Lunch Cruise Check-out From The Eiffel Tower

Avoid the stress—logistics are a mess! The boarding process for this cruise was the worst I’ve experienced. It took me 40 minutes and five attempts to find the "hidden" boat because no one on the dock seems to know which company is which. ​Once on board, be prepared for "upcharges." They wanted extra money for empty window seats, and even basic water wasn't included in the lunch price. With only two menu options, the food feels like an afterthought. I’m giving it a 5/10 only because I actually made it on the boat in time, thanks to a lady from another company. Save yourself the headache and pick a more organized operator.

We were shown to our table and greeted with 2 x glasses of complimentary champagne. It was a lovely experience. We really enjoyed the delicious food while watching the world go by. 😊

The lunch was really good but the boat tour changed itinerary due to a change in weather. We were not able to go down the river towards the Louve and instead we when the opposite direction to the newer part of Paris. There wasn’t any commentary provided of what buildings we were viewing. The lunch was good but we had much better food at the local cafes. It was still a neat experience and for two hours it was a nice break.

I do not recommend this experience. We were charged additional to have a table. The cruise was not a fully booked cruise. There were many open tables. When we were being seated, we asked for a table near the windows and were told we would have to pay an additional fee of 20.00 per person to sit there. Otherwise we would be in the middle of the boat with a small (just enough room for 2 plates) table. There were 5 couples and 2 families of four. Once the cruise began other couples moved to tables near windows and when we asked them at the end of the, they were not charged an additional fee. We were treated and charged different because we were American tourist. ( the only ones on the cruise). We were also served different menu than others. It was extremely over priced and the services was terrible. We purchased tickets and then were charged an additional fee on the cruise. Buyer beware.

Very good service by Ismael. The food was very good. The ride on the boat very relaxing. I will recommend it highly. Nice time.

Food was below average, tasted like frozen fish and not fresh. Extra charges applied, and guide of included/excluded not correct, eg extra 20 euro foe sitting at a window etc

The food was excellent & presentation of it was very well done. The waiters were friendly & professional & even recognized my granddaughters birthday. Everything was clean & attractive on the boat. Only reason for 4 was some difficulty finding the boat. Taxi driver took us to the right area but told us to cross the bridge & go down the steps. We did this but looked for the bust & it was on the other side of the river. So had to do a lot of walking to get back to where we had started. In the instructions it would be helpful to say it was on the sane side as Eiffel Tower. Otherwise it was a great tour & lunch!!

Lovely lunch with a great view of Paris. Pleasant staff. The only con is the pier and boat is hard to find. Make sure you give yourself and your taxi driver ample of time.

We booked at the last minute and the evening was excellent. The food is standard, yea, but it is quite good! We had the “traditional” menu- the beef was tender and flavorful. The portions were generous. The staff really makes an effort to give you a special night! You will not regret this tour. I have done other boat tours. This was just the right size and the staff was attentive. My daughter and I had a very memorable evening!

This was an amazing experience! I highly recommend. The Traditional dinner and ride at dusk into the night provides an out of this world experience of Paris at night. It is a must see for all.

The atmoshphere and lunch was very good . I had hoped there would be a bit of tour telling us some history of sights.

We had wonderful experience during this cruise. The view was great. Food was good quality in the staff was a attentive.. The only concern was the cost of an additional 10-year-old to be seated by the window. This is information that should be provided prior during the registration for the Cruise.

This was a wonderful experience. We lucked out with a beautiful day. The staff were very pleasant and the food was pretty good, to our surprise! The views were fabulous. We’re definitely happy we did this!

When I got to 7 Debilly, there was no boat. I called Trip Advisor, and was told the boat was on the other side of the Seine closer to the Eiffel Tower. Walked all the way there: no boat. And saw the boat (Tosca) had arrived on the other side so I had to walk back. Very bad advice from Trip Advisor. Fortunately I had time. Cruise was nice. Relaxing. Food was good. Service was excellent. Drinks were quite expensive. Even water wasn't included. All in all a good experience except for the poor directions from Trip Advisor.

It was a nice cruise with a good boat that didn’t smell of gasoline and have very nice cutlery and smooth ride. However, it lacks the announcement of the city attractions. Your on the cruise to see landmarks from a different perspective…missed many. More importantly, there was no board or flag to indicate the company name or logo. It was challenging to find…give extra time

The trip was enjoyable and was good value for money . All the staff were attentive throughout . On the negative side the boat was extremely difficult to find . With the trip starting at 12pm we arrived at 11.45 and there was no indication at all as to where the boat was moored . It was hidden behind another boat and no signage was put outside on the dock until 12.10pm to indicate if we were in the correct location !!! This needs to be addressed.

If I could rate NO STAR I would!!! THIS IS A SCAM- we waited an hour and the boat did not arrive siting problems with the Seine as the reason- there was no problem with the Seine!!! DO NOT BOOK IT!!!!!!

Not expecting such good food, it was excellent, both the seafood and meat choice. Where we picked up boat no indication we were in correct spot as all workers in area said no pick up at that point, so we searched other area s, ended up we were in right spot but signage would help

We were well received by the staff. We were able to see several monuments and the meal was very good.

It should be noted that the embarcadaire is in front of the Eiffel Tower and that the blue banner is to be spotted because the Ubers are not too used to this destiny.

this fly boat companies is not very big and it's better .the journey time is very correct. great meal. drink a little expensive but it's a general betting

Hard to find the boat. Pretty expensive and you didn't see much. Otherwise an ok trip. Would have been fun with a text on what you saw.

Very smooth, friendly service, all dishes were fine. Luckily we had chosen a place on the top deck, making it very pleasant and relaxed. On the lower deck it was very noisy... highly recommended!!!

Very good experience on this boat, the meal was very good and very pleasant, the walk on the Seine of a good duration that allows us time to see all the most beautiful monuments of Paris. And the departure/arrival at the foot of the Eiffel Tower adds even more prestige and magic to this moment. I recommend!

Ouverture des portes à midi, la péniche démarre 40 minutes plus tard. Comme nous sommes arrivés très en avance le temps m’a paru long avant de commencer le voyage. Supplément de 20 € pour avoir une table côté fenêtre, d’où l’intérêt d’être parmi les premiers à rentrer pour avoir la possibilité de choisir. Le supplément, boissons est un peu cher, vous avons pris juste une eau minérale d 1 Lfacturée neuf euros, la table d’à côté était très près de nous et bruyante mais le déjeuner était très bon, une qualité de service, et la promenade est tellement agréable le long de la Seine, 2 heures de navigation, j en garde un très bon souvenir

Super croisière, relaxante avec un repas gastronomique vraiment très bon. Les serveurs sont très sympathiques et nous avons vécu un moment très agréable. Je recommande sans problème.

1) tourist trap: impossible to book the menu at 60€ for the same evening, only the one at 92€... you book bay window for 10€/pers + 20 to be at the front of the boat (all the seats in front are with bay window: you pay 2 times the same). No free water. 2) the boat is old 3) Very expensive meal: a slice of fat and overcooked meat with a mini dessert... It's better to have recent boats like the blue diamond.
