Great tour despite the museum being over crowded. Saw many sculptures and works of art. Mona Lisa was amazing.

Nicholas was an excellent, very knowledgeable and personable guide. We greatly enjoyed his passion for art and history and so we were very lucky to have him as our guide in the magnificent Louvre. Merci beaucoup Nicholas! 🍁
It was a very lovely experience. We were with a very small group and were able to get up close and find out interesting facts about the art.
Out tour guide Julie was amazing, even though she does many days of the week you can tell she has a true passion for history. To be honest I'm would loved to sit and talk with her one on one about history of Paris and the Louvre. Ask for Julie when booking, you will not be disspointed , 10 stars!!
This experience is a great way to see the Louvre highlights and learn about the art and exhibits from a very knowledgeable guide. The Louvre, as we learned, is the largest museum in the world with over 782,000 square feet of space, so it's hard to navigate on your own, especially if looking for specific artworks. We found it very interesting, educational and just the right pace and level of information. Having a small group was a benefit too.
The guide was knowledgeable and friendly enough. The tour was advertised as “about” 2 hours and only lasted 1 hour including admission and security into the museum. Felt very rushed and far less than the expected amount of time having them guide us through the experience
A great introduction to the Louvre. Our guide, Maud, was very knowledgeable and professional. It was the perfect amount of time.
Ahmed was a great guide, super knowledgeable and made the visit very insightful.. Would recommend!!!
Wonderful guide and your of such a large museum. Full of information. Quick entrance. Personal and small group setting.
Bo was amazing, small group very attentive. I loved hearing about the art pieces we focused on and seeing the popular ones also.
My guide was great, very knowledgeable about the history of the Lourve and the art and artifacts in it. She picked up on my areas of interest and tailored the tour to them, as well as seeing the 'must see' treasures. Highly recommended!
Very easy meeting point and our guide was super nice and accommodating as he took us to all the must see masterpieces.
It was a good experience. Easy access with guide. Liked the video and can hear better with audio guide.
A great way to see the Louvre highlights. We had wanted to just buy entry tickets and tour at our own pace, but none were available for weeks. (It would seem that tour companies have purchased huge numbers of tickets which reduces our options to see the Louvre as we would prefer…). Our guide was quite knowledgeable and gave us some much-appreciated insights into the art and its link to history. Our guide’s English was great but we found his accent difficult to understand at times. It was also difficult to keep up with him at times because he walked very quickly, didn’t have a visible hat or marker, and didn’t usually say where he was heading or where he was: just “gather round me”. But overall it was a very good experience and we’re glad we went.
Why go to the largest museum in the world without a guide? Excellent tour! Highly recommend. Then we go to stay as long as we wanted after the tour.
This is an excellent way to tour the Louvre to see important highlights and not feel overwhelmed (there is a lot to see). Our guide did an excellent job presenting the Louvre over history and showcasing various pieces and artists, with the final stop at the Mona Lisa. Our college aged daughter enjoyed the tour too, not too long! We loved sculptures we hadn’t seen before based on descriptions from our guide, he kept it informing and interesting. We visited during the heat wave and our tour had to bump to the morning, due to the museum closing early. We were grateful they didn’t cancel and reached out early enough for us to move plans. Highly recommend this tour!
great guide and experience at the Louvre. This is the way to navigate the largest museum in the world.
Sebastian was beyond fabulous! He had a deep well of knowledge and was an excellent guide! We could not have asked for a better experience. The Louvre is so large, it would have been difficult to navigate without Sebastian’s expertise. An A+ experience.
that is the best place in paris i think
Great guide, quick and to the main spots. Funny and good facts for kids. We really liked our guide!!
We booked this somewhat last minute since these were the only tickets available and well you have to see the louvre. What a great happy accident. Our experience with our guide Julie was fantastic. She was such a trove of knowledge about the lucre. Having spent 4 years at the louvre school helps! The entire setup was great too to allow everyone being able to hear in a noisy environment. Julie started by telling us about the louvre, had a path through different periods pointing out the evolution of the different styles and what made the masters, special. Even for the people in our party that knew not much about art, she made the experience truly memorable. Just wish we had more time and energy. If you can afford it, recommend the experience.
Mary was great! My brother and I booked a personal tour so it was just the two of us with Mary. She was extremely knowledgeable, and in addition to the artwork knowledge, she had so much knowledge about the history of the actual building. Excellent tour.
Very good was in English knowledge able guide small group. Highly recommended this tour group very professional
The perfect way to experience the Louvre! By-passed the huge line with our fabulous guide Julia and our small group of 6. We were able to see the most notable masterpieces and learn the history of those pieces as well as the Louvre itself. Julia was superb!
Very educational! And enjoyable! Guide was very friendly, informative, interesting and fun! We would definitely book another tour with Honore.
