Dinner choices were very nice. You had to pay more to sit at a window and it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. The views were beautiful and the food was good.

The service was outstanding. There were choices for the main dish. The extra 10 euros for steak was a good value. Food was excellent overall. Some of the other tours that included alcohol were quite a bit more expensive, but we didn’t mind paying extra to be able to order exactly what we wanted. There were many tables for 2 by the windows - we were among the first to board, but I think most couples - even boarding later - were able to get a window table. I highly recommend this company
It was a lovely experience. The views were fabulous and the food very nice. A civilized way to see the sights of Paris.
Very well organized and the meal was very good
We took our parents as it is a great way to enjoy a meal and see the main sights when they are in their 80’s. We loved it, other than the very loud Asian people who ran all over the boat to take photo’s and put the tabasco sauce over their entire gourmet meal (which they bought in their bag), but each to their own! Would definitely recommend. We have done a night time one in the past which was equally as enjoyable. Cost was a bit of a hit seeing the Aussie $$$ is double Euro so was about $200 each person - but the memories will live forever (the bank balance may not!
Your staff were very accommodating, very enjoyable, the food was tasty, however, the only downfall was no one was pointing out the landmarks to the 1st time visitor. It would be advantangeous so the guests can ooh and ahhh.
An Unforgettable Evening in Paris — Absolutely Worth Every Penny ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you’re looking for a truly special way to experience Paris, especially for a celebration, I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. From the moment we stepped aboard, everything felt beautifully curated. The ambiance was elegant yet relaxed, with live music creating the perfect atmosphere as we cruised along the Seine at sunset. Watching Paris transform as the city began to glow was breathtaking, and the views were simply unparalleled. The food was every bit as impressive as the setting. Each course was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, but the desserts were the true highlight. The chocolate Eiffel Tower was exceptional, and the crème brûlée was perfection. The timing of the dessert service was particularly special—it was served just before we reached the Eiffel Tower, allowing us to enjoy it while watching the tower sparkle against the Parisian night sky. It was one of those moments that felt almost too perfect to be real. ✨🗼 Between the spectacular views, exceptional food, live music, and impeccable ambiance, this was so much more than a dinner—it was an experience and a memory we’ll treasure for years to come. It was worth every penny, and I truly believe this is something everyone should experience at least once when visiting Paris. Thank you for making our anniversary so incredibly special and giving us an evening we will never forget. 💕
This River Seine Boat trip, with a 3 course Gourmet meal was excellent, I would really recommend this trip. Also, we had a lovely lady singer on bord to entertain us, as our boat made its way up and down the seine.
Boat ride was nice... we did the 9:15p cruise so the lights made it worthwhile. Port was easy to locate and easy o check-in. Trip itself was ok... would have loved it if there was a tour guide to point out the various attractions we passed along the way. Diner was ok, really didn't care for the food. Seats were good and you could see the attractions from wherever you sat, I will not recommend paying extra for a window seat. In my opinion this was just a quiet boat ride on the river, nothing more to it.
Really a lovely evening cruise. The crew was great. it felt like we got to see everything.
The boat was very nice. The food was veery good. There was not much to the guide. The singer had a nice voice and was very entertaining. She would pause singing and point out something but never added any additional information. I was expecting more verbiage about the sights.
Too noisy. Otherwise perfect
Great live music, very entertaining and food was good and the service was very friendly. I would recommend it.
I give 2 stars because the bus driver got us there and back safely. While Monet’s Garden is beautiful and worth seeing, this is not way to do it. We booked the guided tour. Our guide was disinterested and grouchy. An English speaking woman asked him a question, first he answered in French “I don’t give f#&*”, then said something in English. The only thing he cared about was what time we had to be on the bus, he said it several dozen times. The tour was him basically saying, there is a flower, there is another flower. He herded us through the very crowded gardens with the care a of tired farmer herding cattle. By the time you are pushed through the gardens and house, stand in line for the bathroom and fight your way through the gift shop, it’s then time to go. Our guide was in desperate need of a career change. Visit the gardens, pick your time and avoid this tour.
Good service and live music made the cruise fun. Food was reasonably good. My teens and I enjoyed the experience.
AC wasn't very good so it was stuffy on a very warm evening and the food was just okay. Manage your expectations, the views were really good.
We had a fun time on the dinner cruise on the Seine. We enjoyed our meals and added the cheese course which was totally worth 8 euro. . The singer was fun and engaging and did her best to get others to sing. Sing with her, its fun!
I missed the early cruise (not the company's fault) so I ended up on the late cruise. I guess that's where the trouble began. I hesitate to think it's the reason my cruise staff were less than friendly and accommodating. The singer was okay, but very annoying! The food was not as good as expected. I would not choose this again. The views we're pretty good, but it was hard to get decent photos. I couldn't believe the cost for water to drink.
