Everything went smoothly from meeting with the tour representative to pick up and drop off. Food was good and the show was wonderful. Would recommend to others. We had a great time.
We booked through viator because there was a drop off at hotel after the show. Upon checking in, found out drop off was by bus at one of only 3 (!) Locations in Paris ...Opera, arc, eiffel tower. Not what I was expecting for premium price paid. Then the show ran over by 10 minutes and by the time we got outside at 9:50, no transport at all!! The dinner was good (not great), the show was unbelievably fabulous, and our seats location were perfect.
Never had the money to see this show as a young man, but it remained on my bucket list. I spent $1000 for the best table in the house for my wife and I, and boy was it worth it! Very well produced and choriographed and very entertaining. We were viewing the show from the middle at stage level, not too close and just far enough away to encompass the whole spectacle. Memorable and worth every penny.
Going to Paris means you should go to Moulin Rouge ; it’s been an unforgettable experience. The service, meal and the show were the greatest we experienced in a long time!
Know how to select your table - all tables are good . There are higher levels to see the overall stage . Ground floor up close was excellent!

The show was fantastic - even with very chatty people all around, but the organiser cannot help the bad manners of others. The food was good, but only a couple of options on offer on the menu. The ticket indicated transport back or near to our accommodation at the completion of the night, and this was included in the package ticket price. We found out at the end that they had no drop off options near us, so we used the metro - but unfortunately, we had paid for a service we were not able to use.
As the official booking site showed sold out, I was still able to book through Viator. This was much more expensive and only included a drop off at the end of the evening, but not to our hotel. However it was a wonderful experience and the meal was delicious, so I was glad I was able to book at short notice.

So we were having a really bad trip and they made it better. Our fight out of the US got delayed (probably bc of the shutdown) we missed our layover fight and got into paris many hours late. We contacted the Moulin rouge and informed them that we would be super late and probably couldn't make the dinner and asked if we could still see the show. They not only made sure we got seats for the show but made sure they got us dinner when we arrived!!! I can't stress enough how happy I was with their service, our trip started bad but they made sure we had a great time. I'd give them more stars if I could
NINA WAS THE BEST GUIDE EVER! Moulin rouge is a Marvelous experience!! ITS A MUST IN YOUR PARIS TO-DO LIST!!!! If you are asian you must take this trip with Nina!!
The show was so much fun! Our tour guide Nina, however, stole the show. She handled our diverse crowd of passengers on the bus and spoke various languages. She was upbeat and vigilant. It was easy to get there and back home. And again, great entertainment and awesome night out!
Nina was an amazing guide! Really nice and took good care of us all! Made the experience better!! I really enjoued the show and the night, all of us. 😃

The moulin rouge was wonderful- Viator advertised a ride home after. When we arrived there was in fact no ride back to where we were staying, instead an optional ride to a different part of town. A very expensive add on that was not included. I would recommend booking outside Viator for this experience.
Show was spectacular with over 50 performers on stage at one time with unbelievable costumes and staging.
The show was ok, it did get a little boring and repetitive at times. This is a 'one time' see for us.
I booked this tour on the 23rd of August and I wish to make a complaint about my overall dissatisfaction with the experience. Unfortunately I have been in hospital the past month so this is the first opportunity I’ve had to contact you. The show itself was great and the champagne was lovely so I’m happy to pay for those, I worked out the estimated cost to be about £112.00. But as for the £175.00 that I paid, this was to include a night lights tour, well of course I understand it’s not your company’s fault that the bus had to take a different route due to the preparation for Paralympics however that should have been made absolutely clear at point of sale. The bus tour was an absolute shambles! It pretty much went round and round the same couple of roads and I had to put up with customers arguing loudly with the tour rep and with the tour rep arguing loudly with them back! I can understand why so many customers were complaining as they were being told that plans for drop off had changed. So it wasn’t exactly relaxing or informative, it just went round and couple of streets and I had to listen to arguing the whole time which was quite unprofessional. However my main issue was that I specifically booked this tour because I’m a solo female traveller and so having this advertised as transport back to near my hotel in Montparnasse seemed ideal. On the night though, the tour rep informed me it wouldn’t be possible to drop me off near my hotel, I said please what am I supposed to do, it’s not safe for me to be left stranded. The tour rep then showed me on a map where it was possible to drop me off and it was about a 15 minute walk from my hotel which by his own admission, would not be safe for a female to walk around in at 2/3am in the morning! He said well it’s either that or you can take a Metro from Pigalle station… I’ve since read some horror stories online of how unsafe this Metro station can be and all I can say is I am so relieved that I didn’t end up doing this. I ended up ordering an Uber at the cost of £12.73 to myself, I’ve enclosed my card statement to show this. This is absolutely unacceptable that I had to do this, considering the tour was advertised as return transport included! I actually ended up spending the duration of the show feeling really worried as to how I was going to get back so it ruined my enjoyment of it, it was a very distressing experience. As you can see on my card statement I paid £175.80 for the tour. I’m not happy with this and I could have just claimed the full amount back from my credit card company but I wanted to give your company the opportunity to resolve my complaint. How do you propose to resolve this? At the very least, I would like you to pay me back £63.00 as I’ve worked out the different between the show and the so-called bus tour and transport. Additionally, please pay me £12.73 to cover the cost of the Uber I had to use.
Dinner and show were excellent. The talent and colorful attire provided a memorable impression that made our evening a special night for us.
We booked from Paris City vision guided sightseeing and 2 tickets for Moulin Rouge - we paid around 370 eur. No one informed us that we should bring our personal earphones and phone to city tour since that is the only way to hear the tour. One employee emailed us that Moulin Rouge slot for us is at 20.45 PM and the other one that it is at 22.45 PM. Very disorganized, unprofessional, bad value for money. During Moulin Rouge we had no space at all, and had to share table with people we don't know. Also, we were waiting in the line 1 hour to get in. Even though price was premium - experience was not premium at all. We were writing to customer support about this but they did not care.
Show was good. Food was bad. Cold and not good quality for the amount paid. Service was also okay. The acrobatics was our favorite part of the whole show.

