We had a great time with our tour guide Ely. He was funny and very informative. We really enjoyed the information he shared about the building itself and the back stories he shared about some of the artwork. I would definitely recommend this tour and Ely.

Walk out into the main courtyard for your first glimpse of the iconic glass Pyramid, then step inside for a focused route built around the Louvre's true essentials. With your guide, come face-to-face with Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa, marvel at the timeless beauty of the Venus de Milo, and stand before the dramatic Winged Victory of Samothrace, plus other major masterpieces when available, such as Veronese's Wedding Feast at Cana, Jacques Louis David's Coronation of Napoleon, and powerful French Romantic works by Delacroix and Géricault. Along the way, your guide reveals the stories, symbols, and secrets that turn these icons into unforgettable memories.
Once your guided tour ends, the Louvre is still yours. Enjoy free time to keep exploring at your own pace, within the same wing of the building.

This was a wonderful tour and one of the top highlights for us in Paris. Our group included just one other couple, so 4 people total. Sensei (sp?) is very knowledgeable and engaging, we couldn't believe how fast time flew. We saw all the major highlights and he provided a ton of historical context I would have never thought of. After our tour, I found myself paying attention to the things he highlighted as we continued seeing other historical monuments and sculptures in Paris, such as the feet. We are very glad we chose this tour with Sensei and would recommend it to everyone!
It was a free museum weekend in Paris & couldn’t even find our guide with the crowds , after contacting him, still couldn’t meet! A lot of money for nothing😡
We had a great guide with only six people in our group. Museum is very crowded, and hot. Recommend bring some water along or buying some when inside
Guide was extremely knowledgeable about the art and the history of the museum and the palace. Very enjoyable.
Our first trip to Paris so wanted to see the louvre. The museum was beautiful and our tour guide was amazing! He told us so much history about things and told it in such an interesting way. Definitely kept our interest and learned a lot about how the building started small and how it kept growing larger and why. Told a lot of history on the sculptures, paintings, frames etc. great tour!
We have a very enjoyable few hours with our young but very knowledgeable guide. A lot to see and learn very impressive. We appreciate the V.I.P entrance and use of facilities. Highly recommend , easy to locate the meeting point and kept up to date with emails prior to the date. Thank you.
Disappointing experience. The tour guide, Sinsie was fifteen minutes late arriving at the meeting point. Then, there was a fifteen minute walk to the Louvre. That total of thirty minutes was deducted from our tour length. So in short, we lost thirty minutes of our tour, which was not made up, because the guide was late in addition to the transit time. The guide was not particularly engaged with us. Would not recommend.
Was great. Love that we could avoid the crowds. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Was informative and adaptable. This small group tour ended up just being the 2 of us. Was nice to head to highlights of the museum and not worry about figuring where to go or how to see things. We had an enjoyable time
A wonderful tour, the guide was very passionate and knowledgeable of the Louvre. Gave great presentations of the art we viewed and kept me interested during the whole tour.
Florian was an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and showed us a great deal of detail while viewing the artists work.
Our tour guide wasn’t the most personable person we’ve toured with on this trip soft spoken and difficult to follow. There were 6 of us on this tour and the guide only brought 4 audio devices, so I was one of the folks who just walked along side the group. When asked questions he did have the knowledge.
Cannot remember the fella’s name who took us around but he was the highlight of the experience. Very passionate and knowledgeable about every piece he showed us and any questions we had he would answer with ease. It was a busy Saturday so trying to see the Mona Lisa was a bit of a nightmare but too be honest we were not that bothered as there was so much more to see than just that.
We hit the jackpot with Sinsin (spelling?). We booked a small group tour and the other family didn't show. We ended having a personal tour. Our guide was VERY educated, having his national certification. Got to see the Bug 3 and then her used the rest of the time showing us several pieces and sharing his wealth of knowledge. After the 2 hours, we the had the remainder of the day to wonder the museum on our own. Highly recommend and request Sinsin.
Thank you so much Thank you Thank you
This is a good introduction to the Louvre and its collection. It can be overwhelming to go alone. It is much easier to go with someone who knows the Louvre well and is even recognized by the staff. There is no way be comprehensive in two hours, but you will see most of the most famous pieces of art in the museum, including Winged Victory, Mona Lisa, Venus de Milo, the Wreck of the Medusa, Napoleon's Coronation, etc.
