Musée D'orsay Entry Ticket

I was shocked and disappointed that the tickets your company sold me for my sister and myself did not work. They were not accepted and we had to stand in line and buy new tickets at Musee d'Orsay. Those tickets did get us in and only cost $14 each. I spent $100 for 2 tickets from you and they were not valid. I even sent the original link to my sister to make sure she could go on-line and get the tickets since I wasn't sure how your link worked. She was positive that she got the tickets but they were not valid. We did enjoy our visit to the museum but I will not buy anything from your company again. I have trusted your company in the past, but not anymore.

We got to the site, we were told this was purchased from third party. There was tickets and could find our tour...we ended up getring free entries with no tour

The timed entry ticket made our visit completely stress-free. We arrived a little early and entered right on time. The museum itself is stunning, especially the Impressionist collection. Seeing Monet and Van Gogh in person was unforgettable.

Their communication was excellent, and we felt supported from booking through entry. Getting into the museum was smooth with no long waits, and once inside it was magical — so many masterpieces and such a lovely setting inside the old train station. A must‑see in Paris, and this ticket service made it stress‑free and memorable. Would definitely use them again!

Very poor communication from the third-party vendor. Had to call Tripadvisor several times. I got the tickets a few hours before, but they were generic and not the timed tickets we paid for. Since it was a late-afternoon ticket, waiting in line was longer than the museum was open. And it was our last full day, so sadly we had to miss this amazing museum

On the day of the visit, we arrived at our time slot with no queue and walked straight in — such a relief in busy Paris! The museum itself is spectacular: stunning Impressionist and post‑Impressionist works, beautiful building, and plenty of space to soak it all in. Great service and a memorable visit. This is not a timed ticket. You go on the main line which is extremely long and the ticket does not work! There is no time on it at all and it says timed entry when you pay for it. The museum doesn’t let you in using it, We are asking for a refund and had to purchase our own new tickets because this one didn’t work. The real tickets cost us 28 euro instead of 100 dollars for 4 people. Kids under 18 are also free and we were charged for them too. This is a horrible scam. We waited 1.5 hours after paying for what we thought was a timed ticket. Beware!

Getting into the musee d’orsay is very confusing. And these tickets, which are exorbitant, do not make it easier. You pay more and get even more confusion than if you’d purchased tickets from the museum directly.

This listing is, unfortunately, false advertising. Although the listing suggests that the tickets are for a “timed entry”, that is a fabrication. We selected a timed entry, were told it was a timed entry when we booked it, and then when we arrived at the Musee they would not accept them. The museum is great, yes, and worth a visit. I would highly recommend going. But the no timed entry meant we had to wait an hour in line and we did not have enough time to see all the exhibits. If the listing was accurate, this could have been avoided, but we were led to believe it was a timed entry, in our case at 3 PM, and the ticket did not actually have the time slot. Oh! And when I did reach out to ask questions I received zero responses. Of course. Truly disappointing and I recommend that you avoid the scam that suggests it s a timed entry. Ticket for entry, yes. But at a specific time, no.

Could have spent days there looking at Impressionism pieces. A beautiful display of fine art. Impressionism in Paris - cannot be beat. The building is incredible. The café is fantastic. Loved every minute.

Fake TIckets!! We booked these tickets on Viator before leaving the USA and did not receive actual ticket. Your voucher is not your ticket, which we knew, and we reached out to the “tour organizer” repeatedly at the location and again at the time of event. No reply. We ended up having to buy tickets from the museum right then and there. I reached out to Viator and without letting provide supportive images and texts that went unanswered by the “tour operators” decided not to refund almost $200 dollars. When I reached out to check on status, I was told a refund was not given. Only when I reached out to provide Info to support my story did Kristine at Viator Customer Service reply that no refund would be given. I asked to have the original reply sent to me as I never received it and I have been ghosted since. You should know that you can buy timed tickets online from Musee D’Orsay for cheaper than here on Viator and those tickets will get you into the Musee while our “tickets” were fake and we had to buy at the door again!

Viator sold us the tickets for a day that they could not be used (museum free day). There was no cancellation notification. I had to call the Viator office from in front of the museum to find out we could not use the tickets. Very disappointed!! I did get a refund after the call but could have rearranged our schedule if I had known ahead of time.

Timed ticket would not work. Only 1 bar code downloaded indicating 2 adults. Museum refused to accept it. Several other people had the same problem. I had to purchase 2 new tickets directly from the museum. Requested a refund 3 times and did not receive it. Beware.

I was sold tickets for a timed visit or the museum, aiming at reducing/skipping the queue. It turned out, that the first Sunday on the month is always a a free-visit day and these tickets don't work. The lady a the museum told me that it is a common problem and they have advised several times to TripAdvisor to stop doing it. However, obviously tickets are still sold on TripAdvisor without customer warning. So my ticket didn't work and I had to queue with everyone and eventually the visit was free anyways. My attempts to contact the seller were not answered.
