Paris Capitaine Fracasse 3 Course Seine River Dinner Cruise

The port is easy to get to from Javel station. Just a short walk and the signs are very clear. We arrived at 7.30 and boarding had commenced. We were a party of 3 and they sat us at a window. I took a while for the service to start. We were near the back so the staff worked from the front of the boat. The menu was a set starter, a choice of 3 mains and desserts. €15 extra for beef fillet. We departed on time and the Eiffel Tower was sparkling away as we passed so great photo opportunity. No commentary which is explained in the booking process but the staff do come around and tell you when the boat is passing a particular place if you want photos. The food was lovely, obviously not to everyone’s taste. Starter was a trio of smoked salmon, duck pate and something else that I can’t remember. I was with a 16 year old and 19 year old. We all choose a different main, sea bass, chicken supreme and a filler of beef. All very nice. The chocolate torte dessert was delicious. The service is timed to perfection for our return to port, no hurry for paying the bill as more photo opportunities on return passes the Tower again. Our waiter was Marco he was very attentive and funny, all of the staff were very welcoming. Also a photographer on the boat. We just told him we didn’t want pictures and he was ok with that. Not pushy at all. The only confusion for us was the return journey back on the train. The station we got off at didn’t seem to have any service so we were going to have to walk for 15 mins to another so we decided to use an Uber. The driver told us we should have walked up to the top road for pick up which we obviously didn’t know so just a tip if you are getting a taxi back. It was a special way to spend an evening in Paris.

Very nice atmosphere. Clean and felty very luxurious! The staff constantly came up to check up on us.

We had some lovely food and it is a great experience cruising along the river seeing the sights in such a civilised manner. Ours was in the pouring rain but it didn't matter. The food and wine were good. The experience was slightly marred by them attemptimg to charge us 5E each for tea and coffee, which was included in our package. One waiter sorted it out for us very smoothly & removed them from the bill, whilst the other was very rude, even saying at one point "well, I will take them away in that case". Top tip : when they come round to ask you what tea/coffee you want, make sure you clarify, especially at 5E each. They make no mention of any extra charge until the bill. 2nd top tip - take some of your own photos of your group, the ones on board are very expensive, although they do come out nicely. You do come out feeling a bit fleeced, be warned.

The cruise itself was great with exceptional views of the city at night. The food was ok at best. Don’t go for the food go for the views. The staff was friendly and atmosphere was good. It was kinda confusing figuring out where to meet so plan some extra time to get there. While our cruise was scheduled for 8:15 we got a notification email earlier in the day that said the cruise was at 7:30.

One of the best experiences in Paris! It was so nice and romantic! The staff was amazing and made us feel very welcomed. Maty, Amin and Moussa were our favorites!!! Overall, I fabulous time!

We had a great time at the Francasse cruise! The food was good. We had a great server who was from friendly and attentive. We also went to the deck to take photos at landmark sites! Beautiful view of the Eiffel! Highly recommend.

Food was horrible and well we got there an hour in advance and told we would be able to pick our seats at the window the day of and weren't able to. I had the chicken and it was under cooked and my sons sea bass was. Very mediocre at best

It wa excellent, great food and drink, and service, very comfortable seating and superb location of tables for photos of the sights of Paris at night. Only minor negative was that they were more than a half hour late departing the dock, and caused a problem with our pre booked taxi, which they had recommended . But overall a great experience and would highly recommend.

This was an unbelievable experience. The manager and his team was everything I expected and more. I will do this again in a heartbeat. Ask for the manager and say Mr.King sent you for the extra royal treatment.

Wonderful evening! Food and service were superb. Beautiful views along the Seine. Very relaxing time while soaking in some French culture. Loved this dinner cruise!

Completely professional and upscale in all regards. Food, cocktails, service and staff were all wonderful. Crew knew exactly what they were doing and when to do it. Excellent experience that my wife and I both highly recommend.

This is a very nice experience. We did a dinner cruise on the Siene that began at 7:30. Three course meal with wine; and by the Eiffel Tower as the flashing lights went off twice! Paris is beautiful from the water.

The food was outstanding, the staff was lovely,and the views spectacular. I highly recommend this activity to others, and the value for what you get is excellent. I was originally going to have dinner at the top of the Eiffel Tower, but it was twice the cost and the menu wasn’t my taste. This was an absolutely wonderful experience!!!

Amine was the BEST host ever!! Loved the food, boat and party vibe! Had a special cake & candle for my Birthday!! Also, took us up top on deck for photos of Eiffel Tower & other landmarks! Highly recommend this Dinner Cruise!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was great. The music was fun. The dinner was good. The service was good. And the views were spectacular. There was enough space on top of the boat to enjoy and the views from the boat dinner were great.

I booked this cruise for a party of six in mid-September. We had an absolutely wonderful time. Our cruise departed at 8:00 P.M., which was the perfect time to experience the City of Lights. This is a must do tour... don't miss it!

Just a delightful way to see many of the iconic sites of Paris… an early dinner cruise on the Seine! Wonderful service and delicious food!! Our only challenge was finding the correct embarkation point!?

We had a great time. The staff was attentive and the food was excellent. It would be even better if it was a little longer voyage.

Arrived to have to stand and wait past the 8.30 time we were told we would be on whilst they were still setting up and even hoovering. Once on tables were very close together. We were also made to have photos taken that we didn’t want as the lady said “she had to do them” it was very awkward and I was very uncomfortable. Zero communication on what we were seeing outside the boat (which we thought there would be) it was basically an ok meal on a boat. Not worth the money at all.

Excellent customer service from Thomas. We had to rearrange our Seine cruise and despite having already paid, they kindly transferred our booking to another date. We had a wonderful, memorable evening, as a family of 5 adults. Such an amazing evening, wining and dining, as we cruised down the Seine. Our waiter was super friendly. Would highly recomend to book your cruise with this company.

