Our fast entry to the Louvre tour started out okay guide was there to meet everyone gave us vop boxes and era buds, and entry was quick. However, the guide moved very quickly and did not take into account that some people move slower and have trouble with stairs. She also tended to skip over things that she seemed to have no interest in. At one stage she told me that she knew exactly where everyone was, except 5 minutes later I lost where the group had move to as one minute I could hear her on the vop (was still in the same room looking at the other paintings, when she moved so quickly in the other direction I could no longer hear her, had to send a what's app message to my husband to find where they had gone. She spent so much time on just a few painting that some people were getting bored as not everyone wants to know who this person is and that person is related to this person in the paintings. Was rude to my husband when he asked how much longer the tour went as we were already over time, and it was very hot in there. We had other things planned so had to be places. Said that people wanted to know about the detail in the painting that's why we were late. She also had to move away from one guide, as they were talking to fast and stealing her energy, and being away would let the earth recharge her to continue the tour. Enjoyed the museum but not the tour.

This is the meeting point of the tour. The Arc du Carrousel is a small triumphal arch located just west of the Louvre, at the entrance to the Tuileries Garden. Built by Napoleon Bonaparte to celebrate his military victories, it features marble columns, detailed sculptures, and a chariot with four horses on top. Today, it’s a charming landmark and a perfect spot to enjoy views of the Louvre, the Tuileries, and the historic Parisian axis.
You will admire the Musée d'Orsay from the Seine River if you select the option. The Musée d'Orsay is a world-famous museum housed in a former railway station on the banks of the Seine. It features an exceptional collection of 19th- and early 20th-century art, including masterpieces by Monet, Van Gogh, Degas, and Renoir. The building itself, with its grand clock and Beaux-Arts architecture, is as impressive as the artworks inside.
If option selected, admire this monument from the Seine River Notre-Dame Cathedral remains one of Paris’s most famous Gothic monuments. Admire its towers, flying buttresses, and rose windows from the river, imagining its centuries of history.
If option selected, admire this monument from the Seine River. The Pont Alexandre III is an ornate bridge celebrated for its Art Nouveau lamps, statues, and gilded figures. It’s a favorite photo spot and a symbol of Parisian elegance along the Seine.
If option selected, admire this monument from the Seine River. From the river, you can glimpse the Place de la Concorde, a historic square famous for its obelisk, fountains, and views of the Champs-Élysées. It’s a central point connecting many of Paris’s grand boulevards.
If option selected you will admire this monument from the Seine river cruise. The Hôtel de Ville is Paris’s city hall, a magnificent Renaissance-style building. Its façade and towers are especially impressive when seen from the Seine, with the river reflecting its architectural details.

Excellent tour. Very knowledgeable guide. Strongly recommend!!! Learned so much and made a lifetime memory!! Highlight of our tripto Paris.
She is new, and I think she needs to learn a lot about being a good guide. If she pursues her career in this field, she needs a good mentor to teach her.
We had difficulty getting the tickets and they refused to let us in at the Louvre. We tried to contact Viator by phone but very hard to get through to customer service. Very disappointing experience. We like to get a full refund though we spent taxi fares to and from the Louvre. Nilar nilar1@ Hotmail.com 1-410-292-8262
This was a great tour! Our guide (Nui?) was fabulous! Entry was easy, and I highly recommend this tour.
The tour was perfect, our tour person excellent I will recommended this tour at any time the weather was perfect
We had Chris who was so knowledgeable about the vast collections, asked if we had preferences to see, had a sense of humor, how societies at the time influenced the painter or sculptor or where the society existed in the time of its history relative to their societies. He knew bits about the artists and allowed us a respite sit while he spoke of what we were going to see or had just seen. Excellent!!We felt we were so well served by Chris. Thank you
What can I say… it’s the LOUVRE and we just loved every moment … thank you so much for making it easy for us. We pay more but skipping the line is the way to go.
Exceed my expectations. Sometimes something so famous will disappoint . This is not the case. Please don’t miss
Visiting possibly one of the largest museum in the world will be on everyone’s list but we found this experience took away the stress of waiting in long queues for tickets and getting an organised method of moving around the museum. Though you don’t get a guide to talk you through the art and artefacts there is always the audio you can hire and/or read the captions as you walk past. For us this was the perfect way to experience what Louvre has to offer
Highly recommend doing the skip the Line entrance if your short on time and want to see all of the Louvre after the Mona Lisa, especially early in the morning as it gets really packed! Elsa our Paris City Vision guide was so nice and helpful!
