This was an absolutely amazing experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. The ambiance, the food and the staff were brilliant.

A Paris must do. Incredible experience. Service was outstanding … props for Selene. Menu selections made it hard to choose. Very happy with my choices. Highly recommend.
This was everything I had hoped for when planning our first trip to Paris! The evening sitting allowed for sunset views and the twinkling lights of a lit Eiffle tower that dreams are made of, honestly. I fully embrace the the touristy activities when traveling to a place for the first time, and typically expecting some let down/ disappointment in that but we had a really lovely meal and would recommend as a way to experience the Eiffle tower!
Getting the left to the first floor with your dinner reservation was nice. Although you definitely do not want to arrive 10 minutes early for your reservation. They will not let you in. The dinner was mediocre. The wait staff tries to keep you there even though you are ready to leave because they are trying to sell you photos etc. I definitely think its not worth the price. I wouldn't tell anyone not to do it. But we weren't impressed
The experience of being inside of the Eiffel Tower while eating dinner was very nice. The food choices could have been much better. But the wine & champagne were great. I was there celebrating my 59th birthday.
The dinner was good but slightly underwhelming. Mainly come up here for the view but beware you may not be seated by a window
We were very disappointed by our experience at Madame Brasserie’s. Our reservations were made more than 90 days in advance. We were placed at a table set back in a corner right next to the servers’ stand for wine and champagne. Servers were continually scooting past us to get a new bottle of these beverages so they could serve other customers. Our waiter was inattentive, which compounded our frustration with our seating arrangements. The dining room manager recognized we were being overlooked by the waiter and came over to remove our dinner plates and apologized. We left as soon as we finished our dinner.
Arriving thirty minutes in advance is highly recommended. The food was very good and the service was excellent.
It was awesome from the admission staff to the serving staff. The food was excellent and the attention of staff was fully engaging. Problems were solved quickly and professionally. Would strongly recommend
We had a fabulous time with great food, wine and great service! I would highly recommend it! It was easy to retrieve tickets from onsite ticket office.
It was more than I could ever imagined or dreamed. The structure of the tower, the view, the service, etc. I would love to return. It was literally one of the most wonderful evenings our lives
This was a wonderful dinner! Great experience and excellent service! We really enjoyed the meal and the view. It was a great start to our trip!
This is my first viator review that wasn't 5 star. The good points. Wine was nice, location obviously amazing (the only reason its not 1 star) Everything else was, to be honest, average at best. Tables and space were cramped. Both starters were served cold as was one of the mains, and for the price and venue, we were very disappointed in this, was very apparent the meals were pre made and most likely just warmed up to order. Service was some of the slowest we have experienced in our 2 weeks in Europe. If we hadn't of paid in advance, we would have left. I'd only recommend to people I wasn't fond of.
It’s a great way to see the Eiffel Tower and to get into the Eiffel Tower and have time up there. The food and service was excellent. We were there at night time so when we came down off the Eiffel Tower, we were able to see the lights light up so overall, it was great the experience in the romanticism of dining in the Eiffel Tower at night time, though is a little hyped up.
Long waiting elevator Wine and champagne was good Waiter was very good Soup was cold Coliflower was ice cold and I was searching for my caviar Scalops were in a big roll, no taste Dessert was ok Thank you the Bread was ok! Look at the Seine, Lots of reflections in the window so not the amazing view i was hoping for. In my opinion to expensive, it doesn’t matched out expectations at all, i’m sorry but we are just beiing honest!
Absolutely horrible experience and unethically overpriced!!!! $557 for dinner for literally one of the worst and coldest dinners for two?? Your company should be ashamed of yourselves for selling this junk package. We were on our honeymoon and had one night in Paris which was ruined. I will be leaving as many reviews as I can to let people know to run from this one. We want our money back. Oh also, we paid extra for a window seat but did not sit at a window. Completely unacceptable. The food on the Eurostar was 20x better than this disgusting cafeteria. Wine choices “red, pink, white” - in Paris??? For $557??? Shameful.
Easy access to a beautiful restaurant Food experience was not what we expected with cold food that was attractive and good but not great or worthy of the price paid. The wines were very nice. Service was good!!
Food was excellent and it is worth it to do a once in a lifetime experience service was great and the view was amazing
Our family of two adults and five children had an overall excellent experience at Madame Brasserie. Dining inside the Eiffel Tower is already something special, but the stunning views over Paris made it absolutely unforgettable. The food was truly impressive, beautifully presented and delicious. The highlight for us was the veal, which was perfectly prepared and one of the best dishes we’ve had in Paris. The children also enjoyed their meals, and everything felt fresh and carefully crafted. Where the experience fell short, however, was in the service. While efficient, there was very little interaction with our table, and it felt impersonal compared to the high standard of the setting and cuisine. With such an incredible location and food, a warmer, more attentive service would have made the evening perfect. Even with that drawback, Madame Brasserie is a unique dining experience we’ll always remember, the combination of Parisian views and exceptional food makes it well worth a visit.
The food was very good and plentiful. The service was incredible. Would highly recommend. View would have been better had we known to request in advance.
Be aware if you have a sudden illness such as Covid show up on the morning of the dinner, the restaurant will not refund the money you have to pay up front when you cancel the dinner less than 24 hours from the time of the dinner. No services or food was delivered but they still want to keep about $580.
A beautiful night. The service was 10/10. The food was good but the main meal was only lukewarm which was a bit disappointing. The desert made up for it. Lemon tart was delicious
Great experience! Well guided from beginning to end. Take time to take photos under the tower! Show up early and stay longer for the lights and the spectacle of the tower all lit up!
Amazing experience. Fabulous food . Staff are incredible! Must do experience when in Paris. 5 stars!
