower Summit option since it was already closed when we boarded the bus, we still enjoyed the panoramic view of the city from the open-top bus. The Wi-Fi worked seamlessly, and the audio guide provided fascinating historical and informative insights about each landmark. My only minor complaint is that the wooden seats at the top were quite uncomfortable. Fortunately, I had a shawl to cushion the hard seat. I also recommend bringing water and/or snacks, as none are available on the bus. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
Just fair. Nothing special. The WiFi commentary did not work.
There was nothing from the guide on the Eiffel Tower. We met us, gave us tickets to get to 3rd level and said” if you have questions let us know’!! The actual bus tour was later at 10 am. That was not clear on the Agenda shared or maybe I missed it. Overall one of the more disappointing Viator tours. It appeared that they just got us the Eiffel Tower tickets on this one!
Due to the heat, the Eiffel Tower was closed and the tour was canceled. No advance notification. Only found out when we showed up for the tour. We could have done the bus tour but the roof of the bus was broken and would not open. At least they refunded us the cost
DO NOT PLACE ORDERS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM. I placed an order for 7 adults and they never showed up, never answered the calls or messages on both numbers provided by both cell line and WhatsApp. They ruined the only evening we had to see the sites. You have many others options for this tour type… do not make the same mistake I did in ordering through them.
Too much time NOT seeing sites. A lot of time wasted
Bus was not a meeting point, we tried to contact tour operators, no valid phone number, terrible customer service.
This is basically a bus ride around the city picking up and dropping off people. You DO NOT go to popular sites such as the Champ Elycessa , Louve etc. You see the Eiffel Tower only. A total rip off
If I could give zero stars, I would. Booked the “nighttime panoramic sightseeing tour of Paris.” What we got was a regular bus with fogged-up windows, no air-conditioning, and a bright blue light inside that turned every window into a mirror. Perfect if you wanted to stare at your own reflection — utterly useless if you actually wanted to see Paris. There was zero guidance on any of the hotspots. Nothing. The only “information” we got was a ten-minute lecture about what to do at the Moulin Rouge, where to walk, where to stand… which would’ve been great if I’d booked a Moulin Rouge prep class and not a sightseeing tour. At some point I genuinely wondered if my English had failed me and I’d completely misread the advertisement. But no — the tour was exactly as described on paper, except for the tiny detail that they didn’t deliver any of it. It was just a bad tour, plain and simple. Sightseeing? Forget it. The bus didn’t bother going to the advertised spots, and we were told to explore them ourselves through an app. Honestly, even the M2 metro ride from Moulin Rouge gives you better sightseeing — and that costs almost nothing. Completely misleading and absolutely not worth the money. Save yourself the disappointment and pick literally any other tour.
Incomplete! The bus crashed into a van and we did not finish tour. How to figure out how to get home and we missed the rest of the sights
Billed as “see the lights of Paris” and bus tour started at 7 pm and then access to Eiffel Tower summit. No lights, but ok nice drive around at some of the big tourist places. Bus tour ends at 8. Then we are told we have to wait until 9:45 to go to tower and we still have wait time at tower too, plus wait to go to summit as well. With an early morning train to catch, by the time this ends plus a hike back to hotel - I will not have time to sleep. If I had known the Eiffel Tower was so late, I wouldn’t have booked the extra package. I could have five this earlier today by myself. Be warned
Lights tour was a bust as the sun never went down and we did not see any. We bought Eiffel tower tour as an add on but our guide had no idea and called in. We were told to return to starting point at 9:30pm and meet another tour group. The tower was awesome but left us wondering what would have happened if we had not spoken up .
There was no tour. The leader was rude, told us an app to download at the meeting destination and then no further details to connect to an audio guide. Bus driver was late, bus was old. Spent an hour in traffic heading to the Moulin Rouge, which was the tour guides next job. Guide did not return us to meeting point as on ticket.
I would definitely not recommend this tour. The bus was old and dirty and wooden seats were very uncomfortable. It was a rainy night and the plastic roof was leaking in the front of the bus. This also is not a real tour - more like a ride through the city. You have to download an app and listen on your own to the description. . The guide merely calls out the locations. But the app did not work for about half the locations.
Driver was amazing at getting that big bus around the streets of Paris. The best part was the timing of getting back to the Eiffel Tower. We were right underneath it when it began to twinkle and it was incredible.
The tour was amazing! The views of Paris at night was a wonderful tour. The driver and guide were phenomenal! Seeing all the landmarks especially the Arc De Triomphe and Eiffel Tower at night were amazing. I will never forget seeing the Eiffel Tower sparkle!
First, what I'll say is that the tour bus was in poor condition for a old rainy night. The roof leaked and got us wet and the upper windshield wipers did not work. We didn't see a thing. There was another couple upstairs who went downstairs. We could hear them talking and he even came upstairs and wiped off the windows and took pictures with their phones for them. But we were never invited to come downstairs or anything to make the tour more enjoyable. The guide just told us which # to listen to. There was no anecdotal information given. And 930p was too late for it to begin too
Paris is a beautiful city, but even more so at night! This trip was a great way to see many top sights. The bus even dropped all of the guests off close to our lodgings - while this was nice, I think it actually may have cut out excursion short! The audio guide was helpful, but it would help if there was some way to alert us when to move on to the next track.
The bus tour itself was great except that a night tour started at 7 pm when it does not get dark until around 830! I was not thinking when I purchased the ticket since I was not in Paris. It was still a great experience. Don’t do this tour if it starts before sundown. The lift on the Eiffel Tower was not operating properly so we could not do the tour.
The guide Neda was wonderful She had a wealth of information as we drove by the lit sights. I loved seeing the city and sights at night all lit up.
The bus was nice, the audio fine, but there were almost no lights! I thought everything would be lit up! I really wished we had toured the city in the daylight. I feel like we missed out on our chance to tour Paris, as this was the only your we did.
Gerardo Vargas, hands down the best tour guide! When I come back I will definitely request him. I would reccomend him to anyone! Great trip, amazing show, and the city at night is beautiful!
Would not recommend this tour. Driver was very nice but did not speak English very well and was extremely difficult to understand. We drove around seemingly in circles in this foul smelling van, passing the same sites repeatedly. The driver pointed out sites as we passed but we NEVER stopped for pictures even once over the course of 3 hours! Could only shoot pictures through the van windows (they didnt even clean the windows) so photos were useless. We could only see street level through the van windows - no view of above. Waste of time and money.
Before their merge(??) we had taken this tour (11 times) through Cityrama and always enjoyed it. This time (via Pariscityvision) we were taken advantage of and the company failed to deliver what was promised. We were chaperoning 2 teens while their parents enjoyed a lovely Citroen tour, We waited and waited after checking in and then, a VAN shows up rather than a commercial, luxury bus! We were told it was an "upgrade". No, there were not enough passengers for them to justify the bus so they were looking out for their bottom line! One couple went straight back to the office to get their money back. We would have but didn't want to disappoint these kids-even if it had to be a bumpy van and not the smooth, comfortable, upper level ride of the luxury bus with a great commentary. I sat in the back (shocks were not good). you could not see much from this lower "ground level" and, the driver's focus should have strictly been on the road and traffic rather than also being our commentator. it made me very uneasy. Plus, I knew the bus tour route and would have felt safe. While the van could venture on streets too narrow for a bus, we were also on streets that I had avoided and did not feel safe on. I contacted the co. but they refused to compensate us for anything (No surprise!). We specifically bought the BUS tour and they did not deliver what we purchased. They had plenty of time to inform us of the switch so we could consider other arrangements. This was deceitful and dishonest. Shame, shame on ParisCityVision!
Adrien took us and a small family around Paris that evening and gave us a lot of interesting info on Paris and the sites. Just make sure you google the address for meeting the tour. It was a little hard to find but we made it in time.
This cruise down the Seine was our best investment. It was very reasonable and extremely enjoyable. We would do it again in a minute! It is beautiful and you can choose to hear the history from headphones or just see the beautiful views and enjoy the lovely music. It was cool the night we went but we still enjoyed it.
Please email me directly. Need to talk to someone about this tour. Not a good experience to say the least!
This tour was average. On the audio narration, there was a lot of wasted opportunity between sites that could have been better used to tell more about the city of Paris in general. Instead, there were long intervals of an annoying soundtrack of "Parisian" music between sites. Wouldn't recommend it to others...found it long and was eager for it to end.
Some of the tourists of the group agreed that the tour should start at 9pm when it gets dark early, because you always have to wait for some of the group that arrive late causing delays at the start. In order not to affect the trajectory of the tour, we ended up late and those of us who stayed outside the city had to hurry because the subway stops at 1pm. For the rest I give it 5, the guide was friendly and gave us extensive information of Paris, interacted with the group answering questions, the itinerary of the tour was magnificent and we all loved it. The staff of the agency, very friendly and everything was well organized.