Paris city vision picked us up on time (early even). We were taken to the moulin rouge and provided with our tickets - our driver Josef was fantastic. The venue was impressive and the service divine. The show was spectacular and the dinner (Mistegette) was okay
The show was quite good, but not as good as I’d expected. Some of the scenes were boring, in particular the juggler is so run-of-the-mill boring. The food was dreadful, the wine terrible. The service was not great. I asked twice for water and it never came.
Best show in Paris. The overall experience was amazing, trip to hall as well as going back to hotel easy drive and drop off.
Moulin Rouge is definitely a show not to be missed if you are in Paris! This booking is very convenient because it has a hotel pick-up and drop-off. Our driver, Mr. Takahashi, was on time during the pick-up time at the hotel and at the Moulin Rouge, he fixed everything including our tickets for the dinner and the show. Another bonus, is that while on our way to the show, he was giving a proper tour of the city as well, he knew about art and his english was decent. The food was decent but the show was excellent, the performers should be praised for doing the show twice in a night, 7 days a week! This is truly one of the highlights of our Paris experience, if you have the chance, do not miss this tour!

Show was terrific. You know that the performers have put a lot of time and energy working on this show. Unfortunately, the space is cramped - they packed guests in like sardines. Even the servers didn’t have enough space between tables to bring out the food. The food was ok - I wish I would’ve saved money on dinner and just turned up for the show.
This was an expensive evening and we had high expectations. The food was horrible! The show wasn't very good and it was way too long. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone!
Was absolutely terrific! Show is fantastic and dinner yummy too . A must do/see! But note: dancer are topless at times - but it's a terrific show - will leave you upbeat and impressed!
<p>Food was average. My seat was awful.On the front row and my back was turned to the stage. All I could see were the entertainers feet. The acrobatic acts were amazing, the best part of the show. Recommend but ask for a table that is away from the stage.</p>

<p>It has taken me some time to write a review as at the time we were all left at the hotel all dressed up with no where to go. I was in tears as I had booked this as a special last night event as a surprise we waited and waited and tried to get onto someone who could help however the numbers I had didn't answer. I finally got on to someone in America who tried their best to sort it out the problem it seemed was the driver said he called to pick us up and there was no one there: we were in the foyer early and had someone standing outside 20 mins before due time only thing we could put it down to was he must have gone to the wrong hotel. Anyway we were relegated to the late show didn't have any dinner had an argument with a taxi driver but the company did try to fix everything and part refund was given. I will say I enjoyed the show but at that time of the night we were all very tired and drinking the complimentary champagne at the show on an empty stomach was not the best idea I have had.</p>
<p>Moulin Rouge itself was wonderful. Getting there was difficult. We paid a lot of money for the pick up. The driver didn't show up. He called and said they were sending a cab because he got stuck in traffic. We waited an hour for the Correct cab, rather than just taking what was available. We were stuck in traffic another hour. Arrived stressed out and didn't even get to finish eating when the show started. The meal was rushed. I felt we should have received some kind of compensation for the problems we had getting to the show. Nothing was offered.</p>

The show was fabulous-music, costumes, and program more than anticipated...food was very good as well.
