The cost of experience was very high compared to others offered and was not very long. It was nice having a small group (6). Was helpful to have assistance with expedited entry into st chapelle

It was great except it rained really hard for 20 minutes and interrupted our tour. We recovered and Rita went on giving us the tour. Rita was very knowledgeable and everything else went smoothly.

Excellent guide. Rita was very knowledgeable, able to answer all our questions, and captured the attention of a diverse group of people. She did not overwhelm us with dates but instead told the story of Notre Dame. When she pointed out an item of interest, she made sure that everyone was looking at the right spot before beginning her explanation. She also used her tablet effectively to enhance her presentation.

It was not as presented in the booking. We did not get the bottle of water we did not do a walking notre dame tour we simply stood in one place listening to the history of notre dame until we went to the Chapelle which the guide did not even enter just took us and left. This was not a very good tour. We could have done it all without booking this tour. The guide was knowledgeable and had a great personality it was not her fault it just wasn’t a tour I found to be valuable.

Guide Rita was superb and knowledgeable and very pleasant. Lots of rules with the structure of the system once you’ve paid and got your ticket though. Kind of rough that the first message you get is beware if you’re not 15 minutes early you will be dropped and cannot attend the tour! Seriously, I paid!
