It takes a while to get in and settled but the meal and the view make it well worth it. Great service and interesting menu. I definitely recommend it for your Paris bucket list.
We celebrated our anniversary with lunch at the Eiffel Tower. It was a lovely experience, plenty of food and drink.
Go for the views and the skip the line elevator access ticket. The food is average, but the service and location are incredible.
The experience was excellent, food & service as well. We were late for our reservation due to confusion about where to go. The host said no problem & we were seated immediately. Excellent customer service.
The view was lovely but the food was marginal at best! We ordered Crème brûlée for dessert. When it finally arrived, it was a warm liquid and came so late that the staff was packing up the balance of the dining room. By far the worst $300 meal we’ve ever paid for. Would never recommend!
Major lines. Ordinary food. I'd recommend walking about the grounds, savoring a meal nearby and taking a boat trip at night when the tower has it's fancy light show ablaze.
The queues are long regardless of ticket Reservations. The food isn’t great although the service was ok.
So glad we booked this late lunch. Loved it! Food was great, but it was the staff that made it a phenomenal experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful. A special mention goes to our server, Nicholas. Such a kind, warm, and welcoming individual. He made the difference for my cousin and I. Immediately made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. I will return again because of how welcome he made us feel. He explained he's worked there over 10 years and the staff are like a family. You truly feel that and you can see their bond in how they work together. Loved it all. A must. Great service, great hospitality. Merci Nicholas, merci beaucoup.
Would have been worth it just for the views but the food and the service were amazing too. Highly recommend
Charlotte was so amazing! She was very attentive, engaging and so so lovely. The food at Madame Brasserie was delicious, our bellies were full! The view was spectacular, this is a must bucket list! Thank you so much
Very enjoyable. People were friendly and helpful. . Go early as to find the various contact points. Is tricky the first time
The tables were well worn and wobbly, and left only the option to utensil on the bare table. The food was what you would expect from a tourist trap, admittedly the dessert ( the parfait, and the lady fingers were delicious). Services was good after a 30 minute wait from the reservation. Then placed aside before seated because the tables were not ready, but preceded to seat the people after us in line. The service was good. I have to thank Barbra, our server for making it a positive experience.
You should book directly from Madame Brasserie website. Cheaper than booking through Viator. Food was ok. But super cool having lunch in Eiffel Tower.
Wonderful experience our Waiter I:zo was great the food was slightly above average. The scenery amazing
We dined at Madame Brasserie this week. We are regulars to Paris and have been up in the Eiffel Tower many times (including dining inside once years ago). We were looking forward to Madame Brasserie, but it was quite a letdown. The food was very average - the best part of the meal was the bread, honestly. The service was unremarkable, and I don't really even remember what I ate because it was pretty tasteless. We did enjoy speaking with the guests at the table next to us (who were very close) and walking around on the 1st floor. The view from our table was negligible. The wine was fine. The server gave me a smaller pour from a bottle that finished, and seemed to base all our pours on that. I don't really recommend this restaurant. It is very expensive for what was offered. But I do recommend a visit to the Eiffel Tower, and then a visit to one of the many wonderful Parisian restaurants around the city.
A lot of walking is involved to get there. The experience is about atmosphere not necessarily the food.
An amazing experience for a solo traveler. Everyone was helpful and the food, although served for the masses, was made with love
DO IT! It was amazing from the food to the service to the views it was spectacular. I would absolutely do it again!!!!
Entering the Eiffel Tower was smooth. The late lunch was excellent. The service was spectacular! Our server Ashok catered to our every need. So good!
Though it was a rainy day, our group was friendly and supportive, our tour guide, Grandma, E or Mama E was wonderful, humorous, informative, patient, etc. etc. etc. Please just clarify that you must walk 327 steps to the first level as well as walk up the stairs to the second level and anyone with condition conditions would need to buy a separate ticket to take the elevator to the second level
The food was good. Service was not great. We kept being overlooked. Beautiful setting at the window.
We celebrated our 20th anniversary, at the same location we got engaged! The late lunch was perfect. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. The atmosphere and attire were much more casual than dinner in the main dining room.
Omgoodness. Service excellent. We had a window table with awesome view. Did not want to leave. Thank you VIATOR for making it all so easy. 3 Gals from Texas
Lots of security at Eiffel Tower now. It makes access a pain. Not as enjoyable as it used to be. It detracts from the experience
A beautiful lunch with the best views in Paris! Amazing experience. We went on an incredibly hot day and they gave us iced tea while waiting outside. That helped the experience.
Lunch was wonderful, service impeccable, and the view is spectacular. The only possible add would be a little more information on exactly which entrance to use. Once we found entrance 1 - everything was easy.