I had requested a window table , did not get one .was pushed in between two Loud tables taking pictures over us . Finally got new table , and old 80 .s loud music blaring overhead .. it was a torture Could not wait to get off

Make sure to get on top of deck and see Sights early so you can see sights Eiffel Tower you will see twice on the way and on the way back the statue of liberty you can get right before you dock

I and my family had a tremendous time on this dinner cruise. It was a delightful excursion down the River Seine and the food was quite good. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Paris.

It was a nice dinner experience and the food was good. They do try to hussle you into buying pictures they try to scam you out of 40 euros each for so be aware of that. The open top roof you can go out on was nice.

Very fast boat ride, and the food wasn’t so appealing we didn’t eat anything at all but the croissant

This was a fantastic way to see Paris and enjoy dinner. The food was quite delicious! Setting with the cruise was lovely. My only qualm is timely service. From what I could see, our server had more tables than he can manage in timely manner. Our drink orders came quite late even after 2-3 reminders. We sat, received our food and drinks still hadn’t come. Other than this, my family and I had wonderful dinner.

The whole experience was fantastic! The food and wine were excellent and of course the views, but the highlight was our server Amine. He was incredibly attentive, friendly and so much fun! I’d highly recommend this evening!

The food selection was very good as was the taste! The ride was beautiful and our waiter, Amen, was fabulous! Celebrating our 57th anniversary onboard this beautiful ship was perfect! And he and his help made it so much more! Taking us on top to see Notre Dame in all its glory was so romantic! We could not have been more pleased!

Amazing experience! We enjoyed the boat and cuisine! It was a beautiful atmosphere. We did feel a little uncomfortable with the music selection and the music was a little loud for a conversation.

The food was good, and as you would expect the atmosphere was enjoyable. I travelled solo so it may not have been as enjoyable as with company, but my host made me feel welcome and a valued customer. The stars of the evening were the many landmarks that we passed allowing for sunset photo opportunities.

Lovely evening. The pavlova was one of the best things to touch my taste buds in 62 years. I loved the timing of the Eiffel Tower pass-by when the twinkle lights came on.

Incredible views. Highlight memory for our last night in Paris. The Eiffel Tower sparkling, the monuments lit up, the people dancing and partying on the banks of the Siene was amazing Good food, although the steak was an additional upgrade from what we purchased. My husband did pay and it was great. Our waiter was awesome. We spent most of our time on the boat deck enjoying the view and he would come let us know when the next course arrived.

We were visiting from another country. Our flight was delayed and the tour operator did work with us to book another day, which was very nice. The address they provided was not correct. We walked/jogged between bridges and back and forth looking for the departure location for nearly 45 minutes (2.5 miles). We did not find it in time and ended up missing the boat just to watch it later sail by us as we looked from a bridge. If this is how you plan to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night, do NOT rely on this idea in case you experience a similar scenario. Being from another country, we relied heavily on being provided the exact location to show the uber driver.

Absolutely amazing food was beautiful and you were able to go up at anytime to see the view. I recommend the 8:45pm cruise as you see all the main attractions on your way back at night in full spectacular lighting the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. Service was amazing very attentive and friendly, always happy to help. A shout out to the captain for letting us in the cabin and the photographer who took some amazing pics of my family I highly recommend+++ recommend 8:45pm x

Wonderful experience on the Siene River! It was so great to see Paris at night from the top of the boat! Dinner was very good and we had a great night!

The views along the Seine and the boat itself were lovely, but unfortunately the service made this a very disappointing experience. From the beginning, our server, Nelson, seemed extremely distracted and visibly frustrated about something unrelated to our table. He was huffing and puffing, repeatedly showing his annoyance, and was texting on his phone while taking our order—to the point that we had to repeat parts of it MULTIPLE times because he wasn’t paying attention. We purchased a package that included drinks like water, coffee, and dessert wine, but rather than making sure we received what was included, Nelson added several of those items as additional charges to our bill. I had to flag this for the manager at the end of the cruise, who then explained to our server that those items were already included in our package. We also never received the dessert wine that was included, although they did ultimately apply its value toward the wine we ordered with dinner. The service throughout dinner was equally frustrating. Our bottles of wine sat out for at least 20 minutes before it was finally brought to our table, despite us being able to see it waiting to be served. When it arrived, our server spilled red wine on the table and bottle, and I ended up cleaning the bottle myself. Later, during dessert service, he spilled part of my dessert onto me and then spilled all of the syrup from my pineapple across the table directly in front of my lap. There was no apology and no attempt to clean it up. I completely understand that things happen and that people have bad days, but this was unacceptable service from start to finish. There were no apologies, no real attempts to correct the issues, and we only received what we had actually paid for after I spoke up at the end. The overall operation also felt poorly managed. The boat departed late, service was extremely slow throughout the cruise, and we were still being served dessert after the boat had already docked at the end of the evening. I would absolutely recommend doing a dinner cruise on the Seine—the views at night are beautiful and it’s a great way to experience Paris—but based on our experience, I would recommend choosing a different company.

A very pleasant evening on a very comfortable river cruise boat. The crew and restaurant staff were very efficient and professional and the meal very enjoyable. The boat had an upper deck which was a very pleasant place to be after the meal to enjoy the views. We had a table for 2 of us on the side of the boat so that could not be faulted. All in all a very very nice evening and a memorable experience.

TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!! That’s us the wrong location. We ended up running and sweating to get there on time and the boat was full. Wouldn’t answer me when I verbally asked what their deal was and why I got no email indicating the marina change. UNPROFESSIONAL. NOT happy!!!!!

Night cruise was wonderful experience. Dinner and view was great.
