I pay for a 2 hour small group tour, Time start at the meeting point,(9:00am) we left at 9:08am, by the time we walked to the “skip the line” line there was 23 minutes already, we waited 25 minutes in the “Skip the line, line” We actually enter the museum at 9:50am and the tour guide finishes the tour at 11:00am on the dot. DON’T BUY THIS TOUR I read this type of reviews before and thought there was just people whining but its real and not worth the money.
It was a good idea to get this tour Just to skip the lines. The tour is a fast paced one, so if you have limited time its worth it. Have in mind this is a huge museum so you will only see a small portion but important artists and galleries.
Before I started the tour, I was regretting getting a guide. I thought I had bought smg that wasn’t necessary. I was SOOOO wrong. Our guide was AMAZING. He took us to see so many cool things and told us the story behind and what not. The museum is so huge that it’s so beneficial to go with someone who has direction and knowledge.

We booked a two-hour tour of the Louvre Museum in Spanish. The visit was disappointing. The guide had no command of the Spanish language and struggled to interact, did not make the visit friendly or arouse our interest. He knew the museum, but he was not the right guide in that language. The worst part was that it is not two real hours of guided tour but in that time includes the travel from the offices, coupled with the guide had another later visit and fifteen minutes before he started to say goodbye. We don't recommend it.

We were a small group of 4 people. The tour started on time, but we didn't enter the museum until 30 minutes later; Indeed the tour was only 1.5 hours. The guide was friendly, but he didn't talk as much as I expected about the works. I have done other similar tours where they take the time to highlight more details, or more works, or more information: be it about the building, the city, or the art. For the same price, I wouldn't take it again.
El guía Florion muy profesional, llegó puntual a la cita. Estuvimos muy a gusto con todo lo que nos enseñó.
El guía hace su mejor esfuerzo. La fila para entrar es muy larga y pierdes tiempo de la visita. La cantidad de gente haciendo la fila para ver la Mona Lisa es algo que aturde. La gente hace mucho ruido y no respeta el silencio que merece la visita.

Nos tocó un muy buen guía, explicaba muy bien. Aunque el tour dice “garantizado entrada sin filas”, tuvimos que hacer una fila de 40 minutos para ingresar al museo.

Visita a los puntos más interesantes del museo. El recorrido es un poco apresurado y con el tiempo muy controlado. El precio lo considero elevado con respecto al servicio recibido. Louvre es maravilloso y es bueno empezar temprano para evitar aglomeraciones.
Éramos solo 5 personas, sin colas y la guía muy simpática contestaba a todas las preguntas merece la pena hacer un tour privado en lugar de uno masificado la única pega es que la guía era francesa y algunas palabras en las explicaciones no las sabía decir en castellano pero nosotros la ayudábamos.
Fuimos solo nosotors dos, con lo que la visita fué muy cómoda y agil.La visita incluia las principales obras del museo, y al finalizar, nos informaron sobre como seguir la visita por libre para visitar zonas de nuestro interés

La Agencia FT canceló por email nuestra reserva a las 15h del día anterior a la visita lo que no nos dejó ningún margen de maniobra. El motivo de la cancelación, por enfermedad del guía que se iba a hacer cargo de nuestra visita. No nos ofreció la alternativa de incluirnos en otro grupo o facilitarnos otro guía tan solo la posibilidad de abonarnos la totalidad del importe abonado o tomar las entradas para ingresar en el museo y reembolsarnos la diferencia. Ésta última fue la opción que cogimos. El billete de entrada cuesta 17 euros más 3 euros de tarifa de reserva. Nosotras abonamos 180 euros y nos han rembolsado 96 euros, es decir, cada entrada la cobraron a 21 euros lo cual no tiene importancia desde el punto de vista económico pero resulta poco elegante teniendo en cuenta que el problema es de su entera responsabilidad además de las molestias ocasionadas.

Se tarda más de 40 días en recorrer todo el museo del Louvre. Conócelo entonces, sólo para eruditos. PERO, al menos esperábamos conocer las obras más populares (alrededor de una docena) en este tour de 2,5 horas. Sin embargo, la guía sólo nos presentó a tres de ellos y perdió su tiempo en cosas de menor interés. Pudimos ver que otros guías de habla hispana de otros grupos estaban mostrando en detalle otros trabajos que luego visitamos solos. Era mejor haber sido guiado por la propia guía de papel del Louvre y haber viajado solo.
