Very disappointing experience. I arrived more than 20 minutes early for my Louvre tour and could not find any guide or representative at the meeting point. I called support multiple times with no answer, and the only reply came after the tour had already started. For a tour that cost nearly €300, the organization and customer support were unacceptable. They also refused both a refund and a rescheduling despite the situation.

Good tour, lovely museum the Louvre

The tour guide was very pleasant but her commentary was almost unheard due to the VERY poor quality of the headset we were provided with. It was almost impossible to hear most of what she said. For the price I would expect a decent set of headphones and to be able to hear what she was saying.

Loved it. Very crowded but the earphones helped make it more intimate. Guides was wonderful and the ladies who we met with gracious.

It was a fast track to the main attractions at the Louvre with the guide “Monty” who was knowledgeable and quick

The Louvre is crowded and overwhelming. Even though we had visited it before, we deeply appreciated our guide Julian’s lead through the many galleries and his help to focus our attention on a finite number of masterpieces. Somehow, in all the crowds, he managed to give us a good dose of French history (especially about the palace itself), a mini-lesson in art history, and background and both artistic and cultural context for the treasures we viewed (including the Sphinx, Venus de Milo, Victoire de Samothrace, Fra Angelico Coronation of the Virgin, David and Delacroix, and of course Da Vinci and Michelangelo). We would have been at sea in the place without him. The tour also allowed us to streamline the process of getting in, so our two hours were spent admiring art, not the backs of those ahead of us in line. The company uses clever audio radios, so you can always hear your guide above the crowd noise, and no shouting or shoving is required! Julian turned what might have been a frustrating experience into an awe-inspiring journey through time.

We missed the tour since we were lost. The company offered no alternatives or refund, not even a partial refund. This was an expensive tour and we always book through Viator because we feel they have quality venues and can rely on them if something goes wrong. This was horrible service

We paid for a small group guided tour, promised 8 or less. We had double the amount of people and difficulty hearing the guide at times.

Great guide, whoo gave insightful historic information and fun facts. Easy to find meeting place, well worth the money!

We booked for a louvre visit with guide through Headout, a service provider. The ticket clearly said all day access and guide. We booked the guided tour for the afternoon but arrived in the morning for the louvre visit. When we arrived there was the disappointment, we could only enter with the guide in the afternoon. So we called Headout to complain and they just passed us through to Paris City Vision (PCV). Headout put a fraudulent announcement on their website. Anthony from PCV listened and came personally to meet us. He called Headout to tell them he would book 2 extra tickets for us to be able to enter the museum. Wow what a service! Their guide, Mr. Francois was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and caring to explain everything also to our 8 years old daughter. From a day disappointment this became an incredible experience!! It was great having a knowledgeable tour guide. She knew her way around the Louvre and had so much interesting information about the pieces and the artists and about Paris. She covered everything I wanted to see in 2.5 his. I highly recommend this tour.

It was a great idea to see the Louvre the first time with an experienced guide and Viator supplied that with Elisabeth. She gave us a great overview, ensured we saw the important things and gave us a plan to see more things after the guided tour was over. She is knowledgable, friendly, patient and had great insights into the artists and how they related to history. Highly recommend.

Very informative, good observation points

Hello, my experience with the company Paris City Vision, which works with Civitatis in Paris, has been very bad. We book the tour: " Guided tour of the Louvre Museum - Tour in Spanish", for 160€ (80€ per person) and when we arrived at the meeting point at the scheduled time, there was no one. We called the contact phones on one the answering machine was jumping and on another, we were told, practically to find our own life. I find it a shame, despite paying this abusive price, that they didn't even call us and leave before the hour. Before booking a tour of Paris, I advise you to take great care of what company it is and if it is with Paris City Vision, look for another option, because they can make your trip bitter, as they have done with us. I hope you have my nefarious and unpleasant experience with Paris City Vision. Greetings