Ellyesse was a fantastic tour guide. Incredibly knowledgeable on anything and everything in the Louvre. He was able to tell us things about the art that we otherwise would’ve never known, showed us the door where the theft happened and pieces of art we otherwise may not have seen. He was patient with us while we looked around and spoke phenomenal English as well. Highly recommend this tour as it made walking through the Louvre so enjoyable.
Excellent tour. A guided tour is the way to go. A small group makes it better. Our guide, Sensei, is an excellent storyteller and combined with his own passions and interest gave us a beautiful experience at the Lourve. He was personable, knowledgeable and took his time to make sure we enjoyed the experience. The Lourve is HUGE. If youre in Paris and have the ti.e to go everyday for four days, then take your time and explore it all. Otherwise, the big three are completely covered by the guided tour. What you'll see is completely dependent upon the guide and the day, but with a limited window, its amazing. At the end, it was just my wife and I. It was perfect.
Excellent tour with a very knowledgeable and passionate guide. We saw all the major pieces of art plays so much more. Was great to not have to queue to get into the Louvre.
Our tour guide was fantastic and went above and beyond for us! He was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the art and history of the Louvre.
We booked the tour solely to get tickets because the museum was sold out. Our tour guide was below average and rushed us through the exhibits. To his credit, it was extremely hot, but the tour was disorganized and it felt like he was making things up as he went, vs having a plan.
This tour was a perfect way to see The Louvre. We met at the tour guide near the Louvre. We purchased a skip the line and private tour. I would recommend bringing a fan for inside the museum, it can get warm inside. We didn’t have to wait in the long line outside. There’s another entrance inside that we used. The guide knew where to go for restroom breaks with no line. Our tour guide was excellent!
This was a fantastic tour! Our guide showed us all the major displays in the two hours of the tour. It was wonderful to see all of the amazing art pieces! It was very busy and crowded but our guide somehow brought us to the right place at the right time and we never felt rushed. Honestly, I would even pay double the price for the ease of navigating the lines and even skipping some lineups. At the end of the tour we had the option to stay and browse the Louvre on our own. I could not be happier with the whole experience.
Great knowledgeable guide. We were a group of four on the evening tour. Misuk, our guide gave interesting thorough comments . After the tour had finished, she took extra time to show us Napoleon’s Apartments, well worth it. A 10/10 guide
Sensei was awesome guide. Our visit to Louvre couldn't have been better without him. He explained in detail. He took us through the right sequence. It was a great tour.
Great skip the line tour with a personal guide explaining the highlights of the museum. Guide was a great source of information .
That you should go inside the office to meet your tour guide. Your tour guide will help you get inside the Louvre and make sure you see all of the major attractions.
Excellent overview of the Louvre. History, medieval architecture, early sculpture history, and paintings from Middle Ages into Renaissance period. And a bit beyond. Absolutely wonderful.
I took the 3 o’clock tour. It wasn’t as crowded as I feared. Our Guide was very knowledgeable and friendly.
We had an excellent tour guide who spoke perfect English. He was worth his weight in gold getting us into the museum in about five minutes, skipping all of the lines. He was extremely knowledgeable and well it could take days to get through the entire museum, he gave us a really good overview on the two hour tour. After our tour ended that we had the option to stay in the museum as longas we liked.
We were lucky enough to have a private tour with an extremely knowledgeable guide who took time to teach us about all of the amazing works and guide the tour towards what interested us the most. He was funny, knowledgeable, and entertaining and I would highly recommend.
Excellent guide, skipped long queue and straight into the tour! Informative and knowledgeable and entertaining! Highly recommend!
Faultless, extremely knowledgeable and adaptable guide - we saw everything we wanted with endless fascinating information from our lovely guide.
Really informative, cant imagine entering museum unprepared...it is expansive and crowded. It is just beautiful, so to make the most of it, a guide makes all the difference...highly recommend a small group guided tour.