Fabulous meal, staff was so nice, food was wonderful, highly recommend this luncheon! You won’t be disappointed
Getting into the actual restaurant is a bit of a hassle. You check in at the reception on the ground area of the Eiffel Tower. Then you wait in line to get onto an elevator that is jammed packed with people. Then you go in to the reception area and wait in line again to get in to get to your table. When purchasing the more expensive package know that you are within three tables of the windows not specifically on top of the window. It’s an all inclusive luncheon experience with three courses of appetizer, Main, and dessert. They also start you with champagne and your choice of sparkling or flat water. Then they offer wine and take your choices. Our server got every one of my courses wrong. He got my wine wrong. The course that came out for the Main was a chicken that was repugnant in both flavor and texture. Luckily the manager noticed I wasn’t eating it and asked if I would like to try something else. He suggested the beef so I tried it and it was lovely, but by that point, my stomach was already turned as I had been waiting a great deal of time for my appetizer as it was the wrong appetizer to begin with. Once the dessert came, I was already put off, which was unfortunate as this is a very pricey and special occasion that was for my brother‘s 50th birthday. It was unfortunate as I have eaten at the Jules Vern and wanted to try the other restaurant within the Eiffel Tower. This was very disappointing at best. I am truly sad as this was supposed to be the pinnacle of our vacation.
The organization of the tickets and table assignments was something to see. Although the line up to get in seem to take a long time once in the meal and the service was well paced. The wait staff was very good, friendly and efficient. The meal was very tasty which is not what I expected. Pleasantly surprised. This is a must do!
Atmosphere was outstanding however the food was average at best. The appetizer choices were terrible. The main dish was ok and the deserts were ok.
Best view and lovely service. Ticket staff was so helpful and made it accessible for the wheelchair.
It was a good experience. The staff was professional and good at getting people in and out. The pictures were a nice touch! We would do it again!
The process as written worked perfectly! The food was great! You had two options for your starters, main course, and desert! My wife and I had the same starter and main course and went our own direction for desert! If you are doing a late lunch and wondering what to wear, men can wear khakis and a button up/polo and women a sun dress or nice jeans/khakis. It was super cool to have experienced lunch in the Eiffel Tower! Plenty of spaces to snap photos!
I would definitely do this again ! We were lucky enough to get a great waitress, she accommodated Gluten Free
You can not get a better view in Paris. The wait staff were very attentive and helpful. The wine that came with the food was top notch. As for the food the trout was well over done the soup starter I was not expecting it cold but it was so lacked body.
Be there early. Be flexible. The seating area is random not selected but all seats have a nice view. . The food and the service were excellent . The restaurant was beautiful .
Very confusing where to go. Just say go to the restaurant line. Wondered around finally a different tour company told us. Food was a 6 at the most, but a lot of staff and got great photo with my granddaughter
I honestly thought that the menu could’ve been better. The food was not that great. I would’ve liked to pick whatever we can enjoy because the food was not the greatest. for the amount of money that you paid to try to have this experience, it was not worth the money and I can tell by looking around a lot of people we’re leaving a lot of the food behind like they were not satisfied with what we were given to have lunch.
Woooow, my friend couldn’t come, so l went alone and let me tell you, l didnt stop talking to the people either side of me.. Once in a life time experience, I’M IN PARIS… Ps, All the way from Australia 🇦🇺
Perfect start to our trip! We enjoyed a wonderful lunch on the day we arrived to Paris. It was a great opportunity to see the Eiffel Tower and take in the views. The staff was friendly and the service was wonderful. They did a fabulous job of getting everyone in, seated and served. Would recommend!
We agreed it was a Very nice experience . The staff was kind and Well organized. The food was very good.
The view is amazing and the food was excellent, albeit a bit pricey for what it was. Watch out for add ons to the bill, if a cheaper option is chosen
Lunch was delicious. I was full for hours, but I actually ate dinner at 8 o’clock that night. The view was spectacular. The service was lovely and everyone had a good time.
Be prepared for the lines and the meat is different over all great experience but y paying for the few it's worth it but food was average
Great food, but very expensive. It took awhile before we got our food. The views were great. Same floor as the gift shops.
Skip this meal. The food was not good. It is done by seating time, so everyone is sat and served at the same time--very rushed to the next course. Service is not that great. Tables are marked up, carpet is dirty and spotted. And, the food...I have had better cafeteria food. A total tourist trap. If you absolutely want to say you ate in the Eiffel Tower, there is a cute cafe on the 1st deck, as well. Save your money!
Paid extra for a window seat., because I was on my own they said I wasn’t allowed to sit by the window. The table had semi view of outside. However, a table sat empty next to the window, which they could have sat me at. Other than the seating, the service and food were wonderful. The server was very helpful, and attentive.
Tourist trap , waste of money. You could spend less and have a lot better food. Barely even touched the food.
Beautiful views and service was excellent, however the food was not very appetizing. The soup was okay, however the chicken was not very good at all. The lemon tart was good.
