Paris Bustronome Gourmet Sightseeing Lunch On A Panoramic Bus

Delicious food and drink, comfortable luxury coach, and excellent tour! We enjoyed the sights and the waiter was very nice and helpful!

Food was excellent! Tour audio system was difficult to use so we missed 75% of the landmark's descriptions. Staff was pleasant but unable to really help with tech difficulties. Also, if the day is in the 90 degrees F temp, the bus AC cannot keep you cool.

We had only one full day in Paris so this was a great option to see so much AND have a lovely meal. The food was exceptional, especially the lamb! The whole operation was so well run and the staff were lovely and attentive. With the tour, the meal and the super comfortable bus, I think this was brilliant value and would thoroughly recommend :)

I was expecting some commentary for the 1.5 hour tour but our machine was not working. So the trip was merely a moving lunch! The food was nicely plated and adequate as was the wine. It was a complete disappointment since my companion had never been to Paris.

This was so well done. We have done bus/food tours before as a way for our younger kids to see a new city. But this is France so I should’ve known the food would be exceptional. I’m not sure that it is particularly geared towards kids, but they will love it if they are well behaved and not too picky. Ours had a fantastic time, we all loved our meals and the service,and the views were great.

Interesting experience. Saw several buildings that I didn’t know what they were so a route map on the table would have been nice. I also wouldn’t have a short mention on an intercom system

We highly recommend this lunch experience. The food was delicious, very high quality all served by a brilliant waiter and whilst we enjoyed the beautiful sights of Paris on a lovely sunny day. As stated, we highly recommend this experience.

This is a MUST!! Not only do you get to see Paris but you also get the most amazing food and so friendly staff! We booked the 4 course meal for lunch hour and what a memorable moment! Highly recommend!

This was a great way to see Paris and eat amazing food at the same time. The staff was accommodating and professional. The food was great and nothing but amazing views. If you’re looking to learn history or facts on the sites not the best tour for that but if you want a different culinary experience it’s perfect.

This is a great way to see Paris for the first time before exploring as you drive through some of the main attractions but without an actual guided tour. It's relaxing, food was delicious.

It never happened. I booked for 2 people. The morning of the event, I noticed my digital ticket had a “canceled” banner on the top. I sent a message asking if this was accurate. I received a message back saying they would look into it. About an hour before the scheduled meeting, I received confirmation that my event was indeed confirmed canceled. I carried on with my morning. About an hour later, I received a call from the actual tour company asking me where I was. They were waiting for my party. I told them about my experience and they said they were not canceled at all. I was about 20 minutes away from the meeting place and I wouldn’t make it on time. I need to get my money back since it seems I was getting conflicting information about an event that was scheduled, “canceled” and then actually took place. It’s too bad because I was really looking forward to the tour!

Even though I had read the description of the bustronome bus, and knew to expect a gourmet lunch, I was still so pleasantly surprised! The quality of the food was superb, and the presentation beautiful! The servers were very friendly and did a great job serving everybody in a moving vehicle 😅 Highly recommend!! Word of advice! If you have any food allergies or are vegetarian, definitely tell them ahead of time because it is a fixed menu!

Lovely way to see Paris. Food good enough, but shame there was only smoked salmon as a starter. Still, well worth the money

There was no commentary during the tour - may have been helpful to know what some of the buildings were.

Ask more questions for clarity of charges on drinks on board and how to access audio description of sites on tour.

Enjoyed the experience very much, but I didn’t give it 5 stars because even though you had your phone with you that had a map and number code there was absolutely no announcement as to which number exhibit you were passing. And as a first time visitor other than the Eiffel Tower and Arch Di Trumps it was quite frustrating to say the least! I’d do the hop on hop off bus. But on a good note the lunch was delicious and the wine as well. So it made up for the tour itself

Great Experience. Great Food. The bus is just fantastic. I love the glass ceiling to allow you to enjoy the sites better as you drive around. The audiophile easy to use.

It was a nice tour, different for sure but I’m glad to have enjoyed the experience of having a nice lunch while a comfortable bus maneuvered traffic allowing us to see the sights. The two servers were efficient though not very friendly. They had a job to do and did it well but a more pleasant attitude and smile now and then would have enhanced my experience.

