The guide was very enthusiastic knowledgeable and passionate about the art. Enjoyed it very much. Early morning is the best time
Beautifully exhibited Monet's lillies series. But that is the only work of Monet. There was another great exhibitions there to see
The incorrect documentation was sent, the museum employee had to try to find another link for us. They finally let inside. The employee told us he was not impressed with this company, they always send the wrong documents.
Lovely museum, second time for us. I like it better than Orsay. Soutine is my favorite. Quite a few of his works.
The museum was wonderful!! BUT I PAID to have more than an audio guide and THERE WAS NONE!!!! Will NEVER, I repeat, NEVER EVER EVER book with this company again!!!!!!!
I have tried 4 times to use your company and every event has been cancelled! As a part time travel agent this is extremely embarrassing. I will never use your company again and will warn others of your track record.
I purchased these tickets from Dreamtopia Tours 2 months ago (8-12-25) and they informed me 12 hrs before my date that they were unable to obtain my tickets? I don’t understand how this happens. This was very unprofessional and profoundly impacted my vacation. They promised to refund my money and send me complimentary tickets for a Seine river cruise but those have yet to be delivered as well.
I was not able to access my tickets through the Viator app. The ticket in my wallet didn't work. Fortunately the staff let us in and told us they've had problems with Viator. After entry the chat feature sent a link with the tickets
Horrible experience with Trip Advisor. Although tickets were confirmed and paid for there was a ‘technical issue’ in the third party seller system that prevented our tickets from being issued. We only found this out the day of our visit when we arrived at the venue. No communication from Trip Advisor until we called support. Staff at the museum were very helpful and told us they have significant issues and bad experiences with Trip Advisor. BTW, we had almost this exact issue with Trip Advisor later that same day when we visited the Louvre.
We had”beat the lineup “ tickets arrived a little early an ended up in a 45min line up. Part of the Musée was closed . Very disappointing
Early morning is better, having timed entry was very helpful and convenient If we had purchased the audio headset we would have received much more information
I do not recommend a non-refundable ticket for this experience. We weren't feeling well and missed the morning scheduled time. This was a tour with only an audio guide (no tour guide) but we were not allowed to change the entry time.
My Tickets wouldn't download. Fortunately they let me in anyway but I had to purchase another audio guide.
Fun to ponder the mind of Monet in front of his massive paintings. If you are short on time, skip this and go to the Orsay museum because you can see another “waterlilly” painting there too.
The Orangerie Museum was a nice experience. Getting the tickets in advance with Viator makes it an easier access — no waiting in lines. The museum is small in scale — a nice mix of artists works — Monet’s mural wall (meditation) room was awesome… I recommend … Enjoy the beautiful gardens where the museum is located.
This museum is a delight. It is beautifully laid out, far less busy and because the collection is relatively small, you are able to enjoy each piece of Art. Monet's Waterlillies are simply mind blowing, the space is as he wanted; calm and contemplative, ( you are meant to view in silence but this is almost impossible as people murmur their observations). There is no gift shop, which is also a positive; just simply enjoy the paintings. I highly recommend this museum / gallery.
Stunning large paintings that take your breath away. Sat for hours in awe of Monet’s brilliance. New things to discover at each panel. Other art downstairs wasn’t bad either. Picasso. Modigliani.
Having the prepared entry was great. Otherwise line was VERY long. Saw more than expected. Even though it was busy… still able to enjoy the works.
Complete lack of specific directions. We Walked searching … Viator could have provide the simple directions. thru the golden turn right up the ramp or stairs . Disappointing
Tickets arrived no problem. There was a line at the museum even for ticket holders but it moved quickly. The Water Lilies are magnificent and not to be missed!
The galley is beautiful. The art collection went far beyond what we had expected - wonderful. Gallery staff were professional and gracious. However, the “gallery” experience is seriously compromised by over crowding and a great number of tourists who’s only interest is a “money shot” photo for Facebook while showing no interest in art at all. Maybe the gallery could sell personalized AI photos that one could post to FaceBook without spoiling the experience for those visiting for the sake of the art.
Definitely a one-of-a-kind exhibit that everyone should experience at least once. A relaxing quality in those water lilies. Monet = Genius
With the construction around Museum it is difficult to find the entrance. I understand what Monet was trying to do but we were not impressed.
It was so crowded and loud in the water lilies rooms that it ruined the experience. If you do plan to go, book first thing in the morning and motor in for a few minutes of quiet. When viewed that way, it's beautiful.
The museum was closed because of the Tour de France and no one notified us, and we didn't get any refund or any feedback from anyone despite the messages sent
It's a shame; they charged me through their app, and I couldn't enter or recover my money.
I have not received my tickets and have not been refunded. It is deplorable! I contacted the Customer Service but who could not do anything I am still waiting for the refund
Arriving early is important. The exhibition fills up quickly. Audio guide is important if you have a lot of time to learn more about the pictures. Annoying: People disregard calm, distract and disturb.