In summer the sunset happens post 9.30 and it gets dark only around 10 pm. We wanted to get a feel of all the attractions illuminated in dark and then chose to be at 1 or 2 the next night. This tour served that purpose.

This was the most EXPENSIVE waste of money tour I have ever signed up for that we had already paid for in advance! Paris Illuminations Night Tour did not live up to our expectations at all. The driver was supposed to pick us up at the hotel at 7:00, showed up 40 minutes late, said there was a change in plans and he was dropping just the 2 of us out of a group of 8 at the Eiffel tower first...which was supposed to be the last stop as it was still day light! He escorted us to the skip the line entrance and left us there and told us what exit to leave the tower and where to walk to meet him when we were done and be there at 9:00. It was about a 6 block walk and we were not sure where we were which is why we paid for an escorted tour. We got to the meet place at 9:00, no van, called 4-5 times to be told he had to go across town to pick up the other 6 passengers that also signed up for the tour and did not come back to get us until 10:00! We ended up waiting and getting a fast meal not knowing when he would show up! He shows up with the minivan with the other people and unless you sat in the front seat you only look at the side window because the head rests were blocking any forward views! All he did was ride around and point out sights that you could not see. Only once we were allowed out of the minivan to take a picture of the tower. This was a total disappointment and cost $264 for the 2 of us. There are so many other tour options like some of the Seine canal cruises that includes dinner, drinks, etc. that are less than a $100 and at least you get something! Save your money!
The positive: the tour takes you to all places you would want to see. It was informative. Paris is beautiful at night and they do a good job showing the city to you. Departure was on time and staff was very nice and spoke multiple languages. The negative: the upper deck front windshield was cracked and dirty making what could have been beautiful pictures less than. Pics attached. I could have moved to a different seat but I could hear the people behind me complaining about the speed of the ride and their inability to take pictures as well. If you want to lear some history and interesting facts about Paris this is ok but for pictures and such it didn’t workout for me.

