The Guide didn’t turn up to the meeting spot, so we had a wasted day, wasted time and money, no refund has been issued yet despite calling twice ( no answer) and texting twice.
Horrible experience!!! Stressed ourselves out getting to the meeting point 20 minutes in advance and the guide never showed up. Noone contacted me. Tried calling both local provider multiple times as well as headquarters in Las Vegas, and got no help whatsoever. Now I have to fight to get me money back!!! Beware!!!

Our tour guide did not show up! The tour was scheduled at 2:30 and the ticket said to arrive 15 minutes early. We arrived at 2:15 and met another couple who had also signed up for the tour. By 2:45 there was no sign of our guide, no texts, no emails. We called an associated number but there was no answer. I communicated with Viator to get a refund but have not received any more communication. Very unprofessional.

Our tour guide was a no show . Very disappointing. I arrived about 45 mins before the scheduled time of 2.30 and waited together with other tourist . All efforts to contact the local tour company was unsuccessful. We waited for over 30mins after the scheduled time and still no guide showed up .
Admittedly we arrived 4 mins late (It took us over an hour to get to the netting point from the 7th arr. by taxi) and the tour had left. We immediately contacted our local guide to ask about catching up and was sent to vm. After trying several times and leaving multiple vm’’s, no response. And still no response after the fact. We then reached out to Viator who also tried to reach the local guide with no response. Sadly, we lost out on the tour and our money. This was our first time using Viator and I am very disappointed in the customer service.

My wife and I book to do a group walking tour around Montmartre, Paris at 2:30 pm. No tour guide with the banner name Osprey reported at the agreed time and four other people were waiting with us as well. We waited till 3:00 pm. Sour taste in our mouths. I am expecting a refund.

My bus was 2 minutes late. I messaged the tour guide 30 minutes before the tour when I realized the bus was coming late. I called the company with no response. I messaged when I arrived which ended up being 5 minutes late. I never received a response or acknowledgement.
We did not see the guide with the purple sign. We ended up hiking up the hill on our own. Waited by church for a while before entering the church for free. Uber to the lift, pay the fee to go up and down and skip the tour!
Wish I could give ZERO stars. We arrived 11 minutes before the tour was to start, there was NO guide. We met another tourist from our tour group and he had been there even longer and he never saw the tour guide either. Replied to a message the guide service sent explaining our situation, sent a second message, still NO response.

Please do not EVER book with this company. They are really a big SCAM. They will take your money and never showed up to the appointment. I don't know how they got many good stars, but many other people wrote the same thing about them and we didn't see earlier. Its not about the money, but we were only in Paris for 2 days, and it really ruined our day when they never showed up to the tour. I don't know how they are still in business. Please really stay away from any tour that says Discover or Odyscover.
We were very disappointed in this company as our tour guide never showed up. We got no indication through email as to what happened. We waited for an hour in the place that was described on our booking. No one showed up so we left there was no follow up from the company no apology no indication that the tour had been canceled or otherwise.Very disappointing. We used a travel site to book this and another tour while in Europe. The other tour was perfect.

Well I think people should know that for this in For this specific tour it happened 24 hours ago and I have yet to have been contacted by anyone from the tour group in which we were never picked up! We never found the guide. We were there at 2 pm we had the location and the map provided. Several police were nearby and we showed them the information and they told us we were in the correct place for the tour. We never saw the purple sign. We request our payment back in the amount of 57.94 returned to us. Thank you

Make sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes because you will be walking alot. Also, bring a water bottle. The guide was very knowledgeable and pointed out so many things that I would have missed just walking the path alone. Our group was small so the guide could just talk to us and cater the excursion to those of us on the tour. Best of all there was not a need for the listening devices!!!

She was incredibly knowledgeable about Montmartre and Paris, with a deep understanding of the artists, writers, and other influential figures who shaped the neighborhood’s unique character over the decades. She was also very accommodating, checking in with the group throughout the tour and making sure everyone felt included. Her stories were authentic and engaging, and she answered all of our questions thoughtfully. We learned so much and had a wonderful time strolling the streets of Montmartre. We highly recommend this tour with Denise.

The overall tour was very fun and informative, we were told lots of interesting facts and stories that I really enjoyed! The directions to the meeting place were vague and guide wasn’t on time. Other than that the experience was very fun!

I'm 77 years old and never had to do hill walking like this. The tour guide was fast and I almost lost her 3 times. Why do you make easy tours so hard. Why not drive right place explain the area and let's us off too see main attraction. Simple!!! Why make tours so complicated

I searched a lot to find a proper Tour for my 7 years old daughter. I found the Odyse Tour with good reviews. Loveth was our Tour guide, she was so lovely, knowledgeable, fun and friendly. She gave us interesting explanations about history which I haven’t heard on my last visits of Paris and Eifel. I highly recommend her

Our tour guide never showed up nor did they contact us to cancel the tour. Another tour guide verified we were in the right spot. Ended up standing in rainy conditions for over an hour. Went on to discover on our own. We would definitely like a refund.
