Once we finally made our airline connection, our ride and driver were very nice and professional. We had to reschedule twice due to airline issues. There was a little difficulty with lag time between our email communications, but, in the end we reached our local destination.
The driver did a nice job transporting us from our hotel to the airport. What was disappointing was that he didn’t speak a word to us the entire ride, which was rather awkward. Maybe he was shy or trying to be respectful, but we generally have drivers who chat at least a little bit. We aren’t expecting a full conversation the whole time, but at least some friendly exchanges.

Exceptional service! The driver was on time and kept in contact with me as we progressed through customs and baggage claims. The driver was very friendly and professional. We actually came with more bags than originally planned. I notified the service about the additional baggage. They informed me that they would leave it up to the driver to make the call. We had 6 large bags plus a rolling carry-on case and 3 backpacks. The van is only rated for 5 bags. The driver was most accommodating by using the front passenger seat to hold the additional cases. We always use Viator to schedule our airport/hotel/cruise transfers all over the world and we have never been disappointed. Keep up the excellent work.

My family of 4 used this service for our recent trip to Paris. The communication from the company was great! The driver was at the airport waiting for us directly outside of baggage claim. He helped with all of our baggage. And then for our trip back to leave, the driver arrived at our hotel a little earlier than planned, but texted me not to rush. In both cases, it was a Mercedes van that fit the 4 of us each with big suitcases and carryons perfectly. Clean vehicles. Neither driver was very talkative, but that doesn’t make it or break it for me. Punctuality was great! Communication was great! So nice to not have to worry about transportation to and from. Will definitely use again.

Our flight Landed around 8:10-8:15 am then we went through customs and grabbed our luggage and went to the meeting room area where everybody is with Signs. We waited over 20 minutes. We both went and looked for the person. We also asked someone there that worked there to help us. No one could find the guy with our sign. They however, insist that they were there right on time and waited for me and that is an outright lie. I will never recommend them and I am going to post my review on social media sites to let them know that this is unacceptable. All they were willing to do is to refund me 10% of the total price which was a little over $200. Are you kidding!!!