Paid to skip the line, not sit behind hundreds of people in front of me and telling me to just move up as people leave. It’s like money money was stolen from me for nothin. Beware of the misleading info.
Sarah and her assistant were very welcoming and accommodating. We arrived with 2 wheelchairs and they took the time to locate the wheelchair access and take us all over the museum. Their patience and kindness were greatly appreciated. We went right next to the Mona Lisa, passed through the Gold room, walked through Napolean apartments, and took pictures by the Olympic Statue. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we saw way more than we bargained for. This is a must-see tour for all.
Our Host Monty was a really good host, he was very friendly had great facts and was very attentive to all of the guests he was guiding to the Mona Lisa. Great asset to your team!
The lady was nice and spoke espanol and English. I’m happy she walked us around. I got to take a good picture with Mona Lisa!
Super nice it was so lovely to see all these monuments and also Monalisa was awesome from close, 10/10
Monty was fantastic and informative. He Shree some facts about the Mona Lisa and the historical significance and more.
WARNING! Please be careful with this provider. We paid a lot of money, but they did not deliver. No refund. We lost a lot of money and wasted 2 hours waiting. For nothing! At the end we did not get the access. The staff was not Professional, especially the supervisor. Her name was Males** I do not recommend the provider at all. Just book the ticket directly from the museum before you lose your money with this provider.
We had the best guide ever Monty. He was very joyful, funny and made a really good and quick recap of historical information. If you ever join a group to make the Louvre tour, I strongly suggest to ask for Monty!
Monty was great! He was very knowledgeable of the museum. He made sure to point out must see spots we could explore once the tour was over.
The meeting point and instructions were perfect. The team were excellent and were taken straight to the Mona Lisa as per the trip description. Awesome visit, we did get some photos of the Mona Lisa and were really pleased. We spent a few hours walking on our own afterward, fantastic place and a great experience.
I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with this tour was extremely negative that I feel compelled to share my thoughts and prevent others from making the same mistake. I strongly advise against booking this tour, and if I could turn back time, I would never have chosen it. Exploring the Louvre for the first time through this tour was incredibly disheartening. Despite reading numerous negative reviews beforehand, I naively believed my experience might be different. Unfortunately, it was even worse than my expectations. You know those passionate and knowledgeable guides who can captivate you and leave you in awe within a short period of time? Well, this tour is the complete opposite. The guide simply pointed at statues, occasionally mentioning their names, and hurriedly instructed us to look up while walking, mentioning some pretty paintings along the way. The guide rushed us through the line to see the Mona Lisa, but did so in such a poor manner that it completely stripped away any sense of wonder that art usually evokes. This tour was the most disappointing and disheartening one I have ever attended. If the guide had been transparent from the beginning, explaining that her knowledge was limited and her goal was to guide us to the Mona Lisa while sharing a few memorized facts, it would have helped manage our expectations. However, this lack of transparency and preparation only added to the overall disappointment of the tour. While I could go on about my specific grievances with the guide, after reading other reviews, it became clear that they are poorly trained and the company has a low standard for providing a satisfactory experience. Ultimately, whether you’re an art enthusiast or not, I strongly advise against taking this tour. It will only further diminish your appreciation for art and leave you feeling let down.
The louvre is a massive museum. Having a guide can be very helpful. when we arrived at the Museum we got lost but managed to catch up eventually. We were late for our tour but the whole team was very helpful and they let us go with the next available tour. The guide was excellent. He explained in details about how to navigate through the museum. I would recommend this tour as skip the line option can save a lot of time and energy especially if you have kids.
The worst experience ever I had my family (6 members and I) with the rudest guide I ever met in my life. Unpleasant tour. He turned what supposed to be a memorable moment into a very bad experience where we left with heavy heart please don’t pick this person (3h30 group on July 2nd)
Terrible tour. Would not recommend to anyone. We spent the tour running after our guide. Was not worth the 'Skip the Line' money.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! This tour was one of two booked for us with Paris City Vision through the hotel concierge, and both experiences were AWFUL. I couldn't tell you our guides name because he said it once as he bolted for the stairway entry to the Louvre. Once inside, our group went through the security lines and speed walked to catch up with our guide. When he finally stopped in the museum, we'd missed the opportunity to get museum maps (yes, we wandered blindly through the huge museum for the rest of the visit) and he promptly informed us that the tour consisted of him taking us to the Mona Lisa room and then we were on our own. With that, he turned and headed up the stairs through the crowd to floor 1. My daughter and I, along with 2 other couples, lost him and never saw him again. We made our way to the Mona Lisa, stood in line to see the painting and enjoyed the rest of our visit. This "skip the line" experience was the second complete waste of money spent with Paris City Vision as the guide was too busy trying to dump his clients as quickly as possible to provide the service we paid for.
