The information tells you to arrive 1/2 early to get in line. Actually, I would arrive 45 minutes early. We had to go through 2 security checkpoints which moved fairly quickly. You have to go to a booth to have your Viator ticket scanned and they give you paper tickets to go stand in another line to ride the “incline” up to the second floor. Food was very good and the servers were very accommodating. Would go again.

When you decided to book this lunch , you have to allow ample of time to get to the scheduled time. There are security checks , lines and procedures to consider to get to the restaurant. A representative will take you in the line to get to the elevator accessible to the restaurant. Yes, it is an expensive experience to indulge in. It is worth it! The ambience, the view, the place and the excellent service compliments the gourmet cuisine. I highly recommend for you to enjoy it only if your budget allows for you to indulge yourself in to the new experience. Do it!! You will not regret. We enjoyed our experience at Madame Brassier Restaurant. We purchased the package that included the Madame menu+drinks+Seine River view. It was well-worth the extra money to experience the views from the Eiffel Tower. It was absolutely beautiful! I am only giving 4 Stars because though the service was good, the food portion sizes were small (for the price we paid). The drinks that came with the package were great and the server kept our glasses full. Overall, I recommend this experience!

Use the app map to locate your entrance to the Madame Brasseie with tickets. It will make your access that much faster. We had a wonderful luncheon and our view was very nice. Maybe plan to buy the Eiffel Tower upper level access at the same time! Two wonderful experiences at the same time.

It was very nice but felt rushed. 1.5 hrs was not sufficient to fully enjoy the experience. In addition, I requested a Seine River view and may have paid extra for it. As a result, I fully expected to be seated at a window without having to look past 4 guests who were actually at the window. As a result, we were not able to see much at all so our seats were not teally ricer view.
Make sure you are on time. Elevators take some time. I would be 15 minutes ahead of time. Wonderful experience
There was no access to the gift souvenir shop. The attendant was very rude in telling us they were closed shortly after our 12 noon lunch. The package purchase was including entering the souvenir shop.
We had an incredible time on our half-day Paris city tour, all thanks to our amazing guide, Max! Max’s energy and enthusiasm were infectious, and he brought the history of Paris to life with great stories. Max was incredibly knowledgeable, knew the best photo spots, and packed so much fun into just half a day. If you’re touring Paris ask for Max. Merci beaucoup for an unforgettable experience!

I had lunch in the Eiffel Tower, how cool is that? This was easily one of the highlights of my trip to Paris. While lunch was certainly on the pricey side, the food was very good and the views were absolutely incredible. When you consider the cost of a nice lunch elsewhere in Paris and factor in that the experience includes elevator access to the first level of the Eiffel Tower, it’s not that unreasonable. I was also pleasantly surprised by how simple and efficient the entire process was. Getting through security and obtaining access to the elevator was straightforward and well organized, making the experience stress-free from start to finish. If you're visiting Paris and looking for a memorable experience, I would definitely recommend it. Great food, amazing views, and the unforgettable experience of dining inside the Eiffel Tower.
Meeting place directions should read: Go through Priority (tickets bought) security line outside Plexiglas cube at base of Eiffel Tower. Viator rep will meet you inside the cube in front of Madam Brassard kiosk. Will give paper tickets for the lift and walk you to the right elevator. Will meet you on First Floor in front of restaurant and help seat you in restaurant. Note to Viator: the meeting directions were so vague and wrong though I got to the tower base 15 minutes early I was almost 20 minutes late when I finally figured out I needed to go through the first security line outside the Plexiglas cube and the restaurant kiosk is *inside* the cube.
The process was a little time consuming as there was security to go through and the elevator up to the dining room so allow enough time before the reservation ! The service was impeccable and the food very wonderful! The views from this dining room are worth the price!

Worst food ever! Skip the food and enjoy the tower! Other people had other options but we were only given 2. It is bad when the kids won’t even eat the dessert. We could only eat the dinner roll. Food in Paris is amazing - so we left and went to lunch somewhere else.

The restaurant and view were spectacular. We enjoyed our chats with out waitresses The host was a bit curt as we were late for our reservation because we waited thirty minutes to get brought up. There is a small statement that says to arrive early. We missed that information and at the end of the day we were ready to be quick. The wait staff paid no mind and allowed us a lovely French lunch. Being a jacket in the spring.

It was very well-organized. Not crowded-- the later 1:30 lunch was very crowded. One person's meal was about average, the other was very good. It was nice to view Paris from this relaxing perspective.
It says to be there 30 minutes in advance, I highly recommend at least 45-55. Even though there are dedicated lines for the restaurant it still takes forever to get through the two security lines and the line for the elevator takes forever. The food and service was amazing though!

Visited the Eiffel Tower on Sunday 6th July For a lunch we pre booked on Viator. Initially a bit messy getting our lift ticket, but upon arrival at the Madam Brasserie we were greeted by a warm a friendly team. Escorted to our table which was great. The price included 3 course 1champagne at the start and 2 glasses of wine. Our meal and wines outstanding as was the service great value.
Great experience from the views, not having to wait in long ques, service and the meal. Being able to have a meal while looking at the city of Paris was incredible.
Fast track to through the line to the little hut, get a pink ticket and then get on line for the elevator. The service was excellent. The food was great. And the view was pretty
Shorter lines to check in. Extra security check had us arrive at the restaurant at 12:20. Entree (chicken) was difficult to check and quite rubbery. Service was good. Soft drinks are 7 euro. Dessert was wonderful!
It was excellent! Do not expect a window seat though if you get the window option. it just means near a window. Otherwise, the experience was wonderful and the food was some of the best we had in Paris.
Wonderful way to enter the Eiffel Tower, and enjoy the many views of Pars. All three courses of food were very good.
Skip the line tickets got us up to the Brasserie very quickly. We had a great view of the Seine, and our waiter was charming , very affable, and a real pro. The food was excellent, as was the champagne.
The lunch at Madame Brasserie was fantastic. The scallop plate was delicious with a ginger sauce. The dessert was the best dessert I’ve ever had. The chocolate and pecans mixed wonderfully. The Viator group had good directions on where to go and the time it would take to get through the line. Everything went so smoothly. The view was beautiful. It was worth the extra to secure a window seat. Overall a great experience.
The best view of Paris from the restaurant Madame Brasserie in Eiffel Tower.Our table was so close to one of the windows and we had the opportunity to take great pictures. The food was exquisite and the wine was delicious.Furthermore, the service was excellent!!

Surreal!!!! The entire experience from the food to the atmosphere all were great. the ticketeing wasn't fast track but was fast still better than general admission. I would recommend paying for a seat with a view.

This was absolutely terrible. You are trying to tackle past people trying to take your money on the way in and out. There is nobody there to guide you in the right direction of where you should be going. If you think you're booking a 3 course lovely meal then you will be mistaken. The starter was a choice between boiled eggs or coleslaw... The main was a choice between raw steak tartare and rice with vegetables.. no need to waste my time on the desert choice. When you book this it doesn't tell you the menu choice and this is how they get you. It's all cold served so not to have to cook for this. £116.40 for 2 people. Even with skip the que it took us one hour to get in there. We were rushed through like a cattle market. Complete con.. writing this for people who may get stung as we did. Spend your money on a nice evening in a restaurant for approximately the same price. Eiffel Tower good for history and pictures only. Paris is beautiful and worth a break or holiday but this lunch was a significant let down to Paris.. James UK
