We were almost three hours late and our driver was there when we arrived. After a long stressful flight it was great to see our driver and know we’ll still get to our Airbnb.
Driver was amazing. Really helpful with the luggage and a disabled traveller. Highly recommended. Glad we have booked for our return journey.
Driver was awesome He waited extra when we did not get our luggage and had to fill out the forms Highly recommend this company
This made our arrival in Paris so easy and stress free. We had three kids and bags to juggle. Could not have been happier with the decision to book the van. Our driver was kind, efficient and professional. The car was beautiful, clean and cool - which was great given a July heatwave. Our family was quiet after a long flight with little sleep. It was a great way to transition into Paris.
He communicated well, sent text to ask where we were, and was very helpful with our luggage. Car was very nice- colored lights on ceiling and around the top of the doors.
Waited for us at airport due to a delay. Polite and large van provided that held 4 people and 5 suitcases.
Mr. Abdel was an exceptional driver! He was waiting for us when we arrived, helped with our luggage, and got us to our destination safely and efficiently. We would definitely use this service again!
Driver was wonderful and meet us as requested. If traveling with a lot of luggage ensure the company you booked has the correct size transport. Overall a wonderful experience!
Excellent service in every way! Our driver Abdel was punctual and very professional, easy to find outside the baggage hall with a clear name board. Also helpful with our baggage. Very clean and roomy Mercedes van, and Abdel was a careful and safe driver in Paris traffic. I recommend this private transfer service (and Abdel!) highly. Top marks!
We had an excellent experience with our driver, Sylvek. We were concerned about the time it would take us to make it through the airport with the new EU passport system. Sylvek remained in contact with us from the moment we landed. He was professional, helpful and courteous. Highly recommend!
Driver was waiting for us when we arrived. Very efficient and professional. Definitely recommend
No one showed up at the airport. Nobody called me or leave me a message. Terrible service provided by this company.
Driver waited for us and was easy to find. Kind and courteous also. Got us to our hotel quickly and safely.
It was a great transfer so easy on time courteous and professional. You should definitely use this service.
Pierre was very helpful and kind. Spoke with us in great English and French! The ride was smooth even with some traffic.
Easy ride experience and the driver was very nice and helpful. The Mercedes was a nice van and even had bottle water for us.
Perfect experience. Our driver was on time, easy to communicate with and even had coffee ready for us for our drive into the city. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
Our driver was waiting for us in the airport with our name on his iPad. He helped us with our luggage. The vehicle was large, luxurious, and clean.
Wonderful experience. Driver met us in arrival hall and helped us with our luggage. Would highly recommend
Was pouring rain and the driver never came inside. I understand that it was a hectic day in the parking lot, but we were told that our driver would be inside guiding us to the car. We had to handover our phone to a French speaking person to find out where he was parked and got soaked in the rain
I booked this airport transfer at the last minute but it went better than expected. As soon as I landed I had communication that my driver was at the airport waiting for me. Great service. Clean and comfortable van. Highly recommend
Smooth transfer from airport to hotel! Communication was excellent, definitely would recommend. Thank you!
Excellent service! Our driver was waiting promptly at the arrivals hall and helped with our luggage not only at the airport but also once we arrived at our hotel. This was so appreciated after a long flight.
We had a wonderful experience with our airport pick-up and drop to our Paris apartment. Our driver, Pierre, was so friendly and gave us great tips on restaurants and sights to see in Paris. We highly recommend this service to make your arrival to Paris extremely smooth and convenient. We have booked the same service for our departure. Merci beaucoup Pierre!!
Excellent service and excellent communication. Highly recommend. The driver was very informative and professional.
There are cheaper transports available. That said our driver was there when we arrived, quickly identified himself, efficiently directed us to his waiting vehicle and safely delivered us to our destination. Our granddaughter loved the Mercedes we rode in. We would gladly call on this service in the future. Only reason for a 4 rating is because as great as the service, it was pretty pricey. We had just two adults and 1 10 yr old child in our vehicle.
It was great and the driver waited patiently for us. He was nice and professional and made sure we arrived at our hotel safety
Everything was perfect! The driver was present at the arrival point as promised, helped with the luggage, and the drop off was smooth.
Friendly driver, great air conditioned van and comfortable ride to the hotel. Made the airport to hotel travel very simple.
Our driver was very kind, nice, professional and patient. It was a great experience and we appreciate his assistance in getting us safely to our hotel.
Great reliable service. Driver was waiting for us with my name clearly printed on the displaying. Our flight arrived about 30 minutes before schedule time. There was no waiting at all. Cold water in the car. Driver very helpful with luggage
Excellent experience. Driver greeted us with large name sign. Took luggage from us to car. Car was large very clean and water waiting in car. Driver was an excellent driver in traffic.
Was on time waited while luggage was late fast and curtious arrived at our hotel on time have used them before
Despite a flight delayed by over four hours, our ride was waiting for us on arrival. Superior friendly service in getting our luggage loaded and moving from the airport to the hotel. Clean VIP Mercedes van was welcome after a long flight.
Friendly and courteous driver. Excellent communication in where to meet them when exiting the airport terminal. Was a short walk to the vehicle, which was a nice Mercedes van. Phone chargers and bottled water were provided.
Driver was great. On time, professional and courteous. Long wait security and he was in contact the whole time.
This could not have been any better. Driver was there early for our arrival and communicated exactly where to find him. He was kind and made conversation along the way, and also helped us with bags. Made our arrival after a long flight very easy.
Great safe ride, on time, friendly driver, clean car. Booster seat provided for my toddler. Highly recommend!
Our driver was on time and patient. Very professional and helpful with our luggage. I would definitely use this service again.
Excellent! Profi Driver was very communicative and pleasant. Made for a long travel day stress free after we arrived in Paris. Thank you.
Prompt and on time. The van was neat and clean. The driver was friendly and ready to go.! We were happy with the service!
Had to go through airport passport with long lines so the driver left me and had to pay for taxi. I was communicating by text telling the driver my delay. Driver service did not offer to send another car.
Good driver. Very smooth transitions between lanes. Contacted us when we didn't see him in Arrivals.
Our airport transfer from CDG to our Paris hotel was seamless and comfortable. I highly recommend booking this transfer company. We were glad to use them due to our large quantity of luggage.
Upon arrival, we faced an unexpected challenge: our luggage had not made it with us. Despite the situation, our driver remained calm and supportive, patiently waiting for us as we navigated the lost luggage process. His reassuring presence made a stressful situation much more manageable. I highly recommend this airport transfer service. Our driver exemplified professionalism and kindness, making our arrival in Paris a positive experience despite the hiccup with our luggage. Thank you for a wonderful start to our trip!
On time, friendly, helpful and considerate. I will be using this service on our return! The vehicle was very nice and they provided a car seat for our grandson.
Great experience using Viator to pick us up from the airport! Our driver communicated well through text, and even though our flight was delayed, he was still there to pick us up when we arrived. So helpful to have someone pick us up and take us right to the hotel, nothing to worry about!
Our driver Aziz was great! He was puntual., friendly and had perfect sense of customer service. Thank you very much.
Great! Professional and safe. Driver was kind and friendly, but didn’t talk too much. Let us just relax!
