A vast exhibition. Works by renowned artists. Iconic pieces of artistic heritage. All this under the roof of a former train station. Beautifully organized spaces.

This experience is marketed as a reserved time ticket which helps massively with wait times at the museum. They are actually just general tickets with no reserved time. In our case we bought and paid for a reserved time of 17:30 only to arrive to discover the museum stops accepting guests at 17:00 so we did not get in and missed the museum. Unbelievable. I would avoid these tickets unless you are looking for general unreserved tickets but even then I would not support this business. They are intentionally mis-representing information and I see others have complained to the same thing. Viator needs to remove this listing and stop working with this agency or demand correcting the marketing.

I think this museum is absolutely beautiful. I visited on a Thursday evening and didn’t have much time, but I still had a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely come back one day to explore it properly. I can highly recommend visiting this museum. Even a short visit was absolutely worth it.

There was so much to discover inside, from beautiful artwork to the museum’s incredible interior design. The layout made it pleasant to walk around, and we never felt rushed while exploring the different galleries. Seeing the artwork in person was definitely the highlight for us. The atmosphere, history, and overall setting made the visit feel special from beginning to end.

Great museum with lots of beutiful art. Entry was easy and the place was very nice. Seeing famous paintings in real life made our Paris trip more special.

Very interesting exhibitions of Renoir, Cezanne, Monet and Van Gogh. Make sure to see the clock on the 5th floor.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS OPERATOR!!! i purchased a fast track entry ticket to avoid the hour wait. I presented the ticket at my designated time and after he scanned it he told me my ticket wasnt a fast track ticket and that if I wanted to go to the museum I had to get in back of line which had an hour plus wait and wrapped around the block. I texted and called the operator and no one replied and days later refused to refund my money. I went on the reviews unfortunately after I was scammed and saw 15 reviews all saying the same thing. Viator should be held responsible for an operator that routinely scams people out of their money. That is why I use the site. But they weren’t any help either. So whatever you do don’t book with this company and be careful when you use Viator as they will do nothing to help if they allow someone on their site to scam you.

It’s advertised as a fast track ticket with a time slot (in this case 10 AM). This was a lie. The tickets were general admission tickets which meant we waited for an hour to get into the museum. There are in fact lanes for timed tickets, these were not them despite the appearance that they were. Pretty disappointing but life goes on. TripAdvisor should not allow this sort of fraudulent advertising on their website it undermines trust in doing business with their merchants.

The most inspiring museum building in the world, with a collection to match. MOMA/NY rivals the collection, Guggenheim/NY and Bilbao rival the building. But d’Orsay is the one.

I never received vendor confirmation, tickets, or a respinse to direct message via their preferred communication on What’s App. Forced to cancel, I missed seeing the Orsay! POOR customer service.

This is not a timed entry. It is misleading since you pick a time. We picked 9 am but the museum did not open till 9:30. However, this allowed us to be in line early and see much of the museum before the crowds came in. Excellent museum for impressionists

There was no way to “skip the line”. Just a waste of money. I suggest buying tickets directly from Museum.

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR!! My tickets (voucher) said to meet at the museum and present my voucher in return for my tickets. I saw no one from DREAM WORLD, the operator and was not allowed entry into the museum.

The museum was too crowded. It was a bit helpful to have the tickets in advance. It was so crowded that it was hard to appreciate the arts. The building itself was truly magnificent and we enjoyed a coffee on the rooftop terrace.

They scammed me out of 100$ and sold me tickets for the museum after they closed! Beware!!!!!! Scammers

I have booked tickets with Dream Fly Tourism with Viator and they send me tickets in the WhatsApp I used them before also and the staff is very nice and they helped us and I enjoyed also

On the day of our visit the Museum was closed due to Industrial action. I contacted the company Dream Fly Tourism LLC and asked if we could move our tickets to the following day. Initially they said they would look into it. I heard nothing so sent 2 further messages but have received no contact. I requested a refund but again no contact. Poor customer service.

You sold us two tickets for a day the museum was FREE to the public then we were denied entrance because we didn’t book a timed ticket through the museum.

The museum is top. The ticket broker flop... It is NOT a fast track entry at a specific time. We stood in line in the rain for 45min. Fortunately we came in, but there is still a deception!