My husband and I wanted to enjoy seeing much of Paris and this experience was perfect. The food, and the service were phenomenal; even my vegetarian fare was delicious and not bland. The bus itself is both charming and modern. I kept telling my husband how content I was during our four course lunch. As a mom of four, I would not want to take children under twelve on this bus, but that’s just my personal preference. It’s a relaxing, primarily adult vibe. I was so relaxed and would 100% recommend this experience!

Subject: Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and Inflexibility I was traveling with three children and, unfortunately, missed the initial meeting time and location due to unforeseen transportation issues. I reached out immediately and was willing to meet the group at the next stop to still participate in the tour. The Viator representative I spoke with assured me that Bustronome would allow us to join the tour at the next location. Based on that, we went out of our way—going in circles—trying to meet the group. However, on our way, Bustronome refused to let us join, stating that once the tour has started, no one can be added, regardless of the circumstances. This complete lack of flexibility and empathy, especially for someone traveling with young children, was incredibly frustrating. Even worse, the miscommunication between Viator and Bustronome caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. Had we been given accurate information, we would have made different decisions. I strongly urge both Viator and Bustronome to improve your communication. At the very least, your representatives should not be giving out incorrect information that adds to the customer’s distress.

Nice food. I think they need to carry some chicken on board for guests who does not eat fish. Tour was beautiful.

It was a great way to spend a rainy day in Paris. The bus was comfortable and the food was outstanding! Staff was helpful with anything you requested.

Absolutely loved this trip, food was wonderful, weather was perfect. We met lovely Delta Air flight attendants sitting beside us. Didn’t want it to finish. The champagne and wine was fab. Highly recommend.

The bus itself was great, offering beautiful views and nice food with good service. However, there was no audio tour at all! This felt more like a ‘restaurant on wheels’ than an actual tour. While the food was good, it’s definitely not what I would consider a proper tour. In my opinion, this is misleading advertising.

Even if you’ve seen Paris the city before this was a unique experience. The food was good and when you QR code, there’s an explanation of every place that you are passing, giving the history.

Was a great way to see Paris and experience new food. Our group would have never ordered these dishes otherwise. They were very accommodating to our dietary restrictions and they were able to have the same dishes with slight modifications. Highly recommend as a lunch option.

This was a great way for our group to experience a bit of fine food in Paris with a bonus of seeing the sites. We would never taken our group of teenagers into a restaurant and ordered the foods we were served nor would they have tried it! This allowed them to try multiple dishes and many they liked! We have a member with celiac disease and they easily accommodated that with the plates they were serving so she could have the same dishes as the rest in the group. We were seated at the back of the bus in a space to ourselves and had wonderful views of the monuments. There was a map with an electronic pen to learn about some history at each location. That was good at the beginning but once the food arrived the focused turned more to enjoying the food and sites than listening to the history but a few did manage it throughout the meal. It was easy to find the meeting location and the staff was wonderful. You would have thought you were in a restaurant and not having lunch on a bus. It was a great experience. A couple tables on the bus celebrated a birthday so that would be a nice gift for someone.

We did this tour during there outbreak of the corona virus which cancelled our original plans but helped us stumble across Bustronome when looking for things we could do that was not closed down. We went to the tour collection point with no expectations but we were 110% impressed, such a clever design inside the bus and brilliant staff that took our coats and made us feel most welcome. We went for the lunch tour but will be returning to do the evening tour for sure. The food was amazing, better than amazing when you remember you are on a bus eating it! Honestly, the chef is a wizard. A hidden plus is that as you are on the top of a double decker bus, you have a height advantage over everyone on the ground allowing you to get some great photos whilst on the tour. As & when we return to Paris, we will definitely be doing this again. Cannot recommend it enough. The audio tour is given by a clever little pen that you dab on each location on the little map that on you're table. This is quite a clever idea, has volume control and multiple languages. Also allows you to replay bits if you miss hear it. Very good. For those who doubt reviews are genuine (I'm one of them) This is genuine, I had no idea what we had purchased but was running our of things to do in paris but I was completely blown away by the experience. I was thinking whats the food going to be like on the bus? are we going to be squeezed in and uncomfortable. I was so wrong.

2nd time I have use this trip and never been disappointed at all. Food very good staff excellent and the trip was first class. Excellent way to see Paris and have lunch at the same time.

This i s a great concept and to enjoy Paris sightseeing. A must do. The chef cooks the food on the bus as you travel.

This was a great tour with fabulous sight's, great food and good music. Our guide was Anna. She point out all the important sights and talk about the history.