The experience of eating dinner in the Eiffel Tower with its glittering lights was amazing and exciting
Breathtaking views wonderful food and wine. Everything was amazing. Go early as they take you and seat you as soon as you arrive. Dinner Laster 2+ hours so it was nice to eat slow and relax. Service was excellent and everyone was so friendly and patient with us as we didn’t speak French.
We were in Paris to celebrate my friends 65th birthday. Her sister and brother in law flew in from Arizona to join us for the event. Our expectations were this was a wine pairing event, only to find we were offered "Red, White or Rose"?? The appetizers were interesting. Three of us ordered the veal and one the entree with lobster. The lamb was a bit over cooked. The plop of eggplant was disturbing to look and blended with the gravy. Not very exciting or pleasing to the eye. We also had to wait for the lift, so we never arrived until after nine, yet were encouraged to be there a half hour early??? Then we had to squeeze in as the lift was not exclusive to the individuals who paid $250.00 per head to have a dining experience at the Eiffel Tower. We made the best of it, but truly were not impressed.
I usually don’t write reviews but this tour deserves my precious time to let people know that this restaurant is a TOURIST TRAP!!! First of all, we had reserved a table on the Grande Menu Seine View. However, we were seated far away from the promised reserved view/table. They said the table we were at was “the view”, but my view is a bunch of people in front of us next to the Seine View. After we paid $1,100 something, the food was very poor quality and we feel we are at an all you can eat buffet (our menu was very restrictive and we had little choice to what we could eat). On top of that I asked for a cocktail and I had to pay extra for.
Great views, food and excellent service! Make sure you get to the Eiffel Tower early, for photos and the line to get up to the restaurant via car is long.
We had a great time at dinner, it’s a one of a time experience. The staff was awesome, the food was great, very enjoyable.
The food was really good. Wait staff was impeccable. The view was to die for. I just wish they had a bar to wait at before your reservation time. But there is a little bistro place on the same level you can hang out and wait for your reservation time
The service at the Eiffel Tower was excellent, and the waiter was attentive. However, dinner was underwhelming. The main course choices could have been better, especially when you're catering to the world.
We tried everything on the menu to get the full experience. The only thing that didn't get the thumbs down was the lemon tart. The food was cool and bland. The veal "medalions" dish arrived as ball of meat the size of a baseball, with no sharp knife to cut it. The lobster gnocchi was mushy. The restaurant had the feel of an overpriced cafeteria. Save your money and eat elsewhere!!
The meet up directions were easy to follow and the lift wait/ride were quick. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. Our meal was prepared as described and full of flavor. The views from inside the restaurant and outside after our meal really showed off the city. I would love to go back.
Gorgeous to see the Tower light up, & the staff was charmant. But the meal was very ordinary, over priced by half! You can eat better in more cafes in Monmartre!
Very poor view despite I have paid a for a premium reservation next to the window! Actually when I asked for this seat arrangement the waitress explained that this would have been possible only if my reservations was done directly via the restaurant! Also the food quality was average though the service was ok
Get there early so you can enjoy the beautiful twinkling Effiel tower! The food is amazing and the service is phenomenal! If you get your picture made do t forget and leave it on the table! I am hoping to find a way to contact them so hopefully they can ship it to me!! Don’t want to lose a single memory!!
Any where you sit is going to be a great view, server was amazing . It’s the experience that captures and you say I can’t believe I’m eating at The Eiffel Tower.
Meal was expensive and quality was not good… service was very minimal. The whole experience was awful for the price we paid. Very disappointing
Was very disappointed with the food choices , I was on the understanding we could choose 3 course meal or tasters , I d asked about it and got flat no , asked for extras got a flat no . Our entree was cold , our main was dry over cooked very small lobster with a cold pasta as a side , the dessert was the only thing that should have been cold and nice , I left unimpressed and deflated
Hardest part of night was trying to find entrance as signs not very illuminated. Other than that the experience was wonderful , all staff were nice, professional! Server was on her game , only regret is I ordered Sea bass and I should of ordered lobster 😂 both meals were perfect ,
Although the restaurant was beautiful, the atmosphere was nice, and the service was great, you don’t get your moneys worth for the food. The amount of food of the main course was the size of an appetizer. I surprised my husband with a trip to Paris for his birthday and although he enjoyed it and was surprised, he was disappointed with the amount of food. We actually had to go to another restaurant after to eat more. I’m 127lbs with and regular appetite (don’t eat that much) and for me not to be full means something.
My boyfriend and I did this and had a fantastic time. A few things to note for the late (9pm dinner): you can’t get your tickets or go up until 8:15pm so keep that in mind - also they won’t sets you until 9am so if you go up early you have to spend time walking around outside or visiting the bakery or gift shop. Finally - service and food is amazing - very seafood/fish heavy. Certainly worth doing it you wanna special experience.
Food was delishous but could have been warmer - atmosphere was as expected and staff was very attentive. Had a lively time
The food was awful, and the service was not good. Very disappointing and very expensive. I was really looking forward to this and was extremely disappointed
It was well worth it. The food was very good. Service was fast and accurate. The waitress who served us was Greek with perfect English. Highly recommend it to anyone
The location speaks for itself, and the food matches it in everyway!!!!! Delious!!! The menu has lots to offer. Service was top-notch, and we had the nicest professional waiter!!!! Overall, it is a must do experience.....
This is a must do if in Paris. The service was wonderful , food and view were amazing. If you were not sure what something was the waiter was right there to assist you.
This was such a great experience - great food and service - would recommend booking this event. My wife was so excited - worth the time and money - would do it again.
First time in Paris and that was the best part. Never thought that me and my wife would be having dinner at the Eiffel Tower. Excellent experience. Fully recommend. The service was brilliant.