You are indoors at lovely tables not exposed to weather, so dress however you feel comfortable . This is a beautiful dinner, with a live singer . They do not point out the sites just fyi. Luckily we have been and knew to point out to family who had not been.
Great food, great views, easy directions to follow to get to the boat. Staff was friendly as well as the singer. Defiantly recommend.
The staff were really friendly, the food was superb and the whole experience was spot on
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Viator booking. I’ve been using Viator to book tours for years, but this dinner cruise operator is by far the worst company I’ve dealt with. I booked the dinner cruise at 2:00 p.m. for the 6:45 p.m. departure the same day. I arrived at the dock around 6:15 p.m. and saw about 10 other people waiting. I started to feel something was wrong because normally the boat should arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. I even checked other docks to make sure we were at the correct location. At 6:45 p.m., there was no boat. By 6:50 p.m., another customer shared a WhatsApp number for the operator. When I contacted them, they claimed that since I booked at 2:00 p.m., they had already sent out a notice that the meeting point and time had changed. However, other people there said they had booked days, weeks, and even two months in advance. So this was not just a last-minute booking issue. It felt like they were not being truthful. No one knew where to go or what was happening. I contacted Viator customer service. The chat representative was helpful, but even he couldn’t reach the operator. He said they would need to send a request to the operator before issuing a refund. If the operator does not respond within 72 hours, the refund will be processed automatically. Overall, this was extremely disappointing and a complete hassle.
This is the **WORST** experience I have had when traveling. I booked for 4 adults (two adults and my 14 yo kids). Confirmed per usual for 1/1/26. On Christmas Day 12/25/25 I was sent a message via Viator app that it was cancelled and to reply with a request to be rescheduled. I did not get an email, call or text. It was via the Viator app. There was no notification from the Viator app that I had a message unless I opened the app, which I would not open on a regular basis. I check my email regularly which was how the excursion was confirmed. On 12/31/25 I get an TEXT confirming the reservation. So to me it still appears to going well. WHY WOULD I GET A TEXT FROM Viator CONFIRMING THE RIVER CRUISE IF THEY SENT ME A CANCELATION MESSAGE VIA THE APP on Christmas Day 6 DAYS PRIOR?!? So on 1/1/26 the day of the cruise I try to Dow load the tickets, am unable to do so, after many attempts of clicking on multiple links that went in circles I then open the app and see there is a message from Christmas Day canceling the cruise. I call the number in the original confirmation email and am connected with Paris City Vision the local Paris office that books the cruises and they tell me they can put us in the next day 1/2/26 at 2115 (instead of our original 1815 time). I accept this compromise and they said they would email directly with confirmation and tickets which I receive a few hours later afternoon of 1/1/26. Exhausted, I thought this issues was resolved. HOWEVER, WHEN I DOWNLOAD THE TICKETS THE NEXT DAY 1/2/26, I SEE TWO TICKETS FOR 2 ADULTS AND THE TICKETS ARE **EXACTLY** THE SAME. I call them again to see if it is 2 exact same tickets for 2 adults each for 4 adults total but they tell me it is IN FACT DUPLICATE TICKET FOR ONLY 2 ADULTS TOTAL. So they replaced my 4 tickets from 1/1/26 with 2 tickets for 1/2/26. THEY COULD NOT ADD 2 MORE BECAUSE THE CRUISE WAS FULL!!! We leave the next morning and they do not have any more opportunities to go on a river cruise after flying 1/2 way around the world. ZERO STARS!!! STAY AWAY!!! TERRIBLE!!! THE VIATOR CUSTOMER SERVICE with this cruise operator is HORRIBLE!!!
Wonderful… beautiful sites and they rode past the Eiffel Tower just as it starts to sparkle… perfect for photos
We had a charming evening cruise just before Christmas. Rather than the typical narration, we enjoyed holiday music throughout the journey, which created a wonderfully festive atmosphere. The attentive staff made sure we were well taken care of. The location is incredibly convenient if you're visiting the Musée d'Orsay—the boat docks just steps away from the museum. Pro tip: book your museum tickets with timed entry in advance to make the most of your day. We splurged on the window seat upgrade, which does require booking outside the TripAdvisor platform, but it was worth it for the views. One heads-up: the cocktails were disappointing, so I'd suggest ordering wine or soft drinks instead. Overall, a pleasant way to see Paris from the water, especially during the holiday season. The combination of festive music, good service, and the Seine's iconic views made for a memorable evening.