Geat experience, we had Julie and her passion for art passed through to us and made this a wonderful experience.
What a great tour! We aren’t art historians or art lovers but Oliver kept us very interested from start to finish. The information and funny personal anecdotes he provided grabbed our attention all the way to the end. We did the succinct tour which took us to the major pieces. Perfect for my attention span. Oliver made it fun and enjoyable.
Great way to see the top exhibits at The Louvre. Highly recommended. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and we learned a lot.
Saw and learned much more than we would have alone.
Amazing history and culture. Our tour guide Anna was exceptionally knowledgeable, and patient. We would highly recommend for anyone for their first time at the Lourve.
Oliver was outstanding! Very knowledgeable and his English is excellent! Not rushed at all, and quite the educational experience.
Great tour, knowledgeable add terrific guide. Learned so much more than going without one. Taught us about the exhibits that was very informative
We had a wonderful tour guide who was very knowledgeable! They had so many answers and knew all the best places to go. When the tour was over she give us wonderful advice on where else to go in the museum. She helped us with a lost bag and we were able to get it back thanks to her! We would be happy to have her as a tour guide anytime!
Abad was an amazing tour guide! Kept our whole family (including two teenage girls who only wanted to make Tik Toks) interested and gave us so much information. Would highly recommend this tour
Excellent guide and well rounded overview of the museum. Good selection of art and history. Very approachable guide. Thank you
Stephanie was a fantastic tour guide. She made the tour very fun and informative for us and our 13 year old. She’s very knowledgeable and made the whole experience very enjoyable. The 2 hour highlights were perfect for our family and we then had time to wander on our own. I would highly recommend this tour.
Our guide Isabel was amazing. She gave so much information and facts I had never heard before. You can tell she enjoys her job. I had recently had foot surgery, when we visited and she insisted I sit every chance I had. I would want any tour to be with Isabel.
We were very pleased with our tour. Our guide, Nicholas, was super knowledgeable and took the time to explain things and offer insights that enhanced the tour. He hit all of the most important paintings and sculptures that we wanted to see. We left feeling that we had received an excellent introduction to the wonders of The Louvre.
Tour guide Elana did a great job managing our tour through the crowded museum. I am grateful we had her access and expertise with the crowds, also she was very knowledgeable on all the topics we discussed.
It was very informative and easy to maneuver through the huge attraction! I loved our tour guide, she was wonderful. It was very nice to skip the line!!!
He was very knowledgeable. He has a masters and art history from the Sorbonne. I very much appreciated all of his expertise.
We had a private tour guide and she was great. Knew heaps of history and information regarding the exhibits. Also made sure we saw particular exhibits we wanted to see as well. Only thing it was very hot inside the Louvre.
What an amazing time!! Martha was very knowledgeable, super attentive and very patient. When I schedule another tour I’ll plead and beg for Martha. 100% worth the time and money. MARTHA I LOVE YOU! :)
Our tour guide was excellent! Very knowledgeable and fun. We enjoyed our tour, thank you so much!!!!
Our guide was knowledgeable and experienced. The Louvre was packed, and that affected communications, particularly around the three-ring circus that is the Mona Lisa. We would have preferred to have retreated to a quieter room/part of the museum to be able to hear some of the things he was saying. He set expectations by saying that he was going to show us ‘three masterpieces’ on the tour, which he did. However, that seemed like a low bar for the price we paid, and for the riches inside the museum. He then proceeded to give us much more information along the way, often helping us to prime viewing positions. The two-hour tour was, in the end, plenty. We then also had time (albeit with waning energy) to explore other areas of the museum that held our interest. This includes an amazing Egyptian section.
Our tour guide Emmanuel did a phenomenal job with this tour!! So knowledgeable and kind when answering questions and ensuring that we had the best views/that we saw the most popular of the art pieces!! He also gave us directions on how to see other art pieces as well! We went with 1 other family—making a total of 5 people in our group—and that made it even better! Skipping the long lines was the coolest! I do recommend taking the earliest available tour time, like we did. :-) I absolutely recommend this—10/10!!!
Only 6 people in group. Guide very good and informative. Had issue with headsets during trip and he corrected it. We are American and he spoke very good English
There is a lot of walking and stairs. Our tour lasted 2 hours. The time passed quickly. You may want to allow additional time to look at other areas on your own. I would suggest going early. It seemed less crowded and security moved quicker. Nielsen seemed very knowledgeable and kept our interest the entire time. He did an excellent job with our group.
Honorore, our guide was knowledgeable and patient. He obviously knew his stuff and guided us efficiently though the museum in a very hot day!! A very good way of skipping the line.
Our tour guide was great with information and knowledge about our tour. She was energetic and showed compassion with her information. Well done!