Fantastic tour. Our tour guide Sinsé was amazing. He made this tour so insightful and entertaining at the same time. We saw every masterpieces that we had checked off. A great value for the money.
What a quick and easy way to see the highlights of the Louvre, our guide Sensi was super knowledgeable, very friendly, did a wonderful job articulating the intricacies of the art we saw. The tour ran at a really good pace, and the perfect amount of time for anyone who might feel a little intimidated or overwhelmed by the size of the Louvre. Meet up was super easy, their office was located right across the street from the Louvre which eliminated the stress of meeting amongst an ever growing louvre crowd! This was my 2nd time on a Louvre tour, HIGHLY recommend!

Superb. Sylvia was a fantastic guide with so much information. Covered so much despite the crowds. A pocket rocket racing round the museum but easy to follow. Highly recommend
Our small group tour of 6 was a great experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable of the museum and exhibits. His presentation was incredibly interesting and made the visit quite memorable. Even my husband, who is not a museum fan, stayed engaged. Highly recommend!
Tour guide was a few min late for appointment. Its beyond his control but we were waiting almost one hour in line to enter louvre which it ate into our tour itself. Tour guide himself was pleasant and knowledgable. The experience felt more like one of those run of the mill bigger guided tours so i wish we got that instead of paying more for a small group tour.
We had a wonderful time with Sine as our guide. He was friendly, informative and made the whole experience feel exciting! Having a guide explain the story, from outside the louvre to inside each of the halls we visited made our experience much better than if we had completed a self guided audio tour. Our tour only had 4 people so it also felt more personal. Thanks Sine for making our trip fantastic!
We visited Le Louvre Museum on the first day after the October jewel heist. That gallery remained closed, which caused significant logistical problems getting around the museum. Our guide successfully navigated us through nevertheless. He was friendly, courteous, and considerate given that three of the six in our group were each octogenarians. He was also knowledgeable. I recommend this small group tour of Le Louvre Museum to everyone.
It was the perfect tour, not too long! Hit all the highlights! The tour guy was extremely knowledgeable!!
Our guide Sensei , was wonderful! He took us to the areas we really wanted to see. He was able to answer every question we had. very much would recommend.
There were MANY problems,: 1. Tour guide arrived 30 minutes late. 2. He announced Louvre was on strike, we should still go over but our skip the line tickets would not be honored. 3. Upon arriving at the entranced, he was quite confused and didnt kmow which line we should get on. He then announced we couldnt wait and should reschedule for later in the day. 4. We went back to the tour agency where the woman behind the desk knew NOTHING. We rescheduled for a 3 pm tour. 5. On line we saw that Louvre opened at 11:30. We returned to the agency at 1 pm and asked if she knew if it was opened. She replied "How would I know? I'm not there." She wouldnt check her computer. 6. We returned to the agency at 2::30 pm and the guide was there. We suggested starting the tour early. He refused and hid upstairs. 7. When we went to the Louvre, he made us follow him in from a very long and convoluted path. 8. In the Louvre, he was knowledgeable of the artwork, but not personable and unable to give eye contact. 8. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND USING THIS AGENCY AND QUESTION IF I WILL EVER BOOK THROUGH VIATOUR IN THE FUTURE!
Excellent tour by Sinse, full of history and art. Sinse made the art come alive with the stories behind it. He speaks impeccable English. Highly recommend!!
Amazing, informative tour with Sinse! He told fun stories, didn’t notice it was 2 hours long! He was timely and entering the museum was seamless.
This was an awesome tour. This was truly a skip the line tour. Our tour guide took us to a side security entrance that was a lot smaller than the line at the pyramid. Once inside we went to the group area. There was no line for the bathrooms nor was there a line to enter the museum. Once inside, the museum is crowded. Our tour guide was a historian giving a tour. He had insightful knowledge of the history of the building, the art and French history. We learned a lot. He answered all of our question’s. He was also very nice. He helped other museum patrons, giving directions when needed.
Our guide Since was absolutely amazing and all the information really made the experience of seeing the art special! Easy to get from meeting place over to the louvre. I would highly recommend this tour.
Very enjoyable and knowledgeable guide! Thoroughly loved our day at Versailles! Had enough time to tour the village of Versailles also.