We were so lucky that we were the only ones in this tour, very good and good guide

After a lot of walking in Versailles that day, and a boat tour it was so nice finally clam down and take the bus and see downtown Paris at night. Thank you for the experience!

You people coming to Paris this year don't need any expensive tours of Paris , France . First check into a nice little French hotel that's kind of basic with two stars or three . Then put on some comfortable shoes and pants and your sport shirts maybe with a light jacket depending on weather conditions . After the sun sets at night it cools down even in the summer months because its Northern Europe not the tropics . When you go out put down on your note pad what places you want to visit and get your map of Paris out and then plan your day . All your galleries and Museums plus famous buildings like Napoleon Bonaparte tomb or the Arc De Triumph neighborhood filled with lots of great little Cafes and lots of people watching . There is a very famous French restaurant that I have that's over 125 years old which is Cafe De LA Paix across from the old Opera house in Paris . You will love the food plus the good service plus you get to people watch too .There are tables outside for you there or you can sit at a table inside with friends too . This place has two sections , one is very formal with beautiful table settings with fine wines and the other section is informal with your casual clothes , but not your crappy sleezy gym clothes . OK . Their waiter's are very nice and make you feel welcome . I found it 32 years ago by accident just out for a walk and hungry too .Call this place up at 33 1 40 07 3636 and their address is 5 place De l' opera hours 7 am - 11:30 pm . I hope you enjoy Paris . And theirs a good little French hotel called , Hotel Monte Carlo and a really great higher price elegant old world hotel called the Lancaster hotel in Paris stemming back to the old days of the Europes screen stars and American actors too . Its phone is 33 140 07 3636 , its in the Champs Elysees neighborhood too at 7 rue De Berri champs Elysees . I was taken here by a cousin in 1958 for the first time . I never forgot it . Its a beautiful grand older French hotel . Really Really elegant hotel for around 320€ a night . Its worth it too . Bye now and I no you will enjoy My Paris , France . The French sure know how to do it up right too . For sure .

I would not recommend that anyone spend the money on this tour. Although we were able to get a great picture of the Eiffel Tower
at night it was certainly not worth the time or money. I was very disappointed in the audio prepared for the tour. Most of it was
music filling up dead space and there were times it didn't sync with the sights we were seeing. They could very easily have fillled
in that time with historical facts or anecdotes.

Host was excellent, full of knowledge
Book this as one of your first trips so that you can learn where you want to go

This the best way to see Paris and all the main attractions. Just beautiful and have the best photos. Stan was a terrific tour guide!

We booked a small tour private with 8 guests or less and Claudio was our guide. No one else had booked this tour that night so we had the tour with Claudio alone. It was magical. Claudio was the best. He knew, and loved, Paris and it showed. This trip is well worth the money.

A must tour when you're visiting Paris. A fantastic surprise at the end of the tour. Great guide!

Our guide was informative and pleasant; he was sure to stop at a few key places and let us out to stretch, enjoy the views and take pictures. Paris by night is magical and this was a wonderful way to experience the lights.

What a fun tour! Our guide was great and did a wonderful job of showing us the beauty of Paris by night.

Amazing driver! Very informative and just a beautiful nighttime tour!

This was fantastic! It was an automated guide/Pre recorded, but you saw EVERYTHING on this tour. We saw places we hadnt seen before. The lights at night are amazing and the bus is all windows. Highly recommend this tour!

We loved this tour because it gave us a terrific chance so see areas that we did not have time to explore on foot but could get a feel for via the bus tour. The recording was great and we just loved it. They gave us a choice at drop-off time to be dropped at a more centrally located area which was quite helpful. While we were waiting for the bus-- we got there a bit early- we had a wonderful dinner at a cafe across the street.
I would highly recommend this tour. It was informative beautiful and delightful! A winner!!

We really enjoyed this tour. After a long day of walking through the city, a bus tour was great for tired feet and seeing the city at night this way was super convenient while still able to get nice views. The audio guide was a plus as well. I usually get bus sick but our drive was actually very smooth through the city. This was also a good tour for older family members as they could see Paris without worrying about missing out or mobility issues. No complaints.

Driver spoke good English with little accent. Not enough stops. It was a van and if you sat on the opposite side of the direction we drove, you missed seeing the attraction except the bottom 20ft seen out the opposite window.

It would have been great to go up to Sacre Coure. Too many views of Eiffel Tower which I suppose many people want.

Ok but there wasn't a lot of information. Pleasant enough, and you get to see the Eiffel Tower glittering.
