Not the same as a time stamped ticket, therefore you still wait in a line, but it moved quickly. Museum at Noon had to be at max capacity, so crowded it was difficult to move around or see most anything. Audio guide was a waste of money. You have to download an app, create an account and then download the guide. Despite doing all of this prior to entry it still did not work. Super frustrating! Definitely recommend the museum, but would purchase a time stamped ticked for a lower traffic time and use museum audio guide, not the YoTour mess.

Easy to order… wonderful entry.truly worth the fee and I enjoyed it very much.! Thank you for your help!
Outstanding!! Yes it costs more than retail, but we only had one day open and the direct tix were sold out. We got RIGHT in and passed an hour long line!! Tip: while it says to enter thru entrance “2” it’s really entrance “2.2”. Look for the line queues for 2.2. We first got into the “2” line but that was the hour long line. Once we figure that out we had an amazing time.
Great museum. Very walkable and easy to do in about 3 hours if you don’t need to stop and read everything. Gift shop prices are reasonable for a museum. Flexible ticket is great to avoid lines
It was so crowded that it was almost impossible to really take a good look at the paintings, especially on the 5th floor with the vanGoghs. It is a lovely museum and would be a much better experience without the large amount of people. However, with my Viator ticket I was able to get into the museum very quickly. No wait at all.
The audio was extremely hard to follow. It bounced around between galleries so much and had you walking back and forth between rooms. It would talk about paintings in certain galleries that weren’t there. When the audio did match the paintings correctly it was very informative. Overall this is not worth the cost. The only positive was a shorter entry line.
Viator were very helpful when I had a problem accessing the tickets on my phone & talked me through how to find them
Only pay for audio at the museum. Do not but an entrance/audio ticket. The audio did not work. The employees were not surprised.
This museum is just breathtaking! Loved every minute of it. Artwork is just beyond comparison to other museums we have been to including the Louvre. Highly recommend!
I was on a vacation to Paris and made a last minute last day plan to visit Musee d'Orsay and there were no official tickets available. So I went for these tickets on Viator and was very pleased with the experience. The tickets were delivered properly to my email. There was no time slot and I entered the museum whenever I wanted and left perfectly on time to visit other places before the end of the day. I recommend to others
Go straight to back and top floor for Impressionists. We were there at 10:30 am and it was already crowded in late September. Heard evening time is less crowded.
This was a Very relaxing and informative tour. I enjoyed learning about the things I was observing without the pressure to keep up with a group. I could take as much time as I wanted to review the things that held my interest. I was able to enjoy a leisurely in the beautiful salon.
Don’t bother with the audio. It’s on your phone and if you’re using an iPhone it doesn’t scan, download or work. I contacted them for advice and help but got zero response
A truly great museum where you can choose what to see via the directory. Sculpture hall was superb. I loved the Manet, Courbet, Degas and Rodin pieces especially. Could spend another 3 hrs easily Audio guide extremely helpful.
Had to wait in non ticket line so no benefit in spending extra Very dissatisfied
Easy entry, but the crowds were enormous. The ticket was supposed to come with audio guide, but I that was not given to me when asked
A huge disappointment and a waste of money. The audio tour doesn’t include any descriptions of the paintings on the fifth floor, where the most famous artists are exhibited. As a result, many of the best-known and most obvious paintings to include are not covered by the tour at all.
Don’t buy the audio from Viator. We purchased along with entrance tickets the Yo Tour site to get the audio is a joke! Never did get into site even after 30 minutes trying. Just buy the audio once you get to the museum.
This was efficient and fast. I glad I got this. The entrance is on the right hand side of the museum.
I booked eveing access to the Museum Orsay, however, when the confirmation email arrived it stated anytime entry between 9-4pm entry. I ended up bookimg the effel tower visit and when I contacted the operator, they advised there was some confusion and that the tickets actually are for the evening. Due to this confusion I ended up not able to attend as planned and lost money and experience. This was very bad mis-communication and I would recommend people turn up and buy tickets at the museum which my friend advised were cheaper.
Easy entry to the museum. Downloaded the audio beforehand and had no issues using it but it did seem lacking. It would probably be better to just go with the museum's audio guide
Highly recommend! We walked up in the afternoon and skipped a very long line outside in the heat because of the ticket type. Glad we did it!
It was very difficult to find and download the PDF for the ticket. We had to ask for help from a kind museum employee. Otherwise we were going to be denied entry. The audio tour was completely IMPOSSIBLE to download. We finally gave up on that!! Very frustrating. The only reason I didn’t give Viator 1 star instead of 3, is because the museum itself was AMAZING!!! Loved the museum. Wouldn’t use Viator again,😡
Museum was great, general admission but no lines. The app sent by vendor did not work, it downloaded but would never open. The vender sent a link to a Google Drive with a few of the audio files but without any significant organization or order to proceed. Frustrating - gave up and got the museum audio tour - much better
This was a fantastic way to see the Musee d'Orsay! We had no time stamp or limits on when the tour started and had to be used which made it very flexible for us. We were able to go to the museum at our leisure during a busy trip to France. So worth it!
