Abby is a personable and experienced tour guide who knows how to introduce the essentials and how to follow up with more depth when invited. I can't think of a better way to get an overview of the Ile de la Cité plus a hassle free entry into the lovely Sainte-Chapelle (which occurs at the end of the tour)!

Nina was lovely and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the tour immensely and learn, learned a lot about the beginnings of Paris.

Know that the San chapelle is a full tour of the island and other who cares stuff. I wanted to see the San Chappelle and not the island. I could not get the guide to let us move to the chapel. We had to leave because our ship was boarding and luggage had to be moved.

Our guide Emma gave us a thorough and humorous tour of La Sainte Chapelle Cathedral, and the history surrounding the area. She was responsive to questions and made the day really fun. She even gave us a great tip for dinner accommodations.we would highly recommend this tour and especially with Emma as our guide!

Great Tour! Our Tour guide Emma was wonderful. She was knowledgeable and interesting! She gave us a wonderful tour of the area as well as explaining Saint Chappell and of course we didn’t wait in line. Very enjoyable!

Robert (Rodolfo) offered us a history of Paris during our tour. He was very knowledgeable and you can tell he has a passion for history. Be prepared for lots of walking and standing. The headphones were great so we could hear him no matter where we were standing in the group.

We had a fabulous time on this tour with Carole Zimmerman. She is absolutely lovely. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and she has a great sense of humor. We learned so much about the history of Paris, Notre Dame, and Sainte-Chapelle. This was our first tour in Paris and a perfect introduction to the City. So much of what she shared was confirmed in other tours we took over the five days we spent there. We would highly recommend requesting Carole if you are considering this tour because you won't be disappointed.

The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly; however, we would have liked less time walking around. We would walk and stop for the guide to give some history. We even walked thru a flower shop. We tried to get tickets to just enter Saint Chapelle Church on our own but we couldn’t purchase without a tour.

Great tour with Pablo B.. We lucked out when we were at the Notre Dame part of our tour and the 11 o'clock bells began ringing loud and clear and for quite a time. Saint Chapelle for me didn't meet the hype, I've seen many beautiful windows in churches in many cities. The size was impressive of the windows, along with the number of Bible scenes, but each individual scene higher up in the windows was difficult to make out. Also the spiral staircase was quite the change.

We booked this tour because we wanted access to Sainte Chapelle and tickets were no longer available, but it ended up being very worthwhile in and of itself. Our guide was knowledgeable and did a great job at providing additional information about Notre Dame and other nearby sights, as well as Sainte Chappelle, which was a highlight of our trip. I'd consider this tour a bonus and would recommend it for others.

Sidi was amazing! She had great energy, very knowledgeable, and funny. My kids loved her! We learned so much and had fun while doing it!

Our guide, Andrea, made the most of our time and knew the history of the cathedral and helped move us quickly through the queue.

Michelle was our tour guide of Notre Dame Cathedral. She was wonderful. The excitement in her voice was so compassionate. She took time and paused at various points to explain and then provided us time to take it in. She even provided us binoculars to see the etching on the stained glass better.. using the audio headphones was helpful because you did not have to be right next to her to hear her and they were light weight

Violeta was wonderful! She told us all about the history of the island & Notre Dame. Sainte Chapelle’s stain glass sections were beautiful. Even though it’s under renovation the use of mirrors inside made it still stand out.

I was led to believe that I would be able I would be able to choose between either Notre Dame or Sainte-Chapelle. I didn’t see anywhere that the choice needed to be made ahead of time. The other people on the tour told me they bought a tour for Notre Dame and there was no mention of Sainte-Chapelle. We had been to Notre Dame so we had out heart set on Sainte-Chapelle. When I called the tour company that said it wasn’t their problem that this was Viator’s error. Viator said it was my fault. No one tried to help us get the tour we wanted. We ended up going on the Notre Dame tour but I was so disappointed it wasn’t enjoyable and we left before the tour went into Notre Dame. I am surprised that no one tried to make things better, even a little bit. No reimbursement, no attempt to help us get tickets to Sainte-Chapelle. Poor customer service.

It provides a comprehensive tour of the structure, art, stained glass, and sculptures of the cathedral. Especially interesting is the rebuilding of Notre Dame after the 2019 fire. Or tour guide Claudia was intimately familiar with the cathedral as she was there the day of the fire.

It is an interesting tour of Saint Chapelle Cathedral. Best way to see to avoid long waits with general admission tickets. Tour includes surrounding area & history.

Great short tour of the Notre Dame island. Nina was a very helpful and fun tour guide. It was definitely worth the money.

We were in a small group tour with Angela. We were paired with another couple of our age and that turned out to be perfect for us. Angela was able to answer many questions posed to her, very impressive! Once Angela knew we had a timed event after this tour she was mindful of the pace. It worked out beautifully for us. We loved all the stories about the area and then also the stories we asked about her life. An amazing young lady.

This tour was great. Melanie was so knowledgeable about Sainte Chappelle and Notre Dame. The tour also covers historical facts about Paris. Melanie was great at explaining and offering suggestions. Note that the description gives a range of time but it is a solid 2 hrs and ends with touring Sainte Chapelle. It does require the ability to walk long distances and navigate steps.

I was not aware when I booked this tour that we would spend 1.5 hours walking the neighborhood and hearing its history and then only 15 minuses in Sainte-Chappell. While the stained glass in the chapel is lovely, there was only one small room that was accessible. It’s not the tour guides fault at all but I couldn’t do this again.

This tour was excellent. We were given clear instructions were to meet. Laurence our guide met at the meeting point promptly. He was an excellent guide, He made sure we all stayed together when we walked to Notra Dame. Laurence was very informative and an excellent guide. I would highly recommend this tour.

Emilie was a fantastic guide. I leaned so many new things about Notre Dame, Saint Chapelle, and Île de la Cité. Emilie spoke very great English combined with a changing French accent. She was very patient and thoughtful with the group and was also quite knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this tour.

Emily did a great job -the only negative is that St Chappel is under repair and having been twice before it is difficult to really capture how stunning the chapel is ( the stained glass windows are covered from the outside) book no other tour of Notre Dame in that Emily gives you a great insight and the entry to Notre Dame is free-so hit Notre Dame at 9on your own and then catch the tour on the Pont Neuf at the statue of King Henri the IV -the lines to St Chappel are long but with the tour there is little waiting time to get in