In the end it took too much time waiting in the sun outside and too much time before we ended near the Mona Lisa. The Nice guide had to count all 20 people more than 20 times. And we didn’t get An entry ticket so we had to be very carefull NOT to accidentally pass the gates … it was far too much money for What we got.
Ignore the Eiffel Tower and Seine ticket, this part has nothing for do with the purchase and the provider can’t even confirm for me what this was on the day (the main office is right by the Louve) or even after the ‘experience’ regarding the Louve. You’d be a lot better off attending the Louve and just fast tracking this way, there is absolutely no benefit in attend thing this experience :) the guide really only escorts you to the Mona Lisa which is heavily sign posted regardless. I did follow up with the provider a number of times in emails also, got one response that didn’t even attempt to respond on the items I’ve first mentioned. Save your money, but definitely visit the Louve! Enjoy :)
While this tour is listed as fast access to the Mona Lisa, it fails to mention that you view several highlights and 'must sees' on the way! Though the Sphinx was closed, we walked past it and saw it (behind gates). We also saw the Venus de Milo, Nike, and the Sleeping Hermaphroditus. I felt that this was a great balance of a guided tour as well as independent exploration. Monty was a wonderful tour guide. We were there quite early, however, as expected, the museum was quickly filling up. Monty did a great job of ensuring that the entire group stayed together and heard what he had to say, despite being in a crowd of people! His patience and his willingness to repeat himself was definitely appreciated. This tour is a great option if you would like to be led to a few major works of art and then hand-select the pieces you want to see after a short guided tour. It's the perfect balance if you're an art history nerd, like myself and my partner 😌.
This was great! We entered through the group line and passed long lines of people waiting to get tickets. We were on a time crunch so getting led straight to the Mona Lisa was fantastic for us. Would highly recommend. The guide doesn’t stay with you after leading you to the Mona Lisa or provide a lot of commentary so not recommended for those wanting a true art tour.
Pariscityvision or whatever horrible group is pathetic. Absolute trash. No headphones, no briefing nothing. The guides are just in a rush to finish one tour and get bk to the gates again. Our guide was hopeless. She knows nothing and was just racing around. Horrible horrible horrible. Again Viator has to check their 3rd party sources. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 👎🏻
Meeting point was east to find. Fast entrance much easier than fighting the crowd. Having the guide it the way to go to see the Mona Lisa.
It was worth buying skip the line ticket, our guide was nice he explained some of the history of specific painting and guided us immediately to the most important part of the museum.
I arrived at the Louvre half an hour in advance. I spent 2 hours to find the place to collect the ticket. I asked four different staff members, and they told me four different answers. Finally, I spent 15 euros on the spot and bought the ticket again. I wasted 35 dollars of tickets and 2 hours of time. It was cold outside and I felt helpless. Maybe many people have met my situation. I don't want to buy tickets to the Louvre in this way.
Was nice to skip the line for to see the Gioconda … but was not to many people but we arrived in the Mona Lisa’s room was a very long quewe from see the Gioconda in front … and we spent more then 1 hour for to be there …
Staff very helpful and they do everything as described but not great value as this is effectively only a skip the line ticket, maybe better to spend a bit more and get a proper guided tour.
An unforgettable experience highlighting the importance of the Silvia guide that always emphasized the group as well as the explanations
Great Service, we had as hoster Victoria, friendly, punctual and very prepared. He respects everything on the notes. Very good indeed
The guide didn't show up. I was at the designated location 30 minutes before. Refusing to take responsibility for missing it, saying I should have called them up before and verified that the rally point matched it in the app when they had moved it ..
It was a pleasure to have the company of the guide Rosa, attending to us at all times and with professionalism. From the beginning of the excursion to the end, he accompanied us explaining and describing the different rooms and museum works of the Louvre.
We arrived 8 min late after the appointment, and there was no choice of anything anymore, we were not given our tickets to enter the museum on our own, we were just mentioned that nothing could be done anymore and now. We called the travel agency and they didn't give us a solution.
It's great. Unfortunately, we have not received any tickets. Access to the other parts was unfortunately not possible.