Download the audio tour before you get there. Quick access to the facility. Then go to the 5th floor to begin the tour, adjacent to the cafe make sure you go outside on the 5th level to see the beautiful views
The Musée is worth the visit, just that the audio guidance was not working properly with Viator, better get the official audio guide.
The heat wave caused the museum to be closed for the day, but Viator quickly reset my ticket for the next day.
The museum closed due to heat. Viator should text customer so that we wouldn’t have to walk to the museum to discover it was closed. Also, Viator should process an automated refund rather than having the customer have to submit a request
The building itself is wonderful, and the art is magnificent! Definitely do the audio tour as it explains so much about the artists and their work.
Tickets easy to download, once I found them in my junk mail - and loved the museum! Tried 4 times to set up an acct on YoTours for the audio guide....half an hour of frustration I'll never get back.... Kept having to validate email address even though the time had not run out ...
We visited the Renoir, Monet and Van Gogh exhibitions mainly, as we were doing a half day visit. Tickets were easy to use. No queue when we arrived mid morning. We could not get the audio app to scan the QR code provided and ended up getting the headsets at the museum. Accessing the audio through the app did not work even though we followed the instructions for iPhone and tried it in WiFi the day before. The museum was lovely and worth the visit. Note there are cafes and restaurants on higher floors, not just the small cafe on the floor.
I’ve gone to the D’Orsay in different seasons . If you go in the summer expect the crowds. Go early and start with the fifth floor ( where Impressionists are) and work your way down.
I was sent a link to the audio on the day I was going . It did not work. When I got out I finally got the audio but we were leaving the museum and it was too late. They keep telling me that they sent the link and I had everyone trying to get into it with the app that I was told to use and it did not work. Take the tour without the audio and buy it at the museum or just read the explanations there.
Get the audio tour at the museum. Don't get the one offered with the online ticket purchase - it's a waste of time
The audio guide does not work. Downloaded it beforehand and everything. Really disappointing, had to buy the museum one
The Musee D'Orsay is an incredible experience for art lovers. Warning buying a ticket with audio through Viator. It does. It inckude the museum audio & headset. You need download & register with an App & unfortunately not made aware of this until you open your ticket. It is quite a process & I couldn't get it to happen - no direct link etc so ended up buying a headset at the museum. You can go right to the museum website and buy a ticket there.
Voucher was useless, tickets were not to be found. Never got into the museum, next time I'll deal directly with the museum. The is absolutely no help available.
Worked well. They guided us past the line and straight in. Not much more to say but have to hit the 100 char minimum.
The MUSEUM was FANTASTIC - the works of art gorgeous. INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTING as our AUDIO never worked properly - we downloaded the required app and audio files at the hotel so we were fully prepared. Upon arrival, only the opening sequence played. Despite 4 deletions and reloading of both components per Viator associate instructions, the audio NEVER worked properly. We requested replacement tickets for the following day (our last day in Paris) or a refund. They offered tickets for 2 days later (useless to us) and refused a refund because no one else had audio issues and their only solution were tickets we could not use. LOVED the museum, DESPISED the tour company & their handling of the situation. Recommend a guided tour NOT a downloaded app & file!
Made visiting very stress free. Could arrive anytime, avoiding the big queues. Musee is well worth a visit.
Very nice. Really enjoyed our time at the museum. Wish we would have had more time. Hopefully we can come back someday soon.
Amazing to view paintings from Van Gogh, Renoir and other impressionists. The Viator voucher easy and seamless 😀
Musee D’Orsay never disappoints! Always an amazing experience! Went to the cafe this trip, for the first time, and enjoyed that as well. Any time, all day entry tickets worked super well for my group of 4. Only complaint is the process for receiving actual tickets. They arrive separately, many days after booking & just before the day of visit. Prior to ticket arrival is a “voucher” which is basically useless as it doesn’t allow entry. Process is not clear and very confusing. Way too much time was involved checking and attempting to understand. We felt relieved on the day of our visit when the pdf we had to download actually did work as tickets and we could enter the museum. We also paid for audio and downloaded the audio portion as another pdf. Process further involved downloading an app and creating an account which my whole group opted not to do.
Worth the visit. IT is well organized snd uncomplicated. Small and home of the Impressionist artists.
I spent 45 min trying to download another app to get the audio tour. I ended up paying for it on my own despite having paid ahead of time, so double charged. I have made 4 reservations with Viator and experienced unacceptable performance on 3 out of 4 experiences. I will never use Viator again and have told friends and Odysseys that this recommendation was horrible!!!
The d'Orsay is absolutely great and I appreciate getting the anytime-tickets from Viator (when none at all were available from the museum site!). But I also bought the audio tour from Viator and didn't care for the requirement to download their app and open an account and using my own phone with ear buds for the audio -- I wish they would have made that more clear from the beginning.
Having a pre-paid ticket made all the difference Able to skip the line And the museum was incredible Go
The museum was amazing but the audio guide sucked. It didn't work well (it was downloaded before we got there) and there were limited audio files. There wasn't one for each gallery
The audio tour is completely confusing and only covers part of the exhibition, and I doubt it is current. Don't bother the convoluted download process.