The cruise had good food and service was good Was a relaxing cruise with great view of Eiffel Tower The problem was the tab came I glanced and didn’t recognize some charges We looked and asked and figured out we were charged again for window seats even though we had paid that in advance when we boarded as we were told to pay there and we did Then when he brought a new bill over and said they removed it he put a number on the credit card app that was still higher and he said that includes a tip for the cruise at a flat amount based on the cruise price which we never said to do but we paid it anyhow
I had high hopes for this dinner cruise, but unfortunately it didn’t quite live up to the price tag. The staff were kind and the ambiance was decent, but the overall experience felt underwhelming. For the cost (around $130), not even basic drinks were included — I ended up paying an extra $20 for a small bottle of water and one glass of champagne, which felt excessive. The food was just okay — not bad, but definitely mid-level quality, and not memorable. The music was fine but didn’t add much to the atmosphere. I also felt a bit rushed when it came to ordering, and overall the experience lacked the special touch I was hoping for. It wasn’t terrible, but it felt more like a tourist trap than a romantic or cultural highlight. I wouldn’t do it again, especially not solo.
Over charged on drinks we did not receive. extra 24.00. Dollars on the bill. Tables way too close together.
This was an amazing experience. Everyone on the cruise was so nice and welcoming. It was right on time. The waiters spoke English and were very understanding.
The 3 course dinner was plentiful and delicious. The service was good. The singer was excellent, the route was magical. Would highly recommend!
Very relaxing, showed the lovely buildings and Eiffel Tower up close. Staff were friendly and the food was ok. Overall a pleasant experience.
Great experience! Loved the food and singer , wish it was longer Matched my expectations . Highly recommend this cruise
We were on the boat for about 1.5 hours. We had low expectations for the food, but all 3 courses were very good. You should definitely pay the extra amount in order to have a window table.
Lovely experience on the Seine. Good service. Food was also very good. Enjoyable experience. Worth paying extra for the window.
The food was good, and served in a timely manner. The location was easy to find and the boat was punctual with friendly staff.
Amazing dinner cruise! You get to see the Eiffel Tower from the from the boat. The food was great and there are several options.
Wonderful experience. It’s $15 extra per person if you want a window seat, a photographer comes around and you can get a photo package with print outs for $25 and up. The kids menu is $50 euros, my baby only ate the bread so I don’t recommend it if you have picky eaters. Drinks aren’t included. There was a wonderful singer who walked around and serenaded each table, she sang in several languages. Beautiful views but there is no upper stairs lounge
Very nice and scenic cruise. Food was great (provided 3 main course options from fish, chicken, and steak). There is also a 3 course kids meal.
Well organized, left on time. The food was good. The live singer was very good. The sites at night were beautiful. We got to see the Eiffel Tower twinkle at 11:00 pm.
This was a very good experience. Departure from an easy to find quay was a good start. It left on time, another good point. Service was slightly curious. Tables either side of us were served even before the cruise left the dock side although I was not unhappy to wait a while for our meal which was very good. The entertainment was a charming singer but a bit of identification of the buildings on the river bank we were passing would have been welcome. We would do it again.
This was one of our favorites activities in Paris! We loved how calm and peaceful the tour was / not cheesy at all, no commentary throughout / just an enjoyable ride taking in the beautiful sights of the city. Food was excellent too especially the kids dessert!
It's kind of hard to call the meal "gourmet". It was a decent slab of beef, some mashed peas, and a nice dessert. Cruising in July, the sun was shining through the windows during the "early" dinner cruise, making it very hot inside the ship. Be aware that they charge an extra €10 for the beef instead of the chicken, and I think it was an extra €35 to get a table by the windows (recommended). The wait staff and singer were very nice, and overall we had a very enjoyable experience for our last evening in Paris.
They would not take our vouchers and said they were full. Called vitar there wasn’t anything they could do besides say show them the confirmation email.
We'd originally booked the Italian Dinner Cruise. Due to an issue with my credit card being compromised, that cruise was canceled. Luckily, I was able to speak to a representative who found availability on this cruise. I was nervous about fancy good since I'm not a fan of foie gras or snails. Luckily, the menu was simple. We chose both the steak and the chicken for dinner (steak was better). Enjoyed wine from our window seat while we sailed down the river. The best part of the cruise was the singer. Her voice was lovely and she engaged with all the patrons, making everyone feel welcome and special. Boarding was easy and it was right near the lovely Musee D'Orsay, which we visited prior to the cruise.
A real quality cruise. In a heatwave the AC was a great relief. Great food service and the views amazing . Window seat worth the slight extra price
The view and food were great. Enjoyed the entertainment will sailing from port past Notre Dame, the Louve, Effie’s Tower and others. The Seine has lots of activity to see. Sun got quite bright and hot at our table, though.
It was a great experience - only thing I’ll add is the meal options are not always ideal for picky eaters.
Good tour of the Siene River. Nice solid meal with good options. Trip lacked real and significant commentary on the sights.
Staff were lovely , had to pay an extra €10 per person for a window seat however this was optional. Food was okay….. drinks not included , no outside area and it only lasted 70 minutes.
Friendly staff especially the girls who sells the tickets Few choices for dinner Beautiful view Good music I recommend it
