Paris Cdg Airport Private Transfer To City Center

While I did find the ride expensive I am very happy since they picked up my daughter and took her to my school (as I am a mom who worries). My daughter had only positive things to say about the driver Fridon. Thank you Fridon!!

At last minute (sitting in US airport) got a message re may need a bigger car and do you want to upgrade. We sorted out but that should have been sorted a week earlier. Driver was nice but got confused with his instructions where to meet. We went out to where he mentioned and he was inside but he should have had a sign and been clearer about where to meet FYI, you come to Europe expect them to use What's App for text and phone

They advertise in the photo mini van. Booked 4 adult pax and they showed up in a Tesla and we had to sit on our luggage. They said, 4 pieces and no carry on purses or totes included. They were the higher priced transfer and I thought they would be good. Also, TravelTru the operator is located in Singapore ( did not know this) and not a good fit for a transfer in Paris. Customer Service pretty much said, too bad. Also, no where in the reservation did it state only 4 pieces of luggage and no carry on extras. Very misleading and actually fraudulent. Bad operator.

Driver has left after 60 minutes from flight arrival. Even I was in contact with driver and stuck on immigration control. I was not able to propose pick up time, only flight number and don’t think that’s correct approach. I had to take a taxi with x4 price.

The driver was nice, drove safety. We needed extra time because the passport control was very slow, but he was waiting for us patiently.

I can highly recommend this driver, although the flight from Cape Town was delayed, the driver waited in the arrival area with my name and assisted me to the vehicle. He was kind very helpful and a good driver with airconditioning in the vehicle. He could speak good English and well mannered.

I usually do not leave bad reviews, but this was the worst experience with an airport car service that I have ever had.. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. The driver did not show up at the airport to pick us up. When I called the driver, he said that he was at his desk and would be there in 25 minutes. I said that was unacceptable. I called customer service to cancel and get a refund. They asked for another chance and sent another driver that took a very long time to find us at the airport with very poor communication.

This review concerns the transfer from Dubrovnik airport to hotel in Komolac and the transfer back to the airport. The service provided by TravelThru was perfect. The driver, Bozo Prce, was ready both times on or even before the agreed time. The driver was on time, drove pleasantly and was friendly. We can recommend it.

Easy organised. We booked via booking.com. We received a confirmation immediatel via whatsapp from the company and they also informed that the driver will contact us at least 24 hours before departure. The driver also contacted us, confirmed hotel and pick up time (3:30 AM). On the day he was on time, texted us as soon as he was at the pick up point and he brought us safely to the Airport. Big thank you for the organisation and transfer!!
