We did the outside-of-Notre-Dame tour with Diana and really enjoyed it. She brought the history of the cathedral to life, from its construction through to the restoration, and kept it interesting the whole way. Knowledgeable, engaging and easy to follow. A great way to understand Notre Dame beyond just looking at it. Would definitely recommend.

Nice tour. Guide (Diana) was knowledgable and energetic, although her English was at times difficult to understand. The meet-up was somewhat difficult, as there were other groups meeting same place /same time. Her sign said, "bonjour!" and not Epic Tours /Viator/etc. All in all, though, would recommend since it was great info inside and outside of Cathedral, and skip-the-line entry.

This was such a disappointment!!! I had booked the Notre Dame Tour 2 months in advance. They canceled the day before the tour, saying there were changes at the cathedral, prohibiting entrance. I believe that was NOT the truth. They offered a date in mid-October! Really!! We were in Paris from the US for 5 days only. Were they expecting us to return for “their” tour! Do NOT book with this company…..you risk not seeing Notre Dame!

I bought tickets for my mum and MIL (who are in their 80’s) to see Notre Dame so they didn't have to queue up and so they got a bit of knowledge around the building and the re-building. I highly recommend booking an early tour as there are less crowds and (in summer) the inside can get very hot with the crowds as the day progresses. They said Stella was a great guide and they learnt a lot from her. Well worth the money to skip the queues and get the extra knowledge.

This is my second time seeing it. But my first after the fire destroyed it. The cathedral is magnificent, they did a great work to restore it. There a long line and crowd in this time of year but the line going fast. You need to cover your body to enter no shorts or revealing clothes. Mass was going when we were in. Must see

The tour guide was exceptional, she shared images on her iPad and went into great detail on the fire and then the changes.

Great access and efficient getting in. Worth it to avoid hassle. Not very different from other famous cathedrals in Europe.

Some wonderful insights to the building and various reconstructions of Notre Dame through the centuries. What we didn’t appreciate is that the actual presentation doesn’t take place inside the church. Whilst you get to wander through the church the actual presentation is from outside, so it covers more about the building than the artifacts in the church
